Clarion Hotel And Casino - Las Vegas

Close to all of the shops, great service, clean rooms which include a fridge and a late check out with no additional fees :)

this hotel was worth the money

I would recomend this hotel for quick trips only. Hotel had a respectable location and close to monorail access. Hotel personel were friendly and prompt. Bartender Candy was one of the best bar keeps I've had!!

It is so close to strip, Parking is good, room has every thing to stay, worth for the dollars spent

If you are in Vegas for convention and want a place close you can walk from to convention center this place is great. No frills not fancy vegas but cheap clean and close.

Nice room: bed, desk, shower. Closed to the strip. Whynn hotel is at 4-5 blocks (10min by walk). No shampoo in bathroom

Has most of the amenities of bigger hotels in Las Vegas. Ample parking. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was quite adequate. Hotel cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Carpets were dirty and despite their efforts , there was a dingy , sometimes tobacco smell to hallways , etc. Good value for money but needs work.

The hotels location was very convenient to the Convention Center. That having been said, it seemed as if the hotel had seen its best day days behind it. It showed the wear and tear of a hotel constructed in the 70's and it appears to not have been renovated since then. The walls were scratched and the corners of the walls showing countless dings from […] carts. Though this in itself does not lessen your stay, it does send a signal that no one is mending the little bits of the hotel that need mending. The display of condoms and KY jelly along with chewing gum directly behind the desk clerk give it an added and unwelcome ambiance. I could not help thinking that it would not take too much to improve it to where you would not be left with a slightly slimy feeling. All they have to do is want to. Mehr

you can't beat this location for this price!! room was clean, bed was comfortable, front desk very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Rough part of town during conventions. Stayed here as was always pleased with Clarion's. This hotel is the exception and I would not do so again. Staff try to make the best of the situation, but could use a bit of internal and external maintenance and cleaning! My kudos to the front desk for dealing with no hot water--friendly and cordially.

The Clarion was conveniently located near Las Vegas Blvd. I really enjoyed the fact that I really didn't need a car to get around because everything was within walking distance. On a really cold and windy day it is not that close to everything on the strip - the same would be true of a very HOT day... otherwise within walking distance of most things on the strip. It took forever to get a taxi. Breakfast took way too long in the restaurant at the hotel. You average lower budget hotel...for a few more dollars stay some place […] else. Mehr

This was a value hotel and a bit off the strip. You need a car or other transportation to get to the strip or you have a long walk. The room was large and very comfortable although dated.

Overall room and location were wonderful and what I anticipated. The only thing flaw of the whole stay was the wireless internet connection was not good. Also the top floor was not quiet.

I stayed for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino was small. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure/temp. Room had a tiny fridge but no microwave. Considering I payed about 1/4 what other nearby hotels were charging at the time my stay exceeded my expectations. Just don't expect great atmosphere or many decent cable […] channels. I chose the Clarion because it was a 5 minute walk from the convention center (where I was attending an expo), and due to its unbeatable low price. I was a little concerned about the quality of the hotel due to its low daily room rate (about the price of dinner for two at the Olive Garden) but I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the room. The room […] was spacious, clean, had a queen size bed, nice size TV, reclining chair and work desk. Bathroom was CLEAN and well maintained. Shower pressure was good. This hotel was clean and SO conveniently located near the LVCC. Didn't eat in the restaurant or go in the casino but they sell sodas for $1.00 at the front desk. When was the last time you paid $1 for a Diet Coke at a hotel? Would stay again without question. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Room was clean but old. TV was fuzzy, heater was loud. Parking was easy and free. Good bed for the room. If you want nice - look elsewhere

The room was spacious and clean. The room service food was average and arrived semi warm .After the first night the room wasn't cleaned and we had to remind the front desk for the housekeeping. Otherwise, the room was good and the shower was GREAT!! Not exactly the Belaggio (haha) but for the money you get what you pay for. :)

This was my second stay at the Clarion this year and I will stay there next time I travel to Vegas. This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are large, clean and quiet. Very good property that has aged but is a great value for the price. Maintenance was excellent, appearance exceptional, security was sound and cleanliness was very comfortable. Room was large and updated nicely. It is a bit off the "beaten path" but walk to the Sands Convention Center started the mornings off right.

It's a dinky little hotel off the strip. Easy into parking, easy out. Not the greatest, but I got what I paid for.

It's a smaller hotel off the strip, but very quiet away from the craziness of the strip, and the check in lines of the mega hotels. It doesn't have the latest flat panel TV's but my room was clean, big, and comfortable. Free wi-fi is definitely the icing on the cake! Staff is reasonably friendly as well!

You can walk to a mall, the strip and the rooms are really nice. I have paid much , much more for a room and was disappointed. Clarion was exceptional.

I will save your eyes from reading too much............The Clarion has got to be the best bargain in Vegas.......especially for a weekend stay. I read some other reviews but was in a jam so we reserved. It is a gorgeous room, clean, HUGE and the rate was better than any place on the net ! This hotel was a bit outdated on the outside and lobby, but the room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. Wireless internet was sketchy, it only worked on one side of the room--the side away from their desk--but that’s what movable furniture is for. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Had some trouble with the internet connection.

Nice choice if you are in Las Vegas for a convention and don't wish to stay in a mega hotel. Its a little worn but its clean and safe and the people who work there are very nice.

It was a get what you pay for experience. It is so close to the convention center, it was a shorter walk than the Hilton. Rooms have been remodelled, but rest of hotel has not. Did not feel comfortable with surroundings and did not go into casino or restaurant as they did not look that good.
