nett, sauber und nah zum flughafen. trotz günstiger preise forsicht, denn hier wird noch geld mit dem flughafen shuttle und dem essen verdient, welches ich zu teuer fand selbst für norwegische verhältnisse. aber abgesehen davon zu empfelen die fahren einen direkt vor die tür des hotels wie des flughafens und der shuttle geht zu einiger zeit alle 15min. […] sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt aber 10 min Fahrt von Gardermoen Flughafen entfernt. Es gibt Shuttle Büsse und eine einfache Fahrt kostet um die 7,50€. Die einzige Möglichzeit in die Stadt zu gelangen ist mit dem Shuttle Bus zurück zum Flughafen zu fahren um Anschlusszüge Richtung Innenstadt zu kriegen, es sei denn, man ist mit eigenem Auto unterwegs. […] Das ganze war einwenig umständlich und kostspielig aber Norwegen ist halt ein sehr teueres Land :-). Ansonsten, das Hotel ist sehr schön, farbfroh, super sauber und total modern. Das Frühstucksbüffet war gut und reichhaltig. We had an early flight from the Oslo Airport and found this hotel to be very close to the airport. It is not within walking distance, but there is a public bus that leaves every 30 minutes from in front of the hotel. The cost is about $10 for the 15 minute ride. The hotel also has a display showing the flight status for departures and arrival of all […] flights from the airport. The check-in was very fast and room was contemporary and small. The bed was firm and the lighting was limited for reading and working. I didn’t need much for the quick one night stay. The dinner buffet offered was pretty expensive ~$50 and the offering was not to my liking. We walked next door (as recommended by the front desk- thanks!) to the Clarion and had a ~$25 hamburger and fries. Yes everything is expensive in Norway. Upon check in I was given a password for the free internet and it was very strong. The early breakfast that is included in the room rate starts very early (4am?), was limited, but was enough to start the travel day. Mehr

The hotel is fine for a layover between flights. Located at the end of the runway it is amazingly soundproofed and super energy efficient. As it is the only show in town (there is no town, just pine trees and snow) the buffet for dinner and breakfast was quite good. If you need to stay near the airport then this is a perfect place to stay. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, & I have to stay in a lot of hotels every year. The breakfast buffet is great & the ease of check in/check out & rooms are perfect. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very helpful. They have a shuttle that costs 70 kroner, but was on time and well run. The hotel also has an early morning breakfast (3.45 AM) for those who have early flights to catch. It was a great way to spend our last night in Norway.

Friendly check in; comfortable beds, great shower. Very basic but modern and really all one needs for an overnight before an early flight. Be prepared for shuttle bus charge of 70 NOK one way for this and all hotels in the airport area. Good news is that the fare can be paid by credit card on the bus.

A Saturday night at this modern hotel turned out to be a sleepless pain due to unrestrained partying by a gang of young people from the neighbouring area, in the next-door room and in the corridor and elevator lounge of the third floor until 3am. As a Norwegian I tried to ask them to be quiet but was utterly ignored. Receptionists were not reachable […] by phone. (Why not put a sticker on the phone with the reception extension number on it?) The person on night duty later apologized on behalf of the hotel, but said it was impossible to hear the phone due to the loud music in the lobby (!). Our room was quite comfortable, but there were big balls of dust in the corners and the waste paper basket had not been emptied after the previous visitor. - Final comment: There is no sign at the roadside showing the location of this hotel. Excellent hotel for the price, very quite , nice funky mood quite a change from other hotels.

Perfect. Expected old rundown hotel (for reasons unknown). Got upmarket, clean, comfortable, modern, Brilliant reception staff, great bar staff, close to airport, most comfortable bed in Europe, great bathroom, in fact perfect for our requirements. Too bad we had such a short stay. Well done to all staff. We loved it.

The Comfort Hotel Runway is a very nice hotel that is close to Oslo's Gardermoen airport. There is ample parking if you rent a car (it's pretty easy to find the hotel), and a shuttle available to and from the airport. It's a bit pricy, but what in Norway isn't? The room was smallish (compared to a similar room in the USA), but comfortable and clean. Wireless […] internet was free and reasonably fast and very reliable. The breakfast buffet (included in the price of the room) offered a lot of options; some of the food was excellent, all of it at least good enough. After breakfast, the food is too expensive and not worth it, but there isn't anything else near the airport, so you're kind of stuck. Behind the hotel is a path that allows plane-spotters to get a great view of one of Gardermoen's runways. Our room was on the runway side of the hotel, but with the windows closed the plane noise was not too bad; we slept without being awakened by early-morning takeoffs and landings. If I ever return to the Oslo area, I will consider staying here again, for sure. Mehr

We had a room with windows overlooking the runway. It was an interesting view and not noisy. The place seemed to be good value for Norway and the shuttle bus to the airport worked well. The wireless internet worked only intermittently.

great for quick stop and close to airport. Acceptable room and friendly service. ALL in all good experience.

Although hotel is right at the airport, only way to get there is by shuttle bus for $10. per person each way! No restaurants or shops within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and included, but lunch/dinner buffet was expensive and mediocre.

Meget bra hotell med en kjempeflott frokostbuffet. Mye for pengene.

Fint hotell,nær privat langtidsparkering som gir deg vask av bil mens du er borte dersom det er ønskeleg.Parkeringsplassen girdeg og gratis skyss til flyplassen i motsetning til den andre shysselbussen som koster 70 krpr.pers. Littskuffa over utvalget på frukosten,men heilt grei og god mat.

Enkelt og praktisk trimrom, resepsjon og bar i ett, så ikke kult å komme med små barn når de har julebord i resepsjonsområdet. Men rent , pent og ikke minst sushi til lunch :-)

Billig og greit alternativ for overnatting ved mellomlanding i Oslo. Det som trekker ned, er at vi måtte vente litt lenge på hotellbussen. Det var også litt for varmt på hotellrommet (ca 25 C)

Langt fra Gardemoen drosje ekstremt dyrt. Pendle bussen 5.2 km dyrt. Frokosten var første klasses, På nettet om avstand fra Gardemoen 1 km men det viste seg å være luftlinje. Avstanden var 5.2 km. Veldig stygg misvisende informasjon

har bodd på dette hotellet mange ganger både i jobb og privat sammenheng. Stortsett fornøyd. Bestilte dobbelseng sist, men fikk 2 twin senger i stede :-((

Veldig koselig hotell bare 10 minutter med Shuttlebuss S44 fra Flyplassen. Trivelige farger både på rom og i ganger / Oppholdsarealer. Mulighet for noe å bite i helt fra 04:00 på natten. Veldig bra pris også sammenliknet med Radisson. Selv når man regner med bussutgiftene blir det rundt 1000 kroner billigere pr. natt. Anbefales.

Veldig fint hotell jeg gjerne drar tilbake til, med fine og rene rom/resepsjon. Men forrige gang jeg var der stengte frokosten uvanlig tidlig uten at jeg fikk beskjed om dette ved innsjekking.

Kjempe flott opphold! Hotellet er meget fint og moderne. Kommer garantert til å benytte oss av dette tilbudet igjen:)!
