Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport - Richmond

We only stayed one night before heading outnof YVR. Very nice hotel in an industrial are. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was good. The only slight negative is we also ate breakfast in the hotel. The food was good but the portions were quite small and it cost us just about as much as our dinner the night before.

Lovely, modern room and hotel. Comfy bed, very quiet room - quite pleased overall. Great bathroom!

A very modern decor and close the the airport. Convenient for easy departure.

Great place to stay - all staff extremely professional and helpful

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of a commercial wasteland. If you are simply needing a very good hotel near YVR this is the place. The Boatyard restaurant nearby is okay.

Best for those whose business is in Richmond, as it is quite a hike to downtown Vancouver. Hotel was small and expensive for the price. Everything was extra - parking, internet, breakfast. Hotel staff was uppity and cold, as if the customer owed them a favor. I would avoid the place if I could find a better deal, but I think that everything in Richmond […] is expensive and smallish. Very comfortable bed!

a good deal and a good stay, very pleasant staff, but I would as a college ask to rethink the breakfast concept, the same coffee costs more as double during breakfast.

Very modern, comfortable quiet hotel.The bathroom deep tub and walk in shower were great. Excellent swimming pool and gym facilities on site. A bit isolated for walking sight seeing. Fabulous view of the mountains and waterway.The morning sunrise was breath taking. Loved the Asian market which is within walking distance.Great seafood restaurant directly […] across the highway. (Bit dicey to cross the road). Friendly staff. No snack shop or vending machine on site that I found. I stayed on the Club floor, which included a light breakfast. Did not get the voucher for the evening snacks. Even on club floor the hotel charged for the internet access. The hotel is close to the airport and shuttle service is available 20 hours a day. Mehr

Only complaint is paying so much for breakfast. Coffee was $5.00. Eggs were over $15.

Beautiful hotel --wished I could have stayed longer.

It's a bit pricey, but it's worth the money staying in a very clean and comfort room/bed, and the staffs are super nice and friendly. Definitely will come back again.

It was a very short stay but very nice. The room was great and very clean. This hotel is close to the riverrock casino so you can walk over for some close-by entertainment.

I stayed for one night. The bed was comfy, overall the room was very nice, rated 4 stars. I didn't like how there were lots of additional charges. Parking for instance. I wasn't inform that it's going to cost me $21 to park in their parking lot. I would have parked along the street. I think I should be inform ahead of time. Not a huge charge but it's […] hidden. The indoor pool was small and very cold. I booked for 2 queen beds through hotel.com but when I got there they gave me a king. There was a lot of talking back and forth with the supervior. Hotel is beautiful, the room was amazing. Gorgeous views of the airport and harbor. It is however a "nickle and dime you" hotel. Of all the places we stayed only this one charges for Internet. ( And it was expensive!) Charged for parking. Charged for a cot. All of these things were included everywhere else and it got pretty annoying... Hotel base rate […] was pretty high, but I understand since it was a very nice hotel, and very close to the airport. But all these extra charges were very frustrating.... Westin Wall Centre is a lovely new hotel near the Vancouver Airport. The decor was modern and thee rooms were very comfortable. One of our three days, housekeeping didn't come. We arrived home late and complained. The response was quick but not very apologetic. Sheets were hastily changed, but clean towels were nit provided and shampoo etc was not replaced. Our […] only grievance other than that was the fact that WiFi was charged for separately. They would be better off including this in the price of the room. In this day and age, we shouldn't be buckled and dined for essential services. Mehr

Nice new hotel, it was in a so-so part of town, but the main drawback I found was that everything was extra, especially parking and internet access.

Room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and two comfortable chairs. However, function suffered. Beautiful shower was impossible to turn on to set water temperature without getting all wet. There was no counterspace in the bathroom for our ditty bags. Parking in the garage was a problem. the Westin Wall in Richmond was perfect for the early flight out of YVR. nice people. good rooms and butter chicken was excellent. will stay again for sure.

The walk to the pool from the hotel proper is really quite inconvenient. Climbing three flights of stairs is not very accessible, especially if you are handicapped.

Fantastic rooms. Clean comfortable beads and friendly staff. Little tough to get too and its paid parking but every hotel in the greater Vancouver area is (and all the same rate). Used to stay at the Sandman downtown but the combination of their horrible renovation (basically cut each room in half, making the space VERY awkward) and the addition of […] the Canada line to Richmond makes it very easy to get to Rodgers arena and BC place for events (skytrain station is a 5 min walk through the very safe city of Richmond) Mehr

Hotel and staff very nice. Recommend eating elsewhere especially for breakfast. Very pricey and quality of food not in line with the dollars.

I really liked this hotel. It is well situated in Vancouver/ city of Richmond. The only complaint that I have is with the fact that customers are charged to make local calls. That's unheard of. I've travelled quite a bit and I've never had a situation in which a hotel charged customers for making local calls. If they were long distance calls, then absolutely, […] charges are warranted. But, local phone calls, not good. Just a suggestion for the hotel. Mehr

The only problem were no vending machines in the hotel for snacks.

$15+ taxes = $20/night of additional parking fee. Watch out for the sharp edges in the furniture, especially if you have kids.

This place is very nice! One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The location is extremely convenient too -- close to the airport, and to the skytrain for easy access to downtown Vancouver. There is no need to pay for parking. I stayed on a Saturday night and easily found street parking right next to the hotel. Suggest that you also provide shuttle bus service to Sky Train Station

Lovely and comfortable place. Food was excellent. The rooms were the most comfortable of any hotels we slept in a long time. What a treat, worth every bit of it. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

Stayed at the Westin as a treat for my sister's b-day. We were very pleased with the hotel overall, clean, modern, beautiful. Had a little trouble finding it though. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Parking not as pricey as others have stated, was $15, less than a lot of other places we've stayed. Did not eat at the hotel....a little too rich for our […] blood. Location not great for shopping (walking), but not a long drive either. Overall, a wonderful stay, thoroughly enjoyed it!!!!! Mehr
