Als Vorübernachtung für eine Kreuzfahrt völlig o.K. zumal das Hotel den kostenlosen Busshuttle stellt. Falls man zu Fuß Richtung Las Olaz Blv. geht, sollte man schon darauf achten, wer in der Umgebung rumläuft ( im Dunkeln besser mit dem Taxi fahren), da einige Obdachlose rumhängen.Aber das ist ja in Deutschland auch nicht anders. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse o. K.

Stilgemäßes Art-Deco-Hotel für einen Aufenthalt mitten drin in Miami Beach. Sehr schönes Ambiente in der Lobby. Zwar ist das Personal viel Kommen und Gehen von Gästen gewöhnt, trotzdem noch positive, freundliche Routine.

In dieser Preiskategorie sicher eines der besten Hotels. Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig negativ ist die Poolanlage. Mobiliar verbraucht und lädt nicht zum planschen ein. Pool ist auch sehr klein. Habe keine Gäste gesehen die sich dort aufgehalten haben. Aber ansonst sehr zu empfehlen da in kurzer entfernung(3min. Fußweg) Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte vorhanden. Von 6 Hotels in dieser Preisklasse die wir in Florida besuchtt haben, eindeutig das beste Hotel.

Hervorragende Lage ein Block vom Ocean Drive und dem wunderbaren Strand entfernt. Äußerst freundlicher Service. Die Standardzimmer sind klein aber sehr zweckmäßig und nett im Art Deco Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Es werden kostenlos Liegen und Handtücher am Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste die direkt in der Nähe des Art Deco Viertels übernachten möchten.

Hier befindet sich der Ausgangspunkt für Kreuzfahrten in die Karibik und nach Südamerika. Im nahegelegenen Dania Jai-Alai können Spielfreunde Wetten auf rasante Ballspiele abschließen. Der Boomers Freizeitpark liegt direkt südlich des Flughafens in Dania Beach.

Good rates and convenient
Very close to airport, free shuttle to and from airport
This hotel was very satisfying except that it is not close to bars or restaurants. The shuttle to the boat was very good coming and going the only thing is they charge to shuttle you. The man in charge of the shuttle is very gruff and not friendly. The shuttle drivers are very nice and accommodating. We had a very pleasant experience getting to and […] from the ship. "Bad location and shuttle service"
The hotel, while not far from restaurants and the airport, is not located where walking is an option. In order to get anywhere the shuttle or taxi is required. When we arrived at the airport the hotel shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up and only 5 to get to the hotel. Then we wanted to go get dinner and had to wait another 45 minutes for that pickup. […] We needed to make copies, but the copier was broke so we had to go across the lot to the neighboring hotel. I would slip the shuttle service all together as it was cheaper to take a cab to the Port. We spent $20 for a taxi; the shuttle was $8 pp. We would not stay here again. Mehr
"Fabulous stay at your lovely hotel"
We only stayed for one night , but wished we had more time to stay longer. Very clean, very nice staff and nice selection at breakfast.

This hotel was awesome, very clean and nice size rooms, and very friendly staff. I only stay for one day but wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms remind me of a resort, so I was shock to see that it was labeled as hotel. Enjoy

Very poor service. Rude front desk staff. Room was clean and well maintained but lot of external distubances/noises which prevented us from having a good sleep. Will NOT stay here again.

"Great Time"
We had a great time our stay was from 11/30-12/1 and after the cruise 12/5-12/6. The shuttle to and frrom the airport was free and we were dropped off /picked up in a timley manor. The shuttle to the port was just $8 pp which was more than fair. They had a free shuttle going to different resturants. On top of that they had 10 &15% discounts to a couple. […] Highly recommend. "Cruise"
After being on a cruise ship for 5 days, My boyfriend and I needed a comfortable and roomy bed to get some real sleep before jumping on a plane for a 3hour flight. I tell you the bed was big and the room was very cleaned and to top things off Breakfast was very much appreciated. "Very nice hotel"
We stayed at this hotel the night before a cruise. We ere very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and how modern the rooms were. The lady at the desk recommended a restaurant nearby for dinner and they had a free shuttle service to take us there and bring us back. We will definitely stay at the Fairfield for our next cruise.

The shuttle service was a horror. I had to call 3 times in an hour. I finally had to take car service. I will say we were reinbursed This was in the evening.. Finally when we get there and wanting to get to our room and sleep after a day of traveling, the room they gave us was not made. This after having to carry our OWN luggage to the room. Back down […] and given another room, again with our luggage.( and we did have alot, as we were leaving on a cruise the next day.) Needless to say we decided not to take advantage of the shuttle service to the ship. We took car service again. I would not recommend using their shuttle service. But the room was decent and the breakfast wasn't bad. Would I do it again. NO Mehr

"Convenient to Airport"
Convenient for pre-cruise stay. Free shuttle from airport runs upon request (phone the hotel after baggage claim), but be prepared to wait a long time for pickup. We waited 40 minutes. Hotel and room were very comfortable, modern and clean. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. There are a few restaurants in the area and there is a free shuttle service […] from the hotel in the evening. I do not recommend the shuttle service that is offered to the cruise port at $8 per person. It is much easier to phone a taxi (about $18) and go direct to your ship in comfort. I would stay here again only if it was a one-night pre-cruise layover. For longer stays, I would select a different neighborhood with more nearby amenities. Mehr

"Very Nice"
Had a very nice room, bed and breakfast after a flight into Fort Lauderdale. Free shuttle and 500 feet from the train station opened up all of south Florida for us including Miami Beach, all without a car rental. Great place.

"Airport pick up delays"
We had to wait at Ft. Lauderdale Airport for almost an hour to be picked up. Appearantly, their shuttle runs every half hour in the morning, but in the evening it every hour. After being in an airplane all day, we wanted to get to our hotel and room ASAP. We called twice and were told the shuttle was on its way. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes […] . Mehr

3 min to The Hard Rock Casino.Thats why we came. Very clean and newly decorated.Reasonable price. We will come back again.
"Close to Airport & Cruise port"
The hotel has free shuttles from the Airport and paid shuttles to sea port to go to cruises at a reasonable rate. $ 8 per person. Has complimentary breakfast. Rooms are celan and bed was comfortable . They picked us close to mdin ight from the airport and were there within 15 mins of the phone call

Horrible location. There is nothing you can walk to besides a run down gas station across a busy highway. Must take a shuttle everywhere. The transportation service co-located in the hotel lobby is a rip off when going to the cruise port. Take a cab to the airport or cruiseport. Small room. Clean hotel. Nice staff.

We were originally booked for the 4star Atlantic Hotel & it was the dirtiest place ever! Infested with mosquitos & horribly stained furniture. I called hotels.com & they not only refunded my $ but helped us book at the Fairfield. Great place!

"Pre Cruise Hotel"
We wanted to arrive the day before our cruise. Very nice hotel. Shuttle from airport, local area shopping and restaurents, and to cruise terminal.
"Beds very uncomfortable."
The hotel was nice. Had to pay for shuttle service from the port and to the beach. Very reasonable. The room does not sleep five, the are full size. Trying to sleep at night was extremely challenging. I felt like I was going to hit the floor because the bed was sloping so the entire night we were scooping back up on the bed.

"Fairfield in FLL"
For being a new hotel (6 months) my shower curtain had mold and meldew on it. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk at check-out.
