Candlewood Suites Northeast Kansas City - Kansas City

The hotel was very clean. Smelled clean. But the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Only stayed one night, thankfully b/c I didn't sleep well at all.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When I got to the room the dead bolt did not work and I told staff, but never got fixed. The dvd player was also broken. Since it was a holiday nothing could be done.

Clean very nice place. The room was WONDERFUL with everything we needed. I would recommend to others and 100% stay here again.

It was a good value for the money, clerks were freindly and helpful, knowledgable about the area. However, if you don't smoke, I would avoid it, the smell of smoke in the hallway was strong, at least on the 2nd floor. Everything was going smooth until the night came and the cockroaches started to come out, I could not sleep. And another thing the people not very polite.

Our check in clerk was very friendly. The check out clerk, not so much. Pillows were too bulky for my comfort. Very clean hotel since it's relatively new.

The service was excellent...the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and it was nice to have the kitchen for getting ready for our tailgating adventure. Very happy with this hotel. I travel 3 to 4 times per year and have never stayed in this good of a hotel at this price.

Our room was spacious with refrigerator, stove and microwave. It was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to the amusement park.

only problem was the beds seemed small

We had a very nice 2-night stay at the Candlewood Suites. The room was more than adequate. The kitchenette area is awesome to have in a room. The Cupboard feature of the hotel is great for those who need snacks, etc. during their stay. Would definitely choose Candlewood Suites again, either in KC or other cities.

Everything is excellent about this hotel - except the surrounding neighborhood - no starbucks, panera, or even donut shop for miles. Had to settle for the Waffle House and/or QT. Walked out of the elevator to our room and smelled smoke from the nearby smoking rooms. Took my fiancee to KC over the weekend for her birthday. This hotel was amazing! Great Service! Big spacious rooms that come with full size fridge, stove, and microwave. If you have kids, you'll enjoy the indoor pool and the ability to rent DVDs from their library for your room! The best about this hotel is that its close to KC's Worlds Of Fun/Oceans […] Of Fun! I have stayed in many different places in the KC area, This one by far is my favorite. Nice accomodations and great area for convienence.

We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to a family wedding that we were attending. After arriving, we realized just how convenient the location was to all the sights in the KC area , especially Worlds of Fun. The room itself was more like a small apartment, not just a hotel room.

convenient to get to from Highway and Worlds of Fun the people there were friendly and the indoor pool was nice to relax in the rooms were clean and i really liked the small kitchen i wish we could have stayed a few days longer we would have utilized it a little more

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Candlewood Suites - extremely clean, courteous staff, beautiful room...we will stay there any time we go back to KC. Hats off to you Candlewood Suites, KC!

I booked this hotel based on the Candlewood I have stayed at in Waterloo, Iowa. There were several other hotels I could have stayed at in a 2 block radius, but I chose the Candlewood and was not disappointed. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice beds, convenient location and very good price. I love their kitchenette areas and the overall appearance […] of the rooms. Granite counters, ceramic tiles, full refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stovetop. For the money you really can't beat the Candlewoods. Mehr

very close to what we plan on doing, but the bed wer only full size, and claim there were queen, and there not. for that reason we would stay there again.

rarely you come across a family friendly abode in perfect location..close to all amusement and gambling facilities

The beds were fantastic, so comfortable. Beautiful rooms with full kitchen. A pantry in the lobby to grab snacks or other items open 24 hours daily. So handy. Would definitely stay again.
