Super Lage, nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer... Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit fürs Auto aber es gibt einen Abholservice.... ein netter Mann kommt das Auto abholen und bringt es zum vereinbarten Termin zurück...ganz ohne Stress und super zuverlässig! Kosten liegen bei 30€ für 24 Stunden sowie 2 € jede weitere Stunde. Parkhaus in der nähe verlangt dagegen […] 50 € pro Tag. Mehr

Central gelegen, sauber, ruhig und sicher! Jedoch ist z.B. Zi-Nr. 602 viel zu eng (!), im 1. UG, ohne Staumöglichkeiten, nur schmale Fensterfront oberhalb der Decke, welche nicht geöffnet werden kann, Klimaanlage! Bequemes Sitzen auf der Toilette wird grössentechnisch durch das Lavabo verunmöglicht. Daher für max. 1-2 Nächte geignet. Ich hatte das Hotel spontan/kurzfristig für meine Tochter angemietet, um sie sicher untergebracht zu wissen. Mein Telefonat nach dem Buchen mit der Rezeption war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Nachtteilig fand ich den immens hohen Preis der Übernachtung, kein Nachlass für die last minute Buchung. Vermutlich hätte das Zimmer leer gestanden.....zudem gab […] es kein Frühstück !!! Mehr

Das zimmer war sehr sehr klein für den preis viel zu klein ! Die lage des hotels war wirklich super . direkt da wo mann hin möchte . Noch ein tipp nicht mit dem Auto anreisen ,absolut keine park möglichkeiten .

Das Hotel ist in einem scheinbar frisch renovierten Altbau am Rande des Rotlichviertels untergebracht und macht generell einen sehr guten Eindruck. Alles ist neu, gut durchdacht, zweckmäßig und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auf zusätzliche, kostenintensive Services wie Frühstück oder eigene Parkplätze wird verzichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und […] hilfsbereit, auf Anfrage haben wir auch ein Zimmer zur straßenabgewandten Seite bekommen (zu empfehlen!). Unser Zimmer war extrem klein (1,60m Bett plus ca. 3qm Fläche drumherum, auf der sich noch ein Schreibtisch und ein Regal befanden). Aber in Amsterdam muss man eigentlich auch nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen. Wenn man aufgrund des Wetters im Hotel bleiben möchte, kann man sich z.B. auch im großen Raum im Kellerbereich mit Blick auf eine Gracht aufhalten. Dort ist auch ein gratis Internetzugang verfügbar. Eher amüsant als störend empfanden wir, dass der Boden in unserem Zimmer nicht eben war, sondern von zwei Seiten leicht zur Raummitte abfiel. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers: * Bett (1,60m x 2m) * Schreib-/Schminktisch mit Hocker * Garderobe * Regal/Schrankelement mit Schublade * TV * Klimaanlage * Dusche mit zwei Duschköpfen (Regen & normal) * WC * Waschbecken mit Spiegel * Fenster im Bad Das Hotel bietet für den Hunger-Notfall einen Automaten im Eingangsbereich für den Notfall, wenn man wirklich keine andere Möglichkeit außerhalb des Hotels gefunden haben sollte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, aber man sollte man bei der Buchung ein paar Dinge beachten: In Amsterdam heißt "Rotlichtviertel" wirklich "Rotlichtviertel". Damen (und derer nicht wenige) werben in Schaufenstern um Freier. Daneben ist die Anzahl der Coffeeshops und "Spezialitätenläden" in diesem Viertel sehr hoch. Sie finden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft des Hotels. Auf der Straße vor dem Hotel ist vom Wetter unabhängig aufgrund der vielen Jugendlichen ímmer viel los. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. perfekte Gegend - tolle Inneneinrichtung - super "foodbar" + mikrowelle für alle zugänglich - zimmer jedoch sehr klein (hat aber nicht gestört, und wir waren zwei große Menschen) - total gemütliches Bett - tolle Fernseher mit vielen Programmen - nette Begrüßung-/Erklärungsmappe - das sich auf die Toilette setzen war etwas eng - Hotel zu empfehlen!

zimmer 602 leider im kellergeschoss: luke in den lichtschacht, null aussicht, bunker-atmosphaere. sehr kleines zimmer, winziges bad (akrobaten-klo). aber alles sehr sauber und recht chic.

Das erste Mal im CC HOtel hatten wir ein sehr angenehmes Zimmer. Klein aber fein und sauber. Beim zweiten Mal bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Keller ohne Fenster. Das geht gar nicht. Und mitten in der Nacht fing die Toilette an nach Kläranlage zu stinken. War sicher eine Ausnahme, aber hat ziemlich genervt.

Ausgezeichnete Lage um die Stadt zu erleben, sehr freundliches Personal, das sich um alle Ihre Anliegen kümmern wird, viele Restaurants in der Gegend, grosse Zimmer, nur ca. 10min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Alles in allem ein sehr preiswertes Hotel.

die lage des hotels ist super! vom bahnhof 10 minuten zu fuss erreichbar. viele sehenswürdigkeiten, shoppingmeilen, pub`s/coffee shops/club`s sowie red light district & china town in umittelbarer nähe. the small double room ist klein, jedoch sauber und sehr modern ausgestattet. nur weiterzuempfehle!

es ist neu renoviertes hotel,es war aber sehr kalt in den zimmern,und die fenster waren nicht gut verdichtet.der bett war 1.70 und ich bin 1.76 gross,also war es schwierig da zu schlafen.

Positiv: Zimmer war sauber und relativ ruhig. Negativ: Das Zimmer (006) kann als kleinstes Hotelzimmer der Welt ins Guinessbuch der Rekorde eingetragen werden (ca 8m2 mit Badenische). Badezimmer kann nur von schlanken Gästen benutzt werden. Kein Schrank respektive Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von Kleidern. Kein Platz für einen Koffer. Koffer kann nur bei […] der Eingangstüre abgestellt werden. Beim Verlassen des Zimmers muss der Koffer vor die Badezimmnertüre verschoben werden. Der Tresor ist am Boden unter dem kleinen Nachttisch, öffnen/schliessen fast unmöglich. Dieses Zimmer ist nur geeignet für Gäste ohne Gepäck die nur eine Nacht zentral gelegen übernachten möchten. not extravagant, but clean and nicely appointed. only complaints (which are pretty minor) were the pillows were big (would be nice to have a smaller pillow and thicker one, if there are two, for sleeping comfort of different sleepers) and carpet had not be vacuumed under the beds, which was very obvious when we pulled the two beds apart.

I was quite concerned when I saw the location of this hotel but the extreme noise outside in the streets could not be heard from my room. Quite expensive considering breakfast was not included.. but overall we felt safe and loved be close to central station and the canal cruise port, etc

I recently stay at Hotel CC in March and was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location is. It's 5 mins away from Amsterdam Centraal Station and 5 mins from Dam Square. It's in the heart of the Red Light District. I was upgraded to a bigger room located at the top floor and the view of the Red light district was awesome. One complain though: […] it was hard trying to get to my room due to the different annexes and staircases. Other than that, my room was big and spacious with own private bathroom, the hotel staff was warm and friendly and the location was ideal. All in all, a great hotel with even greater value for money since the prices are lower than most hotels. Mehr

If you're going on vacation and plan to have fun, this is the best hotel. Its right in the middle of everything! Its less than a 10 minute walk from the Train Station which takes you to and from the airport (the Station is actually inside the airport which is awesome!). Since there are many other hotels nearby you will see a lot of people walking around […] with their luggage so you won't look odd walking with yours. Its a couple of blocks from the Red Light District and you have all the turisty stuff just a walk away. About the room, it was very clean and modern, I loved the decoration! it was small but ALL the hotels in europe are like that so that wasn't a surprise. I was very happy with the room. The only downside is that since its in the middle of a lot of restaurants, bars and coffeshops, you will be able to hear everything from outside and it doesn't get quiet, so if you're not a heavy sleeper ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. The service was good and the hotel is one of the nicest around that section. I was pleasently surprised! Mehr

Great location, helpful staff, in the heart of the action. Near Red light district, 10 min walk to Anne Frank House and Central Station. Perfect for a fun weekend in Amsterdam

Excellent location, close to all pubs, coffee shops and train station only 5 minute walk. Rooms appear to be recently refurbished and very clean. One or two rooms (group booking) were small, however no complaints. We would definately use this hotel again, perhaps not with children though.

Stayed at a 4th floor single room facing Warmoestraat. The room was very small, but that was not a problem as I was travelling light. Clean and functional for my needs. The main complaint would be the windows which are traditional single glaced with no sound or heat insulation to speak off. I was staying there Mon-Thu off-season and it could still […] be quite noisy during the night. Can imagine it getting much worse during tourist season. Either be prepared to use earplugs or try to get one facing the other direction. Mehr

Well situated, good hotel for business people.

One-night stopover en-route to Kiev. Superb location in downtown Amsterdam. I chose the hotel since it is only a 3 min walk from the Central Station and now, during low season in January, had very competitive price vs other hotels closer to Schiphol. Recommended.

Hotel CC is in a great location for easy access to most sites in Amsterdam. The room was quite small (though I've become used to this in most Amsterdam hotels) but was nicely decorated and provided everything we needed. Might be a bit cramped for a long stay but was great for us for just a few nights.

It's a great hotel, in a great location. One is right in the middle of all the action. Also there is a laundry place around the corner. I recommend staying at this Hotel.

The hotel's location as well as its rooms' quality is very good, but unfortunately the staff are very indifferent to whatever you may ask of them...

Not my first time in amsterdam and this hotel was the best hotel by far! The staff was great and the room was very nice. Its europe, so every room is smaller then american hotels but still hotel cc mastered it nicely. The location is right n the edge of the redlight which makes the top sites just a 5 min walk to almost everything. The rooms were very modern looking and obviously recently upgraded as well. But the room was very very small though and the bathroom was probably the tightest smallest over ever seen in my life !! Location was very central so that was good too

The Hotel is right in the middle of all coffee shops and shopping stores. Its wasn't as load as i thought it would be. Walking distance for the RED LINE. Clean modern. The only negative is that it has small rooms. But it was ok for 3 nights, 2 people.

Single room was very small but cosy and perfectly equipped.

made a mistake in my booking, came a week early, tried to reschedule my stay that I had already paid for, no way! Not even a try from the Hotel staff to help. had to pay for the room again, then got a room so small that there wasn't even place for a chair Will never stay there again

We are a young (ish) couple & found the hotel was modern, clean, very nicely decorated, staff were friendly and helpful. Had a room in the basement, which was very nice but I can imagine it gets very hot there in the summer as there was no window, only a skylight that lead to the pavement I think... so maybe better to ask for a higher floor in hot weather. […] I would definitely recommend this hotel, the location is fantastic, it's bang in the centre of everything & in stumbling distance of the many cafes that are right outside! I didn't hear any noise from the outside street once we were in our rooms & actually couldn't hear any other guests either (like you get in some hotels) Will be staying here again... great value for the price too. Great value for the location and type of hotel. The only issue we had was with the heat/air. There was no air circulation which made the room extremely stuffy and you couldn't lower the air below 17C which kept it stuffy. The room though small as expected, was well appointed and cared for. The staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

hotel location is perfect,close to station and in the heart of the red light district. staff very pleasant and helpful although they did underestamate an englishmans need for tea! now for the bad bit...... two words............bed bugs!!! me and the misses looked like we just spent a night in the jungle,we got eaten alive.horrible horrible feeling. so […] overall im giving this 1 star Mehr

Our room was very very small not much room for bags but bed was nice and room was very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. We had a room facing the street and was a little noisy but we didn't get into the room until late every night well morning so all was ok with us. The bathroom was small but everything […] worked well. We had to change rooms as the first one was over the front desk and there was a stairway door that was noisy when it was opened and closed. The front desk staff helped us with a better room. We were there to have fun and be in the middle of everything and this hotel is perfect for that the hotel is in the best location to see all of the city. Mehr

Would reccommend this hotel,right in the cetre of amsterdam next to pubs,coffee shops and red light district.The room was modern and clean and staff were very helpful.My only issue is that we were above the reception room and it was noisy very early morning due to chairs been dragged across the floor I can only assume it was the cleaners.Appart from […] that it was ideal and I definately be returning. As I have a disability, the hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. They gave us a ground floor room that was right on the canal. It was very clean, right in the center. Only a bit small, but then you don't spend much time in the room when in Amsterdam.

Definitely can't complain about the location of this hotel if you want to be close to the Station and in the middle of the coffee shop and red light district. The bed was very comfortable and all the facilities were squeezed into the room but that's the downside of this hotel: it's the smallest room I've ever been in! The only part of the whole room […] that I could comfortably stand up and rotate was in the shower cubicle - am I'm by no means a "heavy" person. Seriously, there must be some subtle vetting by the check-in staff as you are signing in before they decide which room to give you; I'm sure each room has a maximum size person allocation. Very impressed with how the designers managed to fit all the standard items into the bespoke-shaped hotel rooms. Most amusing to me was the way the aircon unit is mounted on the wall so that you've got only a 3 inch distance between its airflow and your face when you stand next to the bed (perhaps it's intended to double up as the hairdryer!). Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location and its quirkiness, but be aware if you are travelling with a partner or you are of a more bulky build... Mehr

This place was really interesting. Clean enough, fair price, nice styling, but the bed had a speed bump in the middle and the pillows were cheap. Location good for convenience but not for sleeping. Loud at night on a pub-lined street. Maybe if you got a room in the back, not on a weekend night (including Sunday,) it might be good. First trip to Amsterdam with my daughter. We loved the hotel and the location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back and staying at Hotel CC.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel CC it was on the main strip of amsterdam which is where me and my partner wanted to be. The hotel was very nice and i would deffinatly recommend it.

We booked this hotel for its' location, it is very handy to sights and on a bustling street. However, we were given a tiny room with a loft bed (complete with ladder). This is not exactly conducive to safety after a fun night out in Amsterdam. We did complain and eventually we were given a room that was more suitable, but overall I would not recommend […] this hotel. It was an absolute maze to get around and not worth the big price tag. I have already submitted a review yesterday.

On arrival we were very happy that we got canal view room. Receptionist was kind and welcoming and professional. The room was very small but very clean. However we noticed as we opened curtain on the window, we found there was a very strange clear glue-like substance smudged all over on most of the 2 sides of the window from the outside. First we thought […] it was some kind of glue, smudged over on purpose so people cannot see inside the room thought the window. We had a nice canal view, but when I looked out I noted no other hotel room windows have the same smudge over it. It looked disgusting but we did not say anything to hotel stuff as we were really not sure why was that there, it was on the outside and the inside of the room was very-very clean! The water in the shower did not go down fast creating a small pool of water but this was solved by the hotel stuff at their first opportunity. :-) The table lamp did not work (we checked power points and wires, and bulb was broken inside so we got a new bulb from hotel stuff but light still did not work. We were happy with all other lights in the room as there were plenty of other nice light variations, so we did not bother to note this to hotel staff once again. Although the room was tiny and everything in there was descending one way like many buildings in Amsterdam, the room had everything in there one should need, making our stay comfortable. I am very tall (178cm or 5’10’’ and I found that I do not fit lengthwise on the bed when I am trying to sleep on my front as my feet then extends my height by about another 17cm or 10inch, so I had to sleep slightly athwart (crosswise) to stretch full body length but this did not cause a big problem for us. Despite of all the above the service and the hotel staff was very good. The price is a little bit too high in my view but location makes up for it and we had a good experience over all. We would definitely recommend it to others, but we may or may not stay there again. Mehr

Easy to get to from Central Station and surrounded by some cool bars. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the basement level which I was concerned about but it was wonderful and quiet and still had a cool view.
