Wir waren 5 Tage in Las Vegas im Trump. Das Hotel hat die 5 Sterne absolut verdient. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Strip, ist sehr ruhig und hat kein Casino, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Daher auch eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Shuttel zum Caesars Pallace alle 15min, ansonsten ist man aber auch zu Fuss gleich am Strip und kann bequem durch die Fashion Show mall flanieren. Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Hotel erhebt allerdings eine Ressort-Gebühr von 25$ pro Tag. Damit ist aber Internet etc. inklusive.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten

DAs Hotel hatte Top-Zimmer und kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir waren unter der Woche dort. An den Wochenenden geht hier die Post ab. Die Swimming-Pools waren auch spitze, nur die Musik war uns persönlich zu laut. Auch im Casino und in der Lobby war es zu stark heruntergekühlt und einfach laut.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel wurde vollständig renoviert; alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal; wir hatten auch das Frühstück gebucht, gute Auswahl und ausreichend, leider muss man auch als Hotelgast nach 8:30 Uhr auf einen freien Tisch etwas warten; bis zum Strip sind es nur ein paar Autominuten; wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Für zusätzliche Personen können Gebühren anfallen, die abhängig von den Bestimmungen des Hotels variieren können.

Obwohl das Hotel gross ist, ist mann sehr schnell im Zimmer. Sehr gut strukturiert! Der Service ist super! Ausser selbst auspacken und geniessen muss man nichts selbst erledigen.

Das Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Las Vegas ist eine Oase der Ruhe im sonst hektischen Sin City. Der Service, die Zimmer und das Ambiente sind auf anspruchsvolle Gäste ausgerichtet. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und empfehlen dieses Hotel an alle welche kein Casino im Haus benötigen weiter.
"Eine Oase der Ruhe"
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Strip. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Nach einem langen Tag ist die Heimkehr ins Hotel mit dem Gang in eine Oase der Ruhe zu vergleichen. Top-Hotel! Sehr zu empfehlen! Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Las Vegas werden wir wieder hier nächtigen!

"Die Ruheinsel im Chaos von Las Vegas"
Ich habe dieses Hotel mehr oder weniger zufällig gebucht - gut für mich: Das Hotel ist nicht sehr groß und hat kein eigenes Casino. Man hat zwar vom Zimmer einen schönen Blick auf den Strip, die für mich negativen Bgeleiterscheinungen (vor allem der Lärm und die Menschenmassen) fehlen aber. Nach einem Streifzug durch die Stadt bin ich immer mit dem […] Gefühl "ah, endlich zu Hause" ins Hotel zurückgekommen. Erwähnenstwert ist auch das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort absteigen und kann dieses Hotel nur jedem, der den Rummel nicht 24 Stunden am Tag braucht, empfehlen. Mehr

Never seen such customer service. Not the cheapest place in Las Vegas, but worth every penny. Absolutely beautiful, serene hotel in the middle of the crazy Las Vegas strip.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Having a quiet relaxing place to return to after visiting the hustle and bustle of the casinos was great. And the service was outstanding.

When checking in I requested a quiet room, away from the lifts. I was allocated a room right next to the lift shaft but was moved when I rang to complain. It would have been nicer to have been given a quieter room in the first place, however, the front desk staff responded quickly to my complaint. Unfortunately the television was faulty but after two […] calls and a 50 minute wait, was fixed. The following day I was out of the room for over six hours, only to arrive back at 3 o'clock to find the room had not been cleaned. After a 22 hour trip the previous day from Australia, I was hoping for a nap but had to wait for housekeeping which was disappointing. I found the room to be quite dark and not very spacious but the fittings were attractive and the bed extremely comfortable. All staff were great and we were very happy with the breakfast and dinner we had in the hotel. The only other disappointment was when checking out I noticed that as well as the hotel resort fee, we were charged an additional $19 a day for internet usage. When I pointed this out, it was immediately rectified but somewhat sloppy practice. To sum up, I was disappointed with the reviews of this property which resulted in my booking this hotel. Usually I agree with 95% of other reviewers but in this case wish I had stayed elsewhere as too many things were disappointing and it was not the typical Mandarin experience. Mehr

The Mandarin Oriental Las vegas is located approx. in the mddle of the strip so it is close to all attractions and night life but it is very quiet the same time which makes it a very nice stay there. No coffee and no breakfast tea in the room was a minus but everything else was just perfect. Great pool and Spa makes it very comfortable

"Don't need to stay here again"
I got to the hotel at about 8:00pm and the driveway was pretty dead, which was perfect since I had a car full of stuff to unload. I asked the guy at the door if I could leave my car out front for 15 minutes while I checked in and he told me no, I'd have to valet it or do self-parking at the Aria. I thought this was pretty ridiculous since even the Holiday […] Inn generally has a place you can leave your car for 30 minutes while you check in, but that's not the case here. (But apparently it's fine if you leave your yellow Lamborghini parked in the drive for days at a time -- my Lexus wasn't good enough I guess). The walk from the Aria garage isn't terrible, but when you're carrying luggage it's a real pain to do the walk, go down the stairs/escalator to get to the ground floor, then take the first elevator to the sky lobby just to transfer to another elevator to get to your floor before you can even get to your room. They'll take your luggage for you of course, but make sure you have money in your pocket for a tip because it's expected. Fast forward to the spa (this is specific to the men's side). It's expensive and small. It's on the 8th floor and there are windows, which seems nice until you see the view -- Las Vegas boulevard with a strip mall across the street. Honestly, not the greatest view. There's only one hot tub and it's got lounges in it, so there's no room to move around in it at all. They take your shoes at checkin. I didn't realize what a problem this was until I was getting dressed in the locker area and my sandals were wet, so it didn't make a lot of sense to put my socks back on. Not only that, but you don't get your shoes back until you check out & pay, when they are hovering over you and you feel somewhat pressured to write in a good tip on the checkout form. I really prefer the Encore spa -- large, nice and not overbearing. On the plus side, the hotel was clean & very quiet. There's no casino here (short walk to Aria to gamble), so the action is el Mehr

"Overpriced and undergood"
I've heard great things about the Mandarin Oriental, so perhaps this is just a bad location. I found the hotel very dark and gloomy. The restaurant MOzen had a limited and uninspiring menu. (I had a 60 dollar California roll that was all but tasteless. ) Everything else about it, from room to fitness center, is exactly like any other four star hotel […] you've ever stayed in: Airless and unappealing. Unless you absolutely want to spend four times the average price for everything you buy, I'd skip this address. Mehr

One of the best experiences I've had to date in Vegas. Elegant and private while in the middle of everything. First class hotel at your beck and call. Service so serene and pampering that you leave amazingly relaxed for Vegas.

Mid-strip luxury. A wonderful escape from the daily grind.
Only complaint was that we couldn't get the room to cool enough at night. Otherwise, a terrific experience.

I have stayed at the Mandarin in SF and been at the Mandarin in NYC several times. I am also a very frequent visitor of Las Vegas since 1989 and have stayed at almost every hotel on the Strip. This was my first time at the Mandarin and I was very impressed! It was outstanding! It had impeccable service and decor and an amazingly calming atmosphere. […] From the scented rooms and hallways, to the 23rd floor lobby and bar, to the gentle music, to the incredible room technology and ambience, it is truly an exceptional hotel! it does not have its own casino, which is a plus, since you don't have the traffic, car or pedestrian, or noise. and you are steps away from the Cosmopolitan's crazy casino and club, Aria's beautiful casino and great restaurants, and Crystal's high-end shopping. I will definitely stay there again. One thing that was surprising was that the rates weren't that high, given how nice the hotel was. Mehr

"Zen oasis away from the melee"
Elegant, comfortable, relaxed hotel with an almost spa-like serenity. A smoke free, casino free oasis of calm with exceptional and sincere (and relaxed) service. Understated, quiet, comfortable, lovely views, inspired service. The food I did have was excellent. The bars/tea lounge in the 23rd floor sky lobby are a lovely place to see the city.

I was disappointed to find outdated items in the mini bar, specifically mixed nuts and gummy bears. Please check expiation dates on mini bar items as a regular routine. Mixed nuts were terribly stale. I gave the items to the desk upon check out.

If you have come to Vegas for some upscale fun...Spa, top restaurants, great shows...this is your hotel. Great service, comfortable room, some quiet and close to most top casinos. Far removed from the throngs of raunchy crowds trying to create their own personal sequel to "The Hangover". "MO Las Vegas review"
WOW! What a terrific place! The staff treats customers like guests. Appreciated the professionalism of everyone there, as well as the luxurious property--loved it! The coffee cafe is the only place that could use improvement--couldn't pay with cash here (didn't have change) and nowhere to sit (cafe was reserved for big party). We were welcome on floor […] 23, but would've rather sat in the cafe for just the 10 minutes needed to enjoy the croissant and coffee. Thanks for asking! Mehr
"Amazing"
We only stayed for One night but wished we were staying for two. The hotel is beautiful. The service is spot on. The room has everything you could possible need. Including a hairdryer with defuser and straighteners. My husband was particularly impressed by the remote control that controlled everything, even the curtains! And, the iPhone doc so he could […] play our own music. Room service is also good. Oh and bed is the most comfortable I've slept in. This hotel made our trip to Vegas Mehr

This review is for the Mandarin Premier Room. My wife and I loved our room. The room was sleek and the bathroom, in particular, was enormous. Everything is controlled by a touch device and the TV. Great Strip views. The service is also exceptional. It is a very relaxing place and is by far the most relaxing of the high-end hotels on the strip (the lack […] of a casino certainly helps).
