Ich habe viele Hotels in Europa besucht vor allem auch überwiegent 5 Sterne Hotels, Aber dieses Hotel ist Leider im europäischen standart nur 3-4 Sterne.

My only major complain of this hotel is the very noisy road in front of hotel. We were lucky and got a sea view room but what you realize once you open the patio doors is that the road in front is very, very noisy. So it's difficult to enjoy your view sitting on patio or to leave your patio door open at night. It's also a bit of a trek to get into the […] centre of Antalya. Either a 1/2 bus ride or a taxi ride that was usually around 35-40 TL. And even though the hotel is new and beautiful the rooms are getting a bit run down and some things were broken in room (in particular the bathroom). The room could have used a new paint job, too! We visited this hotel for 3 nights to getaway and relax. All rooms face the sea which is excellent; however the wing rooms of the hotel have a small window view. We asked to move to the front of the hotel giving us a balcony. The front reception staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially Emre who helped us with our luggage. The rooms were perfectly […] clean, yet the new room was for smoking however there was no smell at all! Nadi, the food and beverage supervisor was also extremely kind and helpful as we saw and spoke with him every morning. Our small requests were always met, thank you! My only qualm would be with the spa. My wife and I both had a Hamam and oil massage on the last day of our stay (Saturday) in the basement spa, however I didn't feel at all comfortable with the woman. She was clearly a smoker and had a terrible cough that didn't feel pleasing. Having an oil massage with hands smelling of nicotine is really unpleasant, and just felt unprofessional as I could tell that she wasn't really sure about what she was doing. My wife on the other hand had an excellent lady who was apparently brought in from another hotel as they were very busy. That being said, this should not detract away from the overall service of the hotel as everything else was fantastic with our stay. I'm not sure I would stay there in the summer as it is significantly out from the city centre and the outdoor pool at the front overlooks a busy, noisy road next to the sea. Mehr

Almost everyone in the world knows the Crowne Plaza brand. When we booked this hotel we were expecting something a bit more than your average boutique place. Although our corner suite lived up to our expectations, the services provided by the staff fell short. We're used to handling most of our travel ourselves, but on this particular night my partner […] had a headache and we really needed to find Tylenol. The front desk told us they had none and that all pharmacies were closed. We also inquired about international cuisine nearby and were told to just eat at the hotel's $30 per person buffet. After jumping in our rental car and exploring the area a bit, we came across a 24/7 grocery which sold pain killers and found a Mexican restaurant. At a place like the Crowne Plaza, we just expected a little bit more from the staff. Mehr

Lovely, very clean hotel. Quiet in the room. Comfortable beds with plenty of wonderful pillows. Great blackout curtains. Excellent huge pool (1.4 m deep throughout). Prompt service: one reading lamp caused the power to go out in the room. Someone was there to fix it in about 3 minutes. Couldn't open the safe, again someone came within about 5 minutes. […] If you request towels or something, they come immediately. Rooftop restaurant not worth the high prices. And as most places, minibar is overpriced. They don't "allow" outside food in the rooms. If they see you enter with grocery bags, they'll tell you you can't bring food into the hotel. So we purchased beverges and snacks and brought them into the hotel in beach bags. The location is good if you want to spend most of your time at the beach. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. There is also a downtown-like area not too far. It is quite a ways from the center of Antalya. All in all, a good hotel. Mehr

Ett hotell som håller hög internationell standard beträffande byggnaden och rummen. Personalen som jobbar i receptionen hanterar väldigt bra engelska medan guest relation personalen är ännu duktigare. Vi hade inga som helst kommunikation svårigheter med personalen (förutom städerskorna vilket är naturligt). För kvinnor som vill ha lite privat tid finns […] en komplett spa avdelning endast för kvinnor på 10e våningen. Läget är nära stranden men det är stenstrand så inget att rekommendera. För att åka till stan/city finns en buss station 5-7min gångväg ifrån hotellet (framför en fin moské) som tar dig till city för ca 2TL (8kr) på ca 25min. Taxi samma strecka kostar 25TL (100kr) med lite prutande och tar ca 17min. Hotellets personal var mycket trevliga. Mehr

Det var lågsäsong då vi var där, men väldigt trevligt och avkopplande. Skönt med inomhuspool och spa avdelning. Det låg en bit från centrum men det var inte svårt att ta sig dit med buss eller taxi.

otel genel itibariyle iyi sayılır. lobinin ferah ve geniş olması çok güzel.

Vi har hatt 7 deilige dager på dette hotellet. Vi hadde to rom med sjøutsikt og utsikten var fantastisk. Rommene vi hadde var helt OK og hadde det vi trengte. Det er vannkoker og kaffe/te på rommet som er gratis. Vi hadde bestilt rom uten frokost, så vi betalte 25 TRL for frokost. . Barn fra 0-6 år spiser gratis og barn fra 6-12 får 50% rabatt på maten. […] Det er et svømmebasseng med solstoler og håndklær tilgjengelig ved hotellet, ellers så kan man gå igjennom en tunnel under hovedveien som fører direkte til stranden. Der er det også tilgjengelige solstoler gratis for hotellets gjester. For å komme seg til gamlebyen i Antalya tok vi Taxi. Det kostet ca 23TRL. Det finnes også offentlig transportmiddel til byen men vi benyttet oss ikke av det. Vi spiste frokost , lunsj og benyttet oss en kveld av middagsbuffeten. Maten er god men litt kjedelig. Skal man spise utenfor hotellet bør man gå på en fiskerestaurant som ligger kun 10 minutters gange fra hotellet. En veldig bra restaurant. Servicen på hotellet var bra , men endel av personalet snakker dårlig engelsk. Dersom man vi unngå charterhotell og ha en deilig og avsplappende ferie vil jeg anbefale dette hotellet. Mehr
