America's Best Value Inn & Suites - Racine

Bed had hair in sheets.Computor in lobby not working. Just a room. Have stayed in better for less money.

I had to fix the toilet and the refridge door was bent. I fixed that too. Other than that it was a nice room. It was well located, with several shopping cenyers and resturants nearby. We would stay there again.

Very nice stay, convienent to shopping, quiet, clean. I liked that my pet was welcomed.

America's Best Value Inn is a small, quiet inn with a pleasant, helpful staff. I needed a shaving razor as I ran out the door one morning, and was provided with one at the front desk as well as ample directions as to where to get one. When I decided to extend my stay there they were able to do so at the same rate I had originally booked it through a […] reseller. The room is small and doesn't wow you with wide screen TV, microwave or refrigerator, but if you are looking for a place to stay a few days. You could easily find worse. Mehr

We stayed here Christmas night and had a wonderful time. The entire hotel including the rooms and bathroom were quite clean and well-maintained. We comfortably slept 4 adults in the two-queen room.

Rooms are very very tiny.....glad we only had to stay one night

It was a wonderful room in which to spend several nights. I was busy all during each day so the fact that the room was small did not bother me at all. But it would be confining if one wanted to conduct business in the room. I did wish it had a small refrigerator in it, but then the price would probably be higher - and i did like the low price. We have stayed at much nicer hotels for less money then this. Even though is was a low cost it was not worth it. Rooms were not clean, I found hairs both in the bed and in the tub. TV remote was broken and only a few of the buttons worked, plus the TV was very old and small for the room. It was a great location for what where we needed to be, but not […] worth it, I will drive out of my way next year and stay somewhere else! Mehr

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was very cheery and clean and the price was very reasonalble.

The front desk clerk was generally disinterested in assisting us with our check-in and check-out. She was more interested in watching the World Cup and we were an invconvenience. We had requested a non-smoking room but received a smoking room. We were told that there was nothing they could do because the reservation was made through a 3rd party and […] they had no other rooms available. The strong cleaning solvent smell did not cover up the smell of smoke in the room, or throughout the entire hotel. When I asked for a receipt at check-out we were told that we had to contact our 3rd party. She seemed annoyed that we made reservations through another party- which is the only reason we stayed there to begin with! The bed was comfortable and clean so that was good. However, other small details were missed...no coffee made when we stopped at the continental breakfast and no one around to help us find the supply to make it, no hot water when we showered, burns on the counter in the room, etc. I had actually forgotten that hotels still allowed smoking. We stay at the Mariott chain of hotels whenever possible since they are all non-smoking...yeah! Mehr

I was disappointed to discover that the hotel had no amenities such as a hair dryer, iron, shampoo etc. I guess I am spoiled as a business traveler and was caught off guard without these essential amenities. The room was very, very small, the curtains were old, the blanket had a hole in it, the bed was hard, the TV tiny. Would stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel. I found it to be comfortable and afforable. I slept amazing well. There were minor details such as the bathroom sink not draining right and transition of the HBO channel. Other than that it was nice to be able to walk to the mall and other stores along my stay.
