Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick gebucht. Bei Ankunft wurde mir Zimmer mit Blick gegen den anderen Hotelblock gegeben. Daraufhin beschwerte ich mich bei der Rezeption. Diese behaupteten, dass dieses NUR ein Wunsch sei, dass Hotel aber nicht verpflichtet ist mir ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick zu geben obwohl ich das exklusiv gebucht habe. […] Das find ich nicht OK und wir hatten eine heftige Diskussion mit der Rezeption. Daraufhin bot man mir ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick an, allerdings erst am Folgetag weil die Zimmer belegt waren. Das bedeutet am Folgetag von einem Zimmer in das andere umziehen !! Die Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick seien angeblich komplett ausgebucht, was ich für fraglich halte. Das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht !!! Mir wurde nicht die Wahrheit gesagt, was ich echt Schade fand. Des Weiteren hatten wir auf dem Zimmer kein Safe!! Dieser wurde erst am Folgetag eingebaut, weil diese ausgetauscht wurden. Das ist ja OK allerdings wurde mir keinerlei alternative Angeboten meine Wertsachen woanders sicher zu verstauen. Die Minibar im Zimmer hat nur 2 Flaschen Wasser! Für ein angebliches 5 Sterne Hotel unfassbar!! Kein Animationsprogramm. Das Personal hat keinerlei Information über Veranstaltungen in der Stadt Antalya und interessiert sich auch wenig. Die Disco war nicht im Betrieb. Das Essen in einem 5-Sterne Hotel kennt man anders. Im grossen und ganzen ein Reinfall!! Niemals 5-Sterne!!! Ich gebe dem Hotel maximal 2 Sterne. Mehr

Kurz aber Verständlich würde ich mein Aufenthalt so beschreiben: Personal: Allgemein sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Lage: Konyaalti ca. 10 Km zum Standzentrum entfernt, aber alle 15 min. fährt ein "Dolmus". Die meisten Zimmern haben Meeresblick und ein Balkon. Hotel hat 2 Schwimmbecken jeweils 140 cm. tiefe, sehr sauber. Für die […] Kinder gibt es extra Bereich. Zum Strand gelingt man durch stark befahrene Straße. Aber überqueren ist durch Verkehrsampeln kein Problem. Kieselstein-Strand und das Meer ist sehr sauber, absolut Klasse. Das Essen: Ich habe das Gefühl gehabt, als ob ich in einer Fabrikkantine sitze! Sehr laut, keine Dekorationen, keine Hintergrundmusik oder Animationen. Das Essen ist miserabel, weit enfernt von einem 5-Sternen Hotelniveau, nur schlechter Wein, qualitativ hochwertige Nationalweine kosten extra! (auch bei AI!!). Uns wurde jedoch zugesichert, dass das gerade eine Übergangphase sei, da das Hotel vor kürzem übernommen worden ist. Nach unserem Beschwerde wurde uns ins Zimmer eine Flasche Wein und Ein Obstkorb zugestellt worden. Unterhaltung: Keine Animationen, keine Musikalische Unterhaltung, keine Abendprogramm nichts!.. Im Zimmern sind W-Lan nur schwer ereichbar. Strand: Strandlieger sind kostenfrei aber Getränke und das Essen am Strand kostenpfichtig! Wir waren (2 Personen) insgesamt 1 Woche Gast bei SeaLife Hotel. Würde ich noch mal hin gehen? Vielleicht, wenn ich hier über das Essen etwas gutes lese, könnte ich mir vorstellen. Mehr

Schlechte Servicepersonal und unfreundlich, Esstische werden nicht sauber aufgeräumt, schlechtes essen und sparsam, Geschiere nicht sauber. Sie legen viel Wert auf sauberes Schimmingpool, wird jeden Tag ringsum gereinigt. Wenn Sie auch das gleiche machen würde fürs Zimmer und Geschiere, wäre es schön.

Wie schon erwähnt befindet sich zwischen Hotel und Kiesstrand eine Schnellstrasse. Als Urlaubshotel nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort um in Antalya zu übernachten. Das Publikum ist mit "international" euphemistisch beschrieben und es hat sich auch so benommen. Der Service war unterirdisch, das Buffet unterer Durchschnitt. Woher dieses Hotel […] seine 5 Sterne Landeskategorie hat ist mir ein Rätsel. Wir waren schon einmal in Istanbul in einem 5-Sterne Haus. Also muss sagen alles in allem guter und schöner urlaub! Zimmer gut,des Bad vllt nicht ganz 5 Sterne aber ok,Hotel und Hotelanlage sehr gut,Nettes personal ohne Trinkgeld!! Was absolut nicht gut war des Essen,nicht vom Geschmack sondern weil es meistens kalt war!!! Und wenig Fleischprodukte,Frühstück war aber gut. Ich fand es gut, daß die Umgebung sehr lebendig/lebhaft war (für absolute Ruhe-Sucher nicht geeignet). Das Bufet war sehr reichhaltig, viel Gemüse/ Salate/Fisch. Dessert-Bufet großartig!! Außerdem wurde draußen im Hof jeden Abend gegrillt; tagsüber wurden draußen Crepes gemacht. Essen und trinken konnte man praktisch rund um die Uhr (Ultra-All-Inclusive). […] Die Wellness-Oase (Benutzung im Preis inbegriffen) war absolut super (mit Hamam, Dampfsauna, finn. Sauna, Swimmingpool). Massagen werden gesondert berechnet. Kinder haben viel Spaß (2 große Swimmingpools draußen). Der Strand ist auch sehr angenehm (Liegen und Schirme gratis). Jeden Abend Kinder-Disco und Veranstaltungen. Es sind viele Nationali- täten dort, weniger Deutsche. Gesprochen wird englisch. Zimmer nett und sauber. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut!!! Mehr

Der Name ist nicht Programm. Das Kinderpool mit zwei kleinen Rutschbahnen war nicht in Betrieb. Die Tischtennisschläger waren total defekt und meist hatte es keine Bälle. Also definitiv kein Kinderfreundliches Hotel, da wir keine weiteren Aktivitäten für Kinder (7+9J) fanden. Wäre es ein 3* Hotel wären wir sicherlich zufrieden gewesen. Aber in diesem […] Hotel ist nichts mit 5* zu bewerten. Der Service ist gut, solange man ihn nicht braucht. Gereinigt wird äusserst oberflächlich, manchmal wird sie ganz vergessen (Zimmer nicht gesaugt oder überhaupt nicht gereinigt). Das Essen (Buffet) ist nicht reichhaltig, dafür langweilig und die Produkte sind im unteren Preissegment zu suchen. Fleisch gab es nur in kleinen Stücken, nur einmal ein Stück Hänchenbrust. Dafür gibt es 5* mässig zu Tee und Kaffee kleine Plastikstäbchen zum umrühren. Durchfall hatte aber niemand von der Familie. Fazit: Ein einfaches Hotel, das gut liegt und es einem erlaubt, die Stadt kennen zu lernen (auch mit dem Bus). Wer drei Sterne erwartet, wird nicht enttäuscht werden. Mehr

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Das Familienzimmer war ausreichend gross, und wurde täglich gut gereinigt. Das Buffet war recht grosszügig, und das Angebot war stets abwechslungsreich. The location was close to the nice beach as suggested. This 5 star family resort hotel was fully packed by kids/young adults when I arrived, therefore go somewhere else if you prefer a peaceful rest in the swimming pool. The room had a smell on the first night, I asked the reception to sort it out they said they are busy at a moment and never checked it. I had to spray perfume to made it smell better. They said there will be a desk and chair which is non existent in the room. Air conditionning is delebarately switched off by the management and it is quasi impossible to stay in the room (sauna) during the day.Very bad quality food, always the same... meet: lowest quality hamburgers (frozen industrial meet cooked) every day. Very expensive hotel but very little value for your money. We booked a sea view room, but were given a room facing the noisy kid's pool. When we went to the desk to ask for a change, the staff were very unapologetic and told us that all the other rooms were taken. The electronic key to our door also didn't work and we had to go to the reception desk […] everytime we wanted to be let back into our room (long queues, at least a 10min wait each time for someone to let us in). Might have made it easier if at least the staff were friendly and we felt like a huge burden even though they promised the door would be fixed in a short time (took about 8 hours and they came to fix after our children had gone to bed waking them up in the process). Overall, the hotel was fairly dingy, dark and uninspiring. Food wasn't good so although we paid half board, we opted to eat out every evening. We were very glad we only booked 2 nights here as we later found a hotel at half the price and much more bright and welcoming! Mehr

Three of my friends and I booked this hotel because it was very close to the port where our ship pulled in and it was "all inclusive". The all inclusive part wasn't bad. The buffet was plentiful (but the other guests were very rude) and the bar was always open. They shut the pool down in the late afternoon, though, that was a bummer. My biggest complaints […] about this place were the guests and the room. The guests were extremely rude. There is NO concept of a line or waiting your turn for anything. The buffet was like feeding pigs; people crawling all over each other for every scrap of food. The room, while not unclean, was NOT what was advertised on the site. We booked a room with 4 separate beds and a sleeper sofa. What we got was a room with 3 beds and no sofa. When we explained that the 4 people we booked into the room would not be sharing beds (4 single guys), they offered to bring up an extra bed. There was no extra bed, just a mattress in the floor. The lack of a sleeper sofa meant there was no hope of acually sitting anywhere. The room was EXTREMELY small. With the extra mattress in the floor, it was all we could do to squeeze in and sit in the floor to enjoy a little air conditioning (worked well) and TV (one english channel). The location was great, right across the street from the beach and next door to a great restaurant. Mehr

The staffs were excellent and they looked after us very well. We expected ice cream in all inclusive but we had to pay extra for fresh juice & ice cream. I would definitely go there again. They also made vegetarian meals for us special without eggs & also made for us masala tea. Be careful in swimming pool as it always slippery.

The hotel is not true to the advertisement/write up. It is a 3/4* hotel definatley not 5*. Sea view means step onto your balcony, only one at a time, then turn and look down through the building at the sea. If our room had been positioned furthur back in the building we would not of seen it at all. All inclusive is true except Acohol you are only allowed […] 3 locally produces spirits and local beer and wine, there is only one buffet style resturant all you can eat which suited my older children. But there is cvirtually continuous food, Breakfast 7-10, late breakfast 10-10.30. Lunch is avalaible from 12-3.30, Afternoon tea 4.00-5.30 evening meaL 7-9.30 and a late snack 11.00-12.00. The entertainment team (animation team) tried quite hard to get people involved, darts, aqua arobics, water polo and team races on surf boards were about the limit. Maybe due to the time of year but the disco was empty all the time. The team tried hard with the nightly entertainment but it was a bit Butlins-esk but with various nationalaties thrown in. Over all not bad but not brilliant. My expectations were raised and I thought I would get a good deal for my money, actually it was over priced for what I paid. Mehr

We stayed at this hotel with a baby since 27th of May till 7th of June. When I called to the hotel to book a transfer they could not find our reservation. We spent about 1 hour talking to find our reservation. Two way transfer is very expensive there (about $100), use taxi instead, cause it is much cheaper. Before 1st of June it was a bit rainy and […] not so many people at the hotel. At that time our room was cleaned perfect, but there was a lack of fruits and meat in the restaurant. Animation team could not work good cause of the bad weather and a few people. After the 1st of June the weather was great and there were lot's of people, so a room cleaning/service was a bit poor and all good tables at the restaurant were taken. But there were a bit more meat and good fruits. I liked how they were making BBQ. During that time animation team was working good and there were many interesting activities like water polo, darts and some fun program at night. During all the time swimming pool was working good, stone beach were ok as other beaches there, room for kids were working regularly, but it's schedule sometimes was not good for us. Relaxing holiday with friendly staff. Restaurant served variety of meals with lots of salads and vegetables. The sweets were extensive but sweet, they like honey. Lovely park opposite with a childrens playarea. Poor quality pebbly beach opposite at the front of hotel.. Well equiped giftshop in the hotel and supermarket 100 yards down the road. Taxi […] from airport between 55 and 65 Turkish lira each way on a par with England.We were dissappointed that not all the facilities listed were available. Pool bar closed, snack bar closed,only one restaurant open and no waiter service by the pool. Perhaps their season had not started yet. Whilst the hotel itself looked great in the pictures, it has to be said that there is a lot of maintenance taking place and some wings of the hotel are better than others. First week of the season and only one pool was open, no pool bar and reluctant bar staff. The Spa is great but is open to children so not always restful. Also, be clear in your booking about the room that you want, most of our party had more than 2 room changes as allocation did not represent the bookings. I have been to nearly 20 countries, some being the most hostile places on earth. So I am used to sleeping and living in what most westerners would consider undesirable conditions. Their all inclusive package provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet but all of the food is cold, even though stored in warmers. There were numerous routers throughout […] the hotel for wireless internet but experienced sporadic connection and even when connected the speed was SLOW at all times of the day. My friend was vegetarian and we left for an early morning excursion (before the kitchen opened). The night before we ensured that they knew she was a vegetarian yet they packed a regular, all-meat lunch for her after writing down vegetarian only! Went to guest relations and management about this matter and nothing was done. Beds are hard as a rock. Room was NOT vacuumed daily, and the day before leaving our room was not cleaned AT ALL. The one company that offered English-speaking tours had a tour guide who spoke more German than he did English during the trip. (literally) If you wanted non-alcoholic drinks they served them to you in a kid-sized cup, and refused to offer basic drinks like water at the bar. The only good parts about this hotel were the Staff, who was always polite, courteous, and helpful. The other thing was they had a button in the parking lot that paged taxi drivers less than 2 mins away, so it was easy to get into town. No free safe in a "5 star resort". Never again!! Mehr

We stayed there this august. Rooms are dirty. Ours got cleaned only three times. Two times we had to beg reception to send someone to clean. Towels were not changed even after room clean g. Although paid for sea view, were moved to block C at the back side of the hotel. The lobby was insanely hot, no air conditioning. Lots of guests with kids, so very […] loud during dinig hours. Food was basic, the same every evening. Good thing is location to beach,across the street and you find hotels site there with umbrellas. Overall it's 3star hotel but priced as 4 star. We enjoyed our stay at SeaLife Hotel. My friend and I just returned with our teenage daughters and we enjoyed it. We had fantastic weather so we can't complain. We lived in Turkey several years ago and visited the area several times before so it was nice to visit again. The family we were with had never been there. Because it was early season, some […] of the staff was new and they were just getting used to the business. At one time we thought maybe we had overstayed our welcome because we couldn't get service from the bar. We asked a manager if this was the case and he apologized telling us the language for many of the staff was a problem. I will say they were alway trying hard. The food was okay (the hot food could have been kept hotter). Even though all inclusive, we did go out to eat other places just to try different things. The front staff always helped us with the buses, taxi, shopping. The rooms were clean and we are not sure if the airconditioner worked, but it was cool enough to sleep with the windows open. The hotel is on a busy street so you have to get used to the traffic out your window. I wish I could remember all of the people, Can and Ozge , Meral and Eicin are a few we remember. I knew not to expect much, so I was not disappointed. There is nothing wrong with this hotel, it just isn't very fancy either. The food is fine, but I have had much better in Antalya. We had all inclusive, but my girlfriend got bored quickly with the lack of variety so we wasted money eating out too often. This hotel is average, and I would stay here again if my first choices were full. This is my second trip to Antalya, the place I stayed at the last time was better, but had no vacancies, so I tried SeaLife. I do not think I saw or heard a vacuum cleaner the whole time I was there. Restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner had steps that were difficult and inconvenient to use each time you went through buffet. Nice little restaurant right next door, local chain. Small stores with snacks, drinks, etc. close by. Quick walk to beach, end of season so we did not swim in sea or pools, but looked nice!
