"Great Family Hotel"
This was an awesome hotel. It was very comfortable, spacious and perfect for our large family. We comfortably fit 2 adults and 4 kids in the room for 2 nights. The pool is not heated and gets little sun but it was refreshing after siteseeing all day.

"Suited what we wanted"
Good hotel, and execellent value for money. Hot / Cold water in shower was an issue. Could never get it right, too hot or too cold.

We had a wonderful time, the hotel was close to everything we love great bars, dinning and shops. We will return again soon for sure!!

"Quiet but close enough to attractions."
We just got back from our stay, February 5-7. Definitely enough room for our family of five. My husband and I, and our 5th grader, kindergartner and toddler. The outside was nice, though the patio area could use a good cleaning, but it was overcast and drizzly, so I understand why it was a little dirty. The decor was very pretty, very ocean-like, though […] my husband said retro. Free breakfast was good, but not tons of options, though enough for us. Shirley, the woman who takes care of the breakfast buffet was helpful and sweet. Desk staff was nice, and gave us directions to Carrabba's. The area is very nice, convenient to many restaurants, though be prepared for som traffic when traveling from Busch Gardens, as there is some road construction on Bruce B. Downs. My only complaint is the coffee, but I am a Starbucks snob and prefer very strong coffee, and no hotel lobby coffee fits the bill, though I did enjoy the many Tazo tea options available. Oh, and the doors to the bathroom in the room do not lock, so if you are traveling with a toddler be prepared to be bared to the room a couple of times, or stuck holding the door closed, lol. We will definitely stay here again though! Mehr

"Excellent Hotel"
Clean, Convenient, Efficient Staff all in all just Perfect! We were a family of 6 in a dble Queen Suite, 4 adults two kids, the room was absolutely perfect, spacious, worth every penny. Very convenient location to all highways and access roads.

"Excellent place for your next stay"
I must say, I was very happy with my stay there. Its a very nice place. Excellent internet speeds and its was complementary (over 1.5mbps UP&DOWN wifi). The only thing was breakfast. Its good, but not stellar. Either way though they did have my favorite creamers (irish cream). The room was spectacular and its location I love it!

Obviously this is a fairly new hotel judging by its condition so the rooms and lobby are very nice. It is not the closest hotel to Busch Gardens but much nicer than the dumps right by the park.

Wife and I had a very good stay here - 20 mins from airport/Busch Gardens, and not in the demilitarized zone. People were more than helpful. Everything was top notch excepting one day we got back at 3 (done for the day) and housekeeping hadn't gotten to our room.

"Very nice hotel, a little noisy"
The only thing that bothered me was the noise level that you hear from the hallways. the walls are not well insulated and I could hear every conversation from the halls as well as the doors shutting. Very Clean, accommodating staff, very modern with nice appointments. Overall a nice hotel

"beautiful hotel... fantastic staff..."
My company had our annual picnic at the zoo in Tampa so we decided to stay an extra day to see the sights as we are new to the area. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. It is close to almost anything you want to do... eat... shop... movies. The rooms are beautifully done with a very European flair. I loved the sitting […] area and desk space. We didn't use the pool but could see that it was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was a nice surprise with waffles, eggs and sausage along with bagels, muffins and cereal. The staff was very friendly and provided us with a map of the area as well as any other help that was requested. We will definitely use this hotel again... most likely in the near future. Mehr

this hotel is just perfect, there were just one little thing that they need to do something about which is the pool since is next to a small forest it has a lot of mosquitoes may be they can add a screen to the pool or put the blue light so the lights can kill them. but otherwise it was perfect.

I stayed there with my husband and two boys-ages 5 and 9. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The brakfast was very good as well. The only thing I did not like was that I forgot my favorite pillow there and they said the housekeeping did not find it.

The hotel looks brand new. Lobby & room were very neat & clean with nice amenities. Hotel has a European look. I travel a lot, domestically & abroad and I was very, very impressed. The rate was quite reasonable. There was a great work space in the room for business travelers, a sofa, 2 comfortable queen beds, flat screen TV, coffee maker & microwave. […] The commode was in a separate water closet with cute small corner sink. Shower and vanity with sink were in a separate water closet. Nice privacy if 2 are sharing the room. Breakfast offered a nice selection and the scrambled eggs were real, not watery or reconstituted. Hotel was a little out of the way for the Tampa Convention Center and traffic was heavy going downtown. I would just recomment allowing sufficient travel time 45-60 minutes to a downtown location, but I would definitely stay there again. Mehr

The U15 Maitland Smash Girls soccer team stayed for the weekend of the tournament! It was a wonderful experience, especially the staff! A special thanks to Jesse on staff, he went above and beyond to make our team feel welcomed. We will definitly stay here again.
