All of the staff were very friendly and attentive!!! The maid service was very prompt and cleaned the room to perfection. It was refreshing to find that the entire hotel was a non-smoking hotel and not just a non-smoking floor or room. The complimentary breakfast was second to none!!!!!!!! I liked this hotel for visiting the University of Arizona. Pretty close with quite a good breakfast. My one comment would be to please put 2 queen size pillows on the beds instead of 3 tiny pillows. They are not comfortable!

The AC and internet didn't work. The manager was able to fix the internet connection. However, there was noone on the staff who could fix the AC. To his credit, the manager did make some suggestions for how to get it working, which actually made it possible to get the room a bit cooler. This is an excellent facility with excellent staff. My single regret is that it is located under high-voltage electrical cables. Staff are very well trained (and training seems to be constant and responsive). Very professional, personable people. Hot full breakfasts variable, appeal to wide range of tastes and fod limitations. The motel room was as clean as could be expected, my Tucson place to stay.

Reception personnel were great. Breakfast good. Location close to down town. I would stay again. Rich-Colorado

This hotel looked good online, but was even better than it looked. We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was better than expected. The TV in the room actually gave a decent picture. This was a great hotel for price. It was located close enough to the U of A for a cheap taxi ride. The hotel staff at the front desk were always very friendly. Best part about the stay was the free breakfast, and cookies and water available any time of the night. II will definitely be coming back to stay.

I booked this because it is located right on the river where there's a running trail. At the same time, the hotel was spotless and comfortable and had freshly baked cookies 24 hours a day. :-) Great find!

Our family stayed 4 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful but most importantly the room was clean and well-maintained. We would go back any time we are in Tucson.

The rooms are good sized and comfortable. The workers are really nice and accommodating. Breakfast is a plus!

The hotel staff was very accomodating and eager to help. We arrived before check in and they had a room ready for us in 30 minutes. They also allowed us to check out late. The hotel had a very nice breakfast and was close to downtown which is where we needed to be.

We were not disappointed during our recent stay at this hotel. It was convenient to the University of AZ, Old Tucson, 4th Street and other center city areas. The entire staff was found to be very accommodating and personable during the visit. Beautiful hotel -- Country Inn & Suites in Tucson. Spent one night during UA parents weekend. Close to University of Arizona. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is nice, free cookies and coffee available 24 hours. Would definitely stay there again

I was pleasantly surprised at the all around hotel and experience. We had a very nice clean comfortable room. It was very quiet being so close to an Interstate so we had a nice quiet relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable even nicer then some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at. everything was great the staff the hotel the only thing is that I booked thru hotels.com and I wasn't given the suite i had booked.

We stayed for two-nights and every morning we enjoyed our hot, delicious breakfast out in the patio over looking the mountains. The staff was friendly and would greet us by name. I was in town for a week for school. Hotel was close to campus. The hotel room was clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I would recommend to others and would stay here again.

This hotel was great. As a first timer to Tucson and moving my daughter into her dorm, the location was ideal, the service was outstanding. I am really picky about cleanliness and type of bedding- very satisfied. I booked another stay for parents weekend.

This hotel overpassed my expectations. I especially loved the service. The two front desk service guys, Mike and John, were wonderful. Very willing to please and make you feel at home. They did everything to please. The breakfast was supperb. and the freshly baked cookies great. They even had bottled water for you to take on the road. I picked this hotel because of the reviews, breakfast and proximity to the U of A. I asked for a room in back away from the freeway. The hotel and my room were very clean. The continental breakfast was fine but there was a traffic flow issue with lots of people and everyone tripping over each other to get the food. I did not hear any traffic noise at […] all while in the room but I had a room that connected to another room with young children and a loud father . I could hear everything. this hotel was excellent in every way. The room was large, clean and well equipped. The man on reception was cheerful and very helpful, giving us good directions to places in the area. Breakfast was excellent - I even learnt to make waffles! The only possible drawback is the train whistles from the nearby railway crossing but this is not the fault of […] the hotel. I recently stayed at a different CountryInn for a business trip and was dissappointed; I had already made this reservation and pre-paid so I couldn't change. I was pleasantly surprised to find this CountryInn to be clean and comfortable and the staff to be friendly and accomodating. There was definitely a reason for this particular hotel to be more […] expensive than other CountryInns--and it was worth it! The location right off the highway was great and the bed was the most comfortable of the beds at all the places during our road trip. Mehr

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our bed was very comfortable and the room satisfied our expectations of personal comfort and food amenities. Breakfast rates at the top; food was fresh and varied. Priced at the lower end for the top services provided.

The only thing I would have liked was some kind of TV information that included stations and guide. Also, there was no information in the room about the hotel and services.

The Country Inn is a very nice hotel located right off the I-10. My friend and I stayed in a room on the back side of the hotel with a view of the Tucson foothills, and it was very quiet. We walked into downtown Tucson each day. It is only about a 20 minute walk to the Old Artisan section of Tucson.

This was a good stay for us.

I was impressed at how clean and nice everything was at this hotel, especially for the price. The staff was great and the breakfast was pretty good too. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel/motel was much more then we expected. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Easy access from freeway. Would highly recommend.
