Super 8 Hamburg - Hamburg

Netten Empfang, Hotelzimmer sauber, auf dem Flur aber..., möglicherweise haben die Gastgeber abends keine Reinigungskräfte in Dienst gehabt. An sonsten waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Würde ich es auch weiter empfehlen.

The room was clean. It is an older motel, but decently upkept. Normal wear and tear is evident. The breakfast was the standard fare for a continental breakfast with apple juice. The real draw is the manager (owner?). He is very cordial and pleasant. This is a family run motel. The staff and owners could not have been nicer. We were treated great. The only complaints are that we had a lot of luggage and there is no elevator and the hot water pressure in our room was terrible. It is a very old motel and the pipes are probably in need of replacement, but the overall stay was OK.

If you need a room in Hamburg NY, you could do worse. It's your classic low-budget motel. It smells a little weird. Everything is kind of old. But it's easy to get in an out of, plus it's right off a thruway exit. And the owner is very pleasant and helpful.

We booked this hotel while in Buffalo for a hockey game. Great value and service and just what we required.

The room was O.K. for the price. The staff was good. The problem was the shower. It had no pressure and went cold within 5 minutes.

the first room we where in had water all over the floor by the bed. put us in a diffident room had very little heat coming out. i am a chief engineer in hotels for 26 years and this hotel i bad. and WAY over price for what you get. (ONE SAD HOTEL)

The manager and staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was located in a safe-ish area and was close to a few restaurants. Room was decent overall, nothing luxury, though the heat in our room didn't work well.

Adjacent to Quality Inn, with easy access to I-90. This is one of the better Super 8's I've encountered. Manager is very attentive to detail and you have access to the Quality Inn facilities (restaurant/bar, fitness center, pool) next door since they are under same ownership.

We requested a wake up call , but never received one . But other than that we were very satisfied .

Tiny 'Super 8' sign makes it difficult to find at night. Free breakfast, friendly manager. Hallway and room carpets in desperate need of a steam cleaning.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was adequate, typical of larger chain hotel breakfasts. Pricey but a good room with work desk and plenty of room to relax.

The access door to the side of the building was broken so anyone coulf just walk in the rear hall.

I stayed at this hotel with my family (we had three rooms) for couple of nights and everything was great!!!! Ish Patel (Manager) and her wife were so helpful and kind to all guests. The hotel location is about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls, but its near to many good resaturates. There is also a Shopping Mall within 7 minutes of the hotel. This is a real budget motel. No complaints, you get what you pay for.

This is a good deal. Access to washer/ dryer, fitness center, free breakfast and free interner was appreciated.

Chose this hotel due to proximitey to Ralph Wilson Stadium. Only 5 miles away. The hotel manager, Ish, was very accomodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. There is an adjoining hotel with a real nice bar/restaurant.

The room was very cold and even after placing the temperature at 90 degrees the room never got much warmer. Be sure to bring an extra blanket for warmth. This motel was a great deal for the money. Npthing fancy,but more than adequate. The room and bathroom were clean,but the cleaners need to check and vacuum under the bed. The location was convenient and quiet even though the Bills had a home game that weekend. Ish,the manager, was very pleasant and the staff helpful. Would stay there again.

The motel was a little tough to find since it was hidden behind the Quality Inn but overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The side entrance kept being propped open so I wish security would have paid more attention to that. The room was nice and the right price.
