Was a good experience. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Was located very close to the casino and offered a free ride to the casino. Morning breakfast was ok. The exercise room was very small. The room had a shower only, guess its just me but sometimes i enjoy a warm relaxing bath, something i dont get at home with screaming kids. The roomrate was […] consistant with the surrounding area. Location was a little hard to get to, there were no signs saying hotel this way, so i missed the entrance a few times. Mehr

We only booked this hotel as there was an event in Norman that filled our usual hotel up. All that was left were the smoking rooms on the 3rd floor. The room was fine and clean. The hotel was further away from our even than we like. If you are wanting to stay close to the casino, this is the hotel for you. Check in was very slow.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and the staff presented a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

If you are the Casino you're in the right spot. O/w, it's not the best but you can get a good rate it's worth it. The place is very new, good parking, b-fast is standard, free internet, gym is standard and the room is decent. The beds are a bit hard but the furniture is new and in good shape. The room was as expected from this chian and considering it was a newer location. The only thing I could even think to complain about would be the thermostat only went up and down in 2 degree increments, I had to think hard to come up with that. Theroom was quiet, comfortable, clean, and had more features than most at this price point.

Didn't know what to expect from the hotel. We only wanted a place to lay our heads after the football game, but received much more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that I had to go pickup additional towels at the desk. They would not deliver to the room. Breakfast was your typical hotel […] fare. If you like to gamble, your next door to a casino. Hotel offers 24 hour shuttle service, if you don't want to walk. Not much else in close proximity. I will definitely stay here again. Oh, we also experienced a 5.6 earthquake during our stay. Building structure had no visible issues. Mehr

Nice and new! Staff is friendly and bed is comfortable. All for a very affordable rate.

I headed to OU for the homecoming game and was looking for an available, affordable room. Since this hotel is still relatively new, it was available. I generally stay at 3.5+ stars but this hotel was acceptable because it was newer and clean. The continental breakfast was good. The hotel is right behind the Riverwinds Casino. The only other things […] at that exit were a Sonic and McDonalds. If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is great. But not within walking distance to anything (and free shuttle to Casino). The hotel itself was clean and had nice amenities, but the front desk staff when we checked in could not seem to check us in a timely manner. We had two reservations and needed to make sure that we didn't have to switch rooms. She asked me twice if I was checking out tomorrow. She said she needed my credit card and I said that it was only for incidentals […] and she hesitated and seemed to question whether she was going to charge me. She called someone from back and she couldn't seem to fix the problem either. I am not convinced that I wasn't double charged. I plan on checking my credit card statement. They called next day and said to come by and sign another set of paperwork. When I was done at front desk I signed the same form three times. When I checked out he asked for my credit card again and I said why because it was paid on hotels.com. He said that my credit card was denied from Expedia.com. I said well I don't know how because I used hotels.com. He eventually called me and said everything was ok with Expedia and I then said that I used hotels.com. He said that he would email a receipt to me. I am still not sure that I wasn't charged again. The rooms also need to have a do not disturb sign for rooms. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times in an hour and half even though I said we wouldn't be leaving until after 12:00pm. It wasn't even noon yet. Mehr
