Grand Gongda Jianguo Hotel - Peking

The location was not good, not walking distance to the metro....For some reason we had a call to wake us up at 4am and every morning we got a call to ask if we wanted our laundry done...if we did not answer the phone they knocked on the door. The main rest. was def not worth the price not to mention they told us 100 and then tried to bill 130 and finally […] talked to a manager and paid 100 but did not go back...The food was not that great... Wifi was not very good either...The rooms were clean and nice and the staff for the most part was helpful. The tea room library was nice. The bed was very comfortable so if I had business in the area close I would consider staying here but would keep the do not disturb light on..... Mehr

This hotel is far from the centre of Beijing. But if you need to be in that area then this is your best bet. Nice rooms. Staff speak good English.

If you want quality service, do not stay at this hotel. I made reservations for 2 rooms, one of which to accommodate 3 people. When I got there, they told me they did not receive this information even though I had written proof to show them. They then said they would provide a bigger room but would charge me. We enjoyed our stay, that staff where attentive and we chose to walk 5 minutes to the University cafeteria for a fabulous breakfast fo less than $2.00CDN each, we know our dining choices the next time we're at this property! Overall a tremendous value with excellent serviceand in proximity to the campus libfrary for this who like to read.

we arrived late evening, the staff were pleasant, the rooms clean and comfortable, the breakfast was more than adequate and all food was prepared to high standard, during our stay we received professional assistance from the hotel staff. The English language is limited but we were able to communicate most things. should be 4 1/2 star rating

A very quiet and clean hotel. Good for few days of stay if you are on business or conference. but the access from street is difficult and Taxi missed gate, so driver has to make a long drive to come back due to one way drive. One need to take taxi to go subway. But over all, it is a very worth experience and money well spend.

good hotel. room was very hot. heating system not good. i had to phone the front desk to open our window. windows were opened by keys.overall good hotel.

The hotel itself was very comfortable although the location is not very convenient. It is quite far from the closest metro station (Jinsong) and we did not know that we could catch the 29 bus to the hotel. Once we figured out the logistics then we managed with ease to get to and from the hotel. The only bad experience was the dinner at the Taiwanese […] restaurant on the second floor. The food was terrible and the cost was ridiculously high and we could not charge the meal to the room. I would definately avoid this restaurant but the main restaurant in the hotel is reasonable and the food is good. I would also make the suggestion to get the hotel name in Chinese before you leave as the taxi drivers and most people do not understand or read English. It is also important to get a detailed map of the area and locate the hotel on the map before you arrive. Overall - I would stay at this hotel again now that I know how to get to it! Mehr

設備が新しくきれいでサービスも中国にしてはよく満足です。8泊しました。しかし部屋の掃除はきちんとしてくれません。ゴミ箱のゴミを捨ててくれる程度。きちんと言わないと埃が溜まって行く一方でした。 立地ですが、SOLANAや大望路（地下鉄1号線の駅）までバスで1本で行けるため、特に不便は感じませんでした。

Отель красивый, в номере все чисто, сервис хороший, но неудобное расположение. До ближайшей станции метро надо было ехать на автобусе 15 минут. Еще около отеля нет мест с европейской пищей, да и китайских ресторанов рядом мало.

- Hotel in ottimo stato, ristrutturato di recente - Posizione periferica, pochi negozi, pochi ristoranti, in prevalenza parrucchieri (aperti fino a tarda ora) e un po' di prostituzione. - l'area però è estremamente sicura, nessun problema nel circolare la sera tardi. - 50 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto - Distanza dalla stazione della metropolitana più […] vicina; 2 km circa (ma i taxi costano veramente poco!) - Stanza molto spaziosa con TV al plasma a muro e scrivania in cristallo come da foto nel sito - Pulizia e riodino della stanza un po' scarse...( i letti erano rifatti in modo sbrigativo e i bagni erano puliti alla meno peggio....) 全体として、快適でした。 部屋は清潔でインテリアもよく、何よりネットの接続がよかったです。 ただ、バスルームのドアが閉まらない（以前にドアの下部を修繕したようで、その部分が膨らんでしまっていてぶつかって閉じない）、ネットのケーブルの差し込み口が欠けているなどのメンテできていない部分がありました。 しかし、フロントをはじめ、ホテルの人たちの対応は良かったです。 欧米系の観光客も結構いて、外国人の対応にも慣れています。 難は、食事と立地条件でしょうか。 ホテルのレストランは、無国籍を目指したものの、何でこのセレクト？という料理メニュー。しかも、物（私が食べた中では「ミネストローネ」）によってはとんでもないお味。 ルーム・サービスのメニューは、オール中華です。 向かいに、スーパーと鍋の店があるだけ […] 。 コンビニがないのが辛かったです。 公共交通機関は、バスで動松まで出て、そこから地下鉄になると思います。 あと、10階に泊まりましたが、クルマの音が結構、気になりました。 そうは言っても、（この辺りを基点としたい）私としては、常宿にしようと思うホテルです。 Mehr

Muy buen hotel, nuevo, limpio, con personal encantador, dispuestos a ayudarte y que hablan inglés. Habitaciones muy amplias y con cama muy buena. Facil para moverte en transporte público a las principales zonas de la ciudad. Organizan excursiones a la Muralla China a muy buen precio.

The room is clean and tidy, but the location is not convenience. The lady of house keeping always is impatience, will ask you why you need the refill even they forgot to refill something after cleaning the room in the morning. Bad service of the lady.

O hotel é muito bom para a sua categoria. Apenas gostaria de sugerir que estivesse disponível na home page, para ser impresso, o nome e a localização do hotel em caracteres chineses, pois tive dificuldade no aeroporto em encontrar taxistas que entendessem o nome e a localização do hotel em Inglês. No demais aspectos achei tudo muito bom.
