Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 19. Jan. 2013Grundsätzlich ist die Lage des Hotels nicht schlecht, auch wenn es in einer etwas schmuddeligen Nebenstraße ist. Dafür ist es ruhig, was man von anderen 5* Hotels in der Nähe nicht behaupten kann, da entweder an einer Hauptstraße oder Fußgängerzone mit Clubs. Wie auch immer, die meisten Taxifahrer wissen, wo das Regal Pacific ist. Der Front Desk Stuff war von Anfang an jederzeit und mit jedem (auch ungewöhnlichem) Wunsch d'accord, der Concierge kennt die guten Lokale in der Gegend und alle sprachen sehr gutes Englisch. Einzige Ausnahme machte der etwas unmotivierte Barman an der Bar. Die Zimmer sind nicht super-luxuriös, aber ausreichend komfortabel. Ich habe einen Bademantel vermisst. Umfangreiches Kissen-Menüe. Die Klimaanlage ich viel zu laut, das hat mich wirklich gestört, aber man kann sie ausschalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok. Alles in allem kein High-End 5*-Hotel, da gibt es sicher besseres, aber in Anbetracht von Preis/Leistung/Lage ok und wie erwähnt in unserem Falle hervorragendem Service. Und das ist mir besonders wichtig.

I have spent 1 month in Argentina, I tried 5 different hotels during my stay, and this one its the one, that for the price, got my best attention. "Overall, quite satisfied"
The hotel is north of downtown but very near both the train station (a block or 2) & bus stop (1/2 block). Very clean, pretty decent service & fairly friendly, breakfast was ample with pretty good variety, price reasonable. Room could have been a little bigger and there was road construction outside that began quite early in the morning that was noisy, […] but obviously not the hotels fault. "Good price for clean and comfortable room."
We had been back packing for 2 months throughout South America and staying in hostels. This hotel was a great place to spend our last 2 days in SA. It was a bit of a small room but it had a very comfortable King size bed and was clean. The bathroom was very clean and bright with a great shower. It also had cable tv you could watch from the computer […] which was pretty cool. We chose not to eat the breakfast, however we did get room service for dinner...the food was mediocre at best. We were pretty sure they got the food from the grocery store a block away...and basically just tripled the price for something we could've gotten ourselves. The front desk spoke English really well which was nice...although the one girl at the front desk hung up on us once over a misunderstanding about the time we needed our taxi at...which wasn't cool, but we were used to it in SA. It served it's purpose for us, however, if you are looking for something near the main attractions and shopping, it is far away and you have to take the subway or a taxi. We would stay there again and recommend it, ONLY if you need a comfortable, clean place to stay before going to the airport. It was a little noisy even on the 9th floor and away from the main street, but we were used to wearing ear plugs anyways. Watch out for people giving you FAKE dollar bills when giving change...we found out the hard way on the LAST day out for dinner and had to walk 12 blocks to a bank machine... En terminos generales muy bien, comodidad, limpieza, ubicación muy buena con respecto a capital y zona norte-oeste de gran Bs. As., mas aun si se dispone de movilidad, un servicio de mucamas de 1°, atentas y serviciales. Con algunos detalles en el mantenimiento de la habitacion; La consergeria en gral. muy descuidada en el control de ingreso, algunos/as […] prendidos a la PC (Facebook, solitario).... sin prestar atencion al movimiento de gente, y sin preparacion para informar sobre transporte o comercios en la zona, ni atender necesidades minimas como llamar en horario para despertar, resumiendo, una consergeria descuidada e indiferente. El hotel es correcto, solamente tres comentarios: * La luz en las habitaciones y el baño es muy escasa, * Sería conveniente que Hoteles.com advirtiera que es necesario adaptador para enchufes europeos y * Cuando llegamos nos pidieron un número de tarjeta de crédito como garantía por gastos imprevistos, desperfectos, etc., pero también solicitaron el […] CSV número confidencial al dorso de la tarjeta, lo que no me parece en absoluto correcto, dado que ese número permite que cualquiera pueda utilizar la citada tarjeta; al negarme a facilitarla la respuesta en recepción del hotel fue muy descortés indicándome que si no lo daba "debía dejar dinero como fianza". En el último año me alojé en el Ker Urquiza más de 10 veces. Está un poco lejos de las atracciones turísticas principales, pero es lo único "malo" que puede decirse. La atención es de lo mejor, las habitaciones son muy lindas, modernas y cómodas, la limpieza es impecable, el desayuno es muy completo. Definitivamente tiene la mejor relación precio/calidad […] que encontré. Otros hoteles más caros no ofrecen ni la mitad de las comodidades. MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

El hotel tiene una buena ubición y las habitaciones son de buena calildad; no son muy amplias, pero sí muy buenas. En la habitaciones que estuve tiene una PC con internet, muyu bueno! "buen precio, mala ubicacion"
el hotel es standard, con habitaciones un tanto pequeñas, pero el problema que hemos tenido fue con la cerradura de la habitacion que dejó de funcionar y no la repararon, con lo cual al volver de noche no podíamos entrar en ella. La solución del concerge fue habilitar una llave maestra... que supongo podría abrir otras habitaciones también... el hotel […] esta en buenas condiciones aunque un poco alejado de todo. Bel hôtel propre et confortable jolie déco, frigo dans les chambres. C est agréable . Le personnel rend quelques services mais pas souriant du tout, répond à peine lorsque l'on dit bonjour, c'est un peu désagréable on ne se sent pas bienvenue mais la principale raison pour laquelle je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour un séjour touristiques c'est qu'il […] se trouve en banlieue à 20min. Realmente tuve una estancia muy cómoda. El aspecto que deberían tener en cuenta quienes administran el hotel, es el estacionamiento de vehículos. El establecimiento no tiene lugar, y en la zona no existe un sitio cercano.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
