Excellent location, a couple of minutes walk into Cardiff City Center, Tesco Express and John Lewis just across the road, train station is less than 10 minutes walk away, and to those that complain about the noise from the trains, just shut your windows, I did this and found it extremely helpful. Overall good, but the seats in the room could do with some work. Other than that excellent location, and good apartment.

The studio was lovely, we found it at the last minute after having to leave a very dirty place on Bedwas Street. Very clean, with all comfort (cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, a nice bed), it is very central. Good location. Rooms were warm (too warm!). On arrival my room hadn't been cleaned since previous guest- staff apologetic and changed my room to a perfectly clean one. Overall very satisfied.

The apartment was definitely much better than I had expected. It had everything needed - basically a home from home! & with it being cheaper than many hotel stays I've had in Cardiff, I'd definitely recomend it. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Location is hardly suited for a flat, fronts onto a dual carriageway town center road with no space for even unloading bags. Nearest decent parking is expensive private car park 5 mins walk, where car can be left overnight. Poorly located entrance between a different hotel's main door and its parking entrance, difficult to locate with no proper signage. there […] was no prior check-in information from Max apartments or Hotels.com and was completely lost standing at the door with no one at reception and telephone which went to answer phone! Eventually received SMS with door code and a combination safe inside which had the room key, it took another 5mins to locate the safe. Lobby carpet was badly stained. Checked into a 1 bedroom flat, could not believe how different it was from pictures on net. Bed provided was small, sheets unclean and cheap quality with springs sticking into back. this despite booking was for accommodation for 2 adults and 1 child Also may I say hardly place to take your wife and children to, if you know what I mean. Extremely disappointing, left the place a day before even thou it meant driving overnight after a busy day to get back home, couldn't want to get out!!! Mehr

The apartment was comfortable spacious and had allamenities but could have done with better air conditioning as it was very warm and opening windows or doors meant you had substantial noise from the railway station this was not a problem for us but we could understand if other people found it a problem. I think parking facility should be part of the […] package, there isa car park with the building but it appears the hotel next door has the access to this. Overall however we found the aprtment and facilities excellent and its location is ideal right in the city centre. Mehr

A great location for Cardiff Arena, literally across the road. Really nice accomodation, contempory, comfortable and clean. Will definately use again.

The best thing about these apartments is their great location, right in the heart of Cardiff city centre and within easy reach of the stadium and the bay. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. There was some noise from the street and railway station, but only what you'd expect in a city centre apartment. The facilities were good, with a few small […] exceptions. There was a large TV with freeview, a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and even waste disposal. There was a small amount of tea and coffeee provided which was nice. Free wifi was appreciated too. The bathroom was modern and very clean, with free toiletries and towels. There were a few thing missing that we thought should have been supplied though. There were no coathangers, only one teaspoon and one wine glass, and three pillows when there should have been four. Although very clean generally, the rug had stains on it. The apartment building was generally quiet and tidy, although one of the lifts had mud in it throughout the two night stay and there was some rubbish in the reception for quite a while. There is no parking with the apartment, so if not travelling by public transport you need to bear that in mind. Overall we liked the apartments and would stay there again, but would also consider alternatives with parking. Mehr

Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from the central train station, the bus station and the center of the city. Arrived on the weekend so used the self check process. Allt var bra utom läget, närheten till tågtrafiken var olidlig, mycket störande. Tänkte köpa hörselkåpor, men det var bara 3 nätter, så man fick stå ut. Utan tågen så hade allt varit perfekt. Då hade det blivit 5 poäng på alla frågor.
