Comfort Suites NW Near Six Flags - San Antonio

Hotel easily accessed off freeway. Hotel staff very friendly. Hotel room very clean. Breakfast had daily variety of items to choose from. Coffee always hot and fresh. I recommend this hotel to others!!

The location of this hotel is perfect! The indoor pool was great for the kids since our stay was in March.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good options and they kept the area clean and well stocked. Only issue was with the pool, very tiny and the chlorine smell was unbearable. Loved the fact it had a small seating area with a loveseat.. Nice pool. When the hotel found out I was bringing my dog, they switched me to a first floor and near a door which I really appreciated. My fiance and I stay for two nights...it was very clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly. The hot tub was hot and clean, the indoor pool was also clean, water temperature was just right. I will definitely be back, it was a great stay.

Hotel was clean, new and near I-10. However, much like most new hotels I've stayed in, the rooms were like caves with dim lightbulbs, and lighting fixtures so low you had to get on the floor to read. There was literally not one place in the room where there was enough light to sit and read (except in the bathroom). The air conditioner was right next […] to my bed and to keep from burning up I had to pile pillows on the side of the bed to deflect the gale force winds...and no controls but a single thermostat in the room. The shower controls acted like they were on a 15 second delay....you turn it warmer...15 seconds later you got warm, etc. better get it right before you get it or you get scalded or frozen to death before you can readjust it. Little parking by the front door...and the only way to get to the back parking was by going through the pool; or all the way around the building... They preferred to put trees by the front doors instead of parking. Whoever designed these rooms and whoever at Comfort suites approved these plans ought to be fired. Mehr

I must say that for once I picked a Hotel that totally exceeded all of my expectations. This property is 2 years old and very well maintained. They were very accommodating. The rooms are clean...and the beds are beyond comfortable. The pool is indoor and clean and the hot tub is hot! The breakfast has options and the waffle's are Yummy. This Hotel was very beutiful and very friendly service. The only thing I didnt like was that it was to hidden but overall my stay was very pleasant!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall, nice for the price.

I was in and out on a business trip. The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. Very good stay.

We stayed here for one night on Thanksgiving while visiting family. The hotel was in great shape, quiet, very clean. The pool and hot tub were small, but clean and in good working order. No complaints, would stay here again.

Mona at the front desk patiently and accurately guided us right to the front door, and greeted us warmly as we arrived. We were traveling with two small dogs and the room and welcome were perfect.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was new and clean. The breakfast could have been better but then again it was free! We would stay there again.

Comfort Suites is located in a very hard place to find! It took us about half an hour to find it. The first service we got wasnt the best but the service throughout the stay was very friendly and helpful! The pool was a great amenity and was more clean than wat we expected. The room was very clean and the beds were sooo soft!! The lack of entrances […] to the rooms wasnt very helpful especially if u had a room in the middle. I came from Houston with my sons to stay at this hotel for one night.I chose it because it wasnt too far from the university of San Antonio.I was so proud that I arrived to San Antonio in only 2 and half hours however to find this hotel it took us 2 additional hours because we got sooo lost with the directions from mapquest.All I can say is that if […] we wouldnt have gotten so lost I would recommend it to other families because it was very clean and we had a very nice buffet breakfast.I would stay here again because now I know how to arrive there! The hotel was nice but I was not happy with the fact that when the reservations were made, they were made for 2 adults and 4 children and 2 dogs. Upon arrival they only had down 2 adults and 1 dog so we were very cramped in our room and when you have dogs it is not convenient to be on the top floor.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. We chose this hotel because of their pet policy. They were very open and helpful to us concerning our little maltese dog. Their charge for bringing a pet was FAR less than other hotels we contacted. Our only complaints were the lack of ice in the ice machines throughout our two-night stay and the poor variety for […] breakfast toward the end of the breakfast hour. This was a very special week end for me and my daughter. I was not pleased with this hotel at all. The rooms had a very bad odor and caused an asthma problem for me. We enjoyed our stay, the beds were extremely comfortable. The only down side was the indoor pool area smelled bad. Real musty, mildew smell, very strong! Otherwise, our stay was great, thank you!

Great hotel to spend your week on vacation with family. Originally from California and came here with my wife and 3 young kids (1,4,and 9 yrs).

I did like my room and the location of the hotel. The pool and fitness center was full of sub 12 year olds and could not be used by adults.Wanted a workout and relaxing swim but got niether.

This hotel ws definitely overpriced for what we got. The hotel claims to be "smoke free", but our room reaked of cigarrette smoke. As a nurse, i can tell you that i WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to an asthmatic. The room was pretty musty and the bedding and even the sofa felt damp. The bed was extremely hard (although some may like that, not me). The […] walls were scuffed and in need of some fresh paint. The refrigerator in the room did not cool very well. None of the ice machines worked. We were looking forward to taking a dip in the pool after a LONG, HOT day at Fiesta Texas, but decided not to when we could smell the chlorine all the way down the hall....way too strong! And don't even get me started on the breakfast area, it was so tiny that we just ecided to skip it on both days of our stay. We picked this hotel since it was built in 2010, but i've stayed at older hotels that are in way better condition. We were definitely disappointed with this hotel :( Mehr

The hotel was nice and clean and enjoyed the bed. However the pool was small for a full house of people. Loved the breakfast that was served in the morning. The staff was great and helpful to us and was polite the whole time we where there. Unfortually we did have to wait to check in but the staff was nice to change it for us.

The front desk personal was exceptional! The room was great, a little too much furniture but it was very nice.

I used GPS Navigation to find the hotel and it took me 2 hrs to find it. Once I arrived, they told me the reason why was that if you searched the actual address then it would take you to the wrong place. Then they told me I shouldve called and they wouldve told me that. But the number I had was not the correct number, I tried it and I had onstar try […] unsuccessfully. I only finally found the place because an employee from a different Comfort Suites in the area had me follow him there. I will never stay here again. Very disappointed. And the pool was green, hot tub was dirty, and the breakfast was awful!!! Mehr

The hotel was new and the room was nice and spacious. Room was clean although think cleaner forgot to pick-up valance sheet when hoovering near bed. Would recommend and would stay again.

Stayed over a holiday weekend. Hotel was great. Very close to Fiesta Texas 6-Flags and Seaworld as well as The Rim Shopping area. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Customer Service was excellent, Room was very nice n clean. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel is in a good quiet location. I definitely found my hotel to stay in from now on when I visit San Antonio.
