I had wonderful experience and will reccommend this hotel

Service was quick and reasonably priced. Beds were very comfortable.

First time we stayed here it was amazing. Second time not so great. Had mold in our first room. Then got moved to a down graded room:(

This hotel is going thought a remodel. The common areas and exterior are the first to be updated. They are making huge improvements on the property. Staff was very helpful and nice, the room was clean but was in need of an update. When the remodel is done this will be a very nice location. Right now it is ok for the money.

Hotel staff were prompt and courteous, our room was clean and very well-maintained, Our only issue was the pool area- the pool temperature was FREEZING, and the pool and deck area was filthy. My family decided against going in after seeing the lack of cleanliness, plus feeling the cold temperature. A lovely hotel, except for the pool.

This is a very nice hotel. not near a lot of things but still a nice hotel. i gave maintenance a 3 because it is looking old and tired but they are in the process of rectifying things.

For the rate they are charging, definitely not recommended. We had flies and other bugs on our window siles (in late December)! We have stayed here in the past many times, but we will not be going back, until we know all the renovations are complete.

Close to all big shopping mall. I felt very convience.

Hotel under renos which they advised up front. No problem. I was only there for one night so a room on the first floor next to the elevator I'm thinking might not be that big a deal as I am a heavy sleeper. Right in front of the door to my room there was some sort of construction equipment partially blocking the entrance. I can get around it, again […] not that big a deal although you'd think they might be more concious to try and leave that stuff out of the way of guests. Get in the room and it looks pretty clean at first glance. In the bathroom underneath the soap that was in the soap tray was a long black hair. OK now its starts to add up from here. After washing my hands and face I reach for a towel and I notice some sort of stain resembling a pink lipstick color. I reach for the second towel and inspect it more closely. It looks like maybe it was used for a floor rag as it had dirt stains on it. Every towel and face cloth had something on it. On the bathroom floor next to the tub, more hair. At this point I haven't even been in the room for five minutes. I didn't have supper yet so decided to go to the restaurant. It wasn't busy at all; only two other patrons at the same table. Once seated it was only a few more minutes till a server came over with the menu and took my drink order. After the dirty bathroom experience I am a little paranoid now. I held up both empty water glasses to the light and they looked like they wern't washed properly and hand hand prints all over them. I blame my mom a little for this cause as kids she drilled it into us that you should always handle the glass by the base, where people don't put their lips. Thats why I ordered bottled beer and declined to have my water glass filled. There was a couple private rooms at the back that had people in them. The server walked by several times without my drink. 5 minutes passed and another server came by to take my drink order which I advise had already been taken by the other server. Very handy location south of Rexall Place. Under renovation so expect it to present a little shabby. Excellent service in all areas. Comfortable beds.

The hotel was overbooked and crowded. Room was very small with tiny bathroom, bed uncomfortable, and hallway very noisy. Hotel is out of way of shopping

Our stay here was fairly enjoyable. The hotel was under construction but no one was working on it while we were there so it wasn't noisy, but we did have to park further away from the front of the hotel, which I didn't like because I couldn't park where I could see my car from my room. The Argyll Pub, attached to the hotel was pleasant and had good […] live entertainment, but the best part was the bed. It was so incredibly comfortable! I had an amazing sleep which is very important to me when I'm away from home. Mehr

What a beautiful facility! I loved every minute of my stay here. The lobby is incredible and so was the room. The location is very convenient to doing business as well as recreationally.

My room was very clean, the staff was quick and efficient, room decor is a bit dated but the beds are very comfortable. Over all great stay.

The beds were okay for comfort but the bedding is terrible. Sheets are the type that are stiff enough they rustle every time you move so we were constantly waking each other up. Had a terrible sleep until we pulled off the sheets and just slept with the blanket and comforter. Really outdated. You can hear every sound from the hallway. A wedding guest pulled the fire alarm at midnight and we all had to stand in the parking lot until the fire dept. said we could go back in--hotel staff never even apologized. I would have liked a free breakfast, late check out, something. I know it is not the hotels fault but they still could […] have managed an apology--it is all about customer service. The hotel decor is very tired and urgently needs an upgrade. This is not the class of a "Sheraton Hotel" in my view as it appears like a blue collar motel in a working class town. This city is the capital of Alberta and deserves better from Sheraton. The carpet in the hall leading to the swimming pool is filthy and I wouldn't use the pool or work out […] area for this reason. The staff are very courteous and friendly and deserve full marks for their efforts . Mehr

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and good value including the restaurant, however our complaints about a noisy party in our hallway were not dealt with by management. Also the walls are thin enough to hear every sound from adjoining rooms.

Had a great 3 night stay. This was our first time at this hotel and it was a very pleasant one! WOuld definately come back again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant was also very good. The prices were great and an overall good hotel that I would definately recommended to anyone.

Everything was as expected for a Four Points. Super comfortable beds, nice thick linens, large flat screen TV, room service with really good food and great beer selection. surrounding area is not at all conducive to walking, except for Casino across the road. but close enough drive to downtown, south or north end of Edmonton tip: Chinese gift shop […] has a great, low cost next day laundry service! a real bonus for extended travellers who don't have time to go to laundromat to expense of drycleaners. We took the kids, so we booked a suite. We were checked into a room with 2 dbl beds...asked to be switched into a 2 rm suite, which they did for us. However, it offered no privacy at all, as it had a clear glass door that looked out to the sofa in the other room!!! Everything else about the room was satisfactory or better, but if you're looking for […] a suite, look elsewhere Mehr
