Die Lage ist nicht die beste, in der Nähe gibt es außer einigen Restaurants und einem El Pollo Loco eigentlich nichts. Aber als Zwischenstopp bietet sich das Quality Inn allemal an.

The young man and woman that work in the front desk are very nice and thoughtful. On the first evening of our two-day stay, they brought cookies and a vase with locally grown lavender to our room. I've stayed at the Meadowlark Inn several times over the years, and this is the second time I've left a review. Forgive me, if I repeat myself. It's always a pleasure. I'm a low maintenance guy, but I find the accommodations to be quaint, quiet, convenient and reasonably priced. I believe there's a small pool available, tho' I've never used it, as well […] as hot tubs adjacent to certain rooms. You can also check-out VHS videos and DVDs, possibly books and games, too. Most, if not all the rooms have a small, stocked kitchenette. The rooms may include Wi-Fi, too. There is also a fire pit and a grill available in the center courtyard. Finally, you can enjoy a free, continental breakfast in the morning. It's close to the casino, Solvang, wineries and tasting rooms in Santa Ynez and Los Olivos. The Meadowlark Inn is a late 60's ranch style property that has been carefully maintained. The grounds are inviting and the location, about half way between Solvang and Highway 156, is very convenient for Solvang and the Santa Ynez Valley wineries. This cute little Inn is located between two churches on a country road between Solvang and Santa Ynez, and it really is heavenly. Immaculately clean, with tasteful and stylish decoration, it offers everything you need for a base to explore the rolling hills of the Santa Barbara. Cute kinda of shabby chic hotel. Beautiful front garden area to relax in. Very clean and very comfortable bed but just needs a few updates, drapes were a little old and not matched in 2 room suite, little more attention to detail in bathroom. Nice that they had a wine tasting time in the evening with munchies and comp. cookes on out night table. Nice […] one-of-a-kind rooms. Did not eat breakfast there so can't comment. "The Meadowlark Inn in Solvang, CA"
Nothing too fancy, no bells or whistles. Just clean, spacious, close, comfortable, quaint, quiet, and reasonably priced accommodations.... Conveniently located close to Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, and Solvang... in Santa Barbara Wine Country. Free Wi-Fi is included with the room, but not advertised. The TV includes a DVD player. The rooms include a small […] kitchenette with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, and a few small pots and pans. Outside, in the center courtyard, a grill is available. There are also a few hot tubs on-site. My only (minor) complaint is this... the free continental breakfast isn't much to celebrate. But that's really the only downside to this charming B&B.
