Das Hotel liegt zwar in einer Nebenstraße, aber die Fenster sind nicht sehr gut gedämmt, daher hört man etwas von der Straße. Eine Metrostation liegt direkt in der Nähe. Das Appartement war sauber, hatte einen Safe und eine Kochnische. Das Bett war sehr klein. Spühlmittel und Spühlschwamm haben gefehlt. Marseille ist sehr schmutzig. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett, das Hotel insgesamt sauber und ordentlich, aber es gab während der gesamten Zeit keinen Zimmerservice! Es sollten dann mindestens Putzutensilien zur Verfügung stehen. Und es gab eine kleine, notdürftig eingerichtete Küche.

Fabulous location. It has all the neccessities in the room and it's clean. Metro stations within 2 mins walk, and 2 stops away from the train station. Good price mtaches good value, in terms of services and facilities of the room. The only thing is the reception staff in night shift could not speak English. Hotel is very convenient to old port .cheap but rather disappointed no soap in room,when arrived at 2.50pm told cant check in till 3pm!which in itself is crazy and late and not helpful after long journey(with 3 hour delayed flight bec of french traffic control strike).also tho lift still stairs to negotiate with luggage and no offer of help.Breakfast […] was fine.No frills,basic but if self catering good choice(if bring your own soap) Mehr

It was great being so close to the Vieux Port, with its restaurants and hustle and bustle. But I was not happy that it took two days for the hotel to fix our broken shower and blinds. GOOD VALUE, FOR THE PRICE I WAS NOT EXPECTING SUCH A PLEASANT ROOM, ALSO A LITTLE KITCHEN WITH COOKING FACILITIES AND A LARGE SHOWER/ TOILET ROOM. GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO THE OLD PORT, AND EASY TO FIND FROM THE STATION. MY ONLY TINY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THE LAMPS DIDNT WORK IN THE ROOM. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Very convenient to Vieux Port tourist bureau and metro station. Apartment had a rather poor array of cutlery and crockery - a saucepan lid but no saucepan, a tiny coffee cup but no full-sized one. Just as well I brought my own. Fridge and microwave worked well. Supermarkets nearby.

Good value spacious hotel apartments in an excellent location. Not great on ammenities but clean and comfortable.

This hotel was a great deal. The location was excellent and the room was decent. Just a few things customers should know. You do have to take out your own trash, but the dumpster is right out front, so it's really not that big of a deal. Second, the night staff does not speak any English, so if you are arriving in the middle of the night, be warned. […] Third, They do not give any soap with the room - dish, hand soap or even shampoo. Fourth, I reserved two beds (brother and sister traveling together) and our room had a double bed and a very uncomfortable fold out sofa which seemed to be meant for a child. The hotel was generally fine, right at the Vieux Port, which is important in Marseilles, I think. We did not have any soap when we arrived so I asked and they said they would bring some, as we arrived late the next day was fine. In the morning I asked again and they said they would bring us soap. We were leaving for the day and when we returned, no […] soap. I asked again and they said, they were sorry but didn't have any soap, but there was a shop a couple blocks away if I wanted to buy soap. I said, "No." I asked if they could give us soap from empty hotel rooms. They said, "No." I persisted and finally a maintenance worker borrowed some soap from somebody who seemed to live there. It was a little frustrating and unnecessary on their end, but other than that the stay was acceptable. Very poor service, however. Mehr

GOOD POINTS: Great location. Just a stones throw from the Vieux Port. There was lots to see and do nearby and it was really handy to be able to nip back to the hotel for a rest or to get changed for dinner. Room was modern, clean and spacious. We paid for a double grand comfort room so don't know what the smaller rooms would have been like. Room came […] with air con which was definitely needed as it was 30 degrees outside. Room had a fridge and a kitchenette. BAD POINTS: Late check in and early check out times. Check in was 3pm and check out was 10.30am. The noise from street level was really bad. We were on the 4th floor and we could clearly hear people having conversations down on the street even with the windows firmly shut. Every morning without fail at about 8am a delivery driver would stop at the end of the street to unload his van, blocking the whole road. So every morning we were awoken by a queue of cars beeping their horns for about 20 minutes continuously. No joke. This was almost unbearable. Double glazing would solve this problem. At times I would get up to close the window because I thought it was still open, only to discover that they were actually closed. I don't know if it was just really badly fitted panes of glass or the air vents above the window which could not be closed but it really did sound like the window was wide open all the time. Im not exaggerating, the noise level was that bad. There was a sign in the room explaining that if we didn't empty all the bins when we checked out we would be charged an extra fee for extra cleaning!!! Im not talking just a couple of euros either. I could have had a steak dinner for the same price. So we had to carry a pile of empty bottles and the bin from the kitchen and the bathroom as well as our suit cases down to check out. The bins were located outside the hotel. I could not believe they would charge extra for emptying the bins! In my opinion this should have been taken care of by the hotel staff. Consider Mehr

Min mand, min søn på 1 år og jeg boede to dage på Suite Affaire Marseille Vieux-Port i april i år. Vi mødte en meget venlig engelsksproget receptionist i receptionen, som tilbød at hjælpe os med bagagen. Vejen op til lejligheden var dog lettere vanskelig med klapvogn, da man skal op ad en lille trappe for at komme op til elevatoren, og fra elevatoren […] på vores etage skulle man op ad nogle trappetrin og længere henne ned ad nogle trin igen for at komme over til lejligheden. Lejligheden var rummelig, og babysengen var sat op og redt - dog var der ingen madras, kun nogle tæpper i bunden af sengen. Dette gjorde sengen meget blød, hvilket ville have været et problem, hvis vi skulle bo der længere tid. Der var dog kun to stole ved spisebordet, selvom vi havde et barn med. Der var pænt og dejlig rent, og vi var ikke generet af støj fra gaden, men vi er også selv byboere. Der var køkkenting nok til at spise lidt morgenmad, og det var fint for os. Vi manglede dog en kaffemaskine, og vi måtte helt ud på gaden for at finde en kop kaffe en aften, selvom der var morgenmadsstue nede ved siden af receptionen. Efter at have læst flere anmeldelser om hotellet, var vi opmærksomme på at bære vores skraldeposer ud i affaldscontaineren på gaden for at undgå en efterregning. Det var meget svært at finde en parkeringsplads i nærheden af hotellet, men der er en p-kælder et stykke længere nede ad gaden. Mehr

Chambre confortable, très bon lit, résidence très bien placée à côté du métro et du vieux port. Par contre manque de vaisselle dans le coin cuisine (un verre pour deux, pas de bols, pas de couteau de cuisine,...). Penser à amener éponge et produit vaisselle.

Très bon hôtel situé à deux pas du vieux port. Accueil très sympa. Chambre spacieuse et propre.

très bonne literie, bel établissement, bon pdej. le personnel semble chez lui, fume dans les locaux puis laisse les portes ouvertes pour aérer, sont "entre eux", impression de déranger. lunette des toilettes cassées, pas de ménage... bref l'immobilier et mobilier OUI, service NON

Très bon séjour. Etablissement très bien situé, proche du vieux port, très propre. Kitchenette très appréciable, il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Seul petit bémol, la rue étant passagère est un peu bruyante le soir mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir, le matin pas de problème pour faire une grasse matinée. El hotel está bien. La habitación para cuatro está limpia y es bonita, pero NO ES PARA CUATRO. Como mucho se meten tres personas. La cocina no está preparada para ser usada (pocos platos, cubiertos y vasos) si quieres estropajo, servilletas, Fairy... te los compras. Como el papel higiénico. No te regalan ni las gracias. La zona es ruidosa y se nota […] en la habitación, recomendable llevar tapones. El WIFI casi no llega a las habitaciones de la 4ª planta. God seng, godt med stort badeværelse. Der var rent. God beliggenhed. Ringe dagslys og belysning i lejligheden. Køkkenet var meget sparsomt indrerettet, godt vi selv havde viskestykke og karklud og sæbe med. Køkkenet indbyder ikke til daglig madlavning. Хорошее расположение, чистый номер. На кухоньке электрическая плита, холодильник, электрический чайник, тостер, микроволновка. Нам не хватало посуды для микроволновки и сковороды. Просторные жилая и ванная комнаты.

No han limpiado la habitación ni un solo día. No había cambio de toallas ni tan siquiera te daban algo tan imprescindible como papel higiénico. Si querías que la limpiaran tenías que pagar una cantidad desorbitada. Increíble pero la entrada del hotel es a las 15.00 y la salida a las 10.30. Había que sacar y tirar la basura a un contenedor en la calle […] ya que ni tan siquiera recogían la basura.Nada de ordenador, secador de pelo solo la habitación sin mas. Mehr

Cet hotel était tres confortable , bien situé, mais seul problème le petit déjeuner termine un peu tôt (10h), en période de vacances ce n'est pas génial. Chambre spacieuse , avec kitchenette pour éviter les restaurants cher.

In ottima posizione, al vecchio porto di Marsiglia. Pulito e funzionale. Non offre i servizi di un hotel, ma consente un soggiorno in libertà.

L'insonorisation des chambres est très insuffisante. (chambre donnant sur la rue). réveillés de trés bonne heure par les éboueurs, (vers 6h30). Sinon chambre trés propre, personnel disponible. Peut-être faire un effort sur l'inventaire côté coin cuisine. Il manquait de la vaisselle (fourchette et verre au nombre de 1 )

accueil très sympatique chambre agréable et propre, salle de bain parfaite, très agréable pour un week end, seul reproche manque d'isolation (bruit de la rue et des autres chambres)

je suis contente de passer une nuit a Suit Affaire au Vieux Port de Marseille, on était très bienvenues la-bas. Merci

J'ai été très agréablement surprise par la propreté de cet hôtel ! Je le recommande aux personnes maniaques comme moi... J' aurais préféré une heure d'arrivée et de départ à midi, plutôt qu'à 15H et 10H30 Le personnel est très sympa !

Bruyant le confort et l'aspect sont ceux d'une chambre d'hopital, douche sans paroi, desodorisant pour toilette dans la chambre... Par contre rien a redire sur la propreté. corerspond à une" auberge de jeunesse" plus qu'a un hotel

premiere nuit: trop de bruit à l'extérieur (ventilations d'un garage à proximité) impossible de dormir. deuxieme nuit: changement de chambre (ok) troisième nuit: panne de chauffage dans la chambre (pas de personnel pour réparer). Un froid de canard (même à Marseille) Globalement trop d'imperfections pour ce standing. A éviter.

très bien situé, cet hôtel est propre, les studios bien équipés et agencés, mis à part le bruit à l'exterieur, je conseil vraiment cet endroit pour les longs et courts séjours.

mais chambre propre avec le strict minimum : une serviette seulement calme et propre très bien placé : le vieux port sans le bruit !

Struttura nuovissima. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Piccolo appartamento confortevole. A due passi dal centro (vicino al Vieux Port). Personale non molto socievole. Camera pulita, ma un solo asciugamano mai cambiato in tre giorni.
