Das Apartment war sehr schön und lag auch sehr zentral. Es war gut ausgestattet, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Wir wahren nur eine Nacht dort, aber der Aufendhalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Einrichtung modern, lediglich der Kleiderschrank war ein wenig klein was aber für einen Kurzaufendhalt nicht so wichtig sein sollte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das im Preis enthaltene komplette Frühstück hervorragend. Alles in allem ein Prima Hotel, das wir wieder buchen würden. Das Hotel lag fast zentral in Ipswich so das man schnell alle Restaurants und Lokale erreichen kann.

"Tolles Hotel sehr zentral"
Super Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Tollen Blick auf die Stadt, inkl. Wintergarten. Im Appartement war eine super Küche mit ausreichenden Zubehör wie Töpfen und Geschirr. Leider mußten wir unseren Auftenthat aufgrund der eintretenen Flut um einen Tag verkürzen. Das Hotelpersonal war alerdings sehr bemüht uns alle Information zu geben, […] damit wir das Haus gefahrlos verlassen können und sich zum Bahnhof kommen (inkl. Auskunft über die Bahnfahrzeiten, falls sie nach fuhren). Super toller Service!!! Mehr

No soap in room and small amount of tissues left to use for toilet paper. I understand the supplier was closed for the Christmas break but perhaps in the future this needs to be taken into account. Apart from this I was very happy with the helpful friendly staff, and the cleanness of the room.
"Very well located"
Drains in the apartment were very smelly. Lack of maintenance was disappointing but to be fair the next morning my requests were attended to by a very helpful maintenance man. Room was not well cleaned. Staff at front desk could smile more & act they are interested in what you are asking.

and great location except for the staff who came knocking on our door to inform us that it's time for us to check out (?) didn't quite understand that.. and the deposit was not released on the day of check out, which is a bit of an inconvenience. However, I wouldn't mind staying there again.
"My Stay at Oak Festival Towers"
The apartment experience was let down by lack of maintenance. I reported the telephone as "not working" every day for 5 days. The fault was logged and not rectified. Whilst only a minor issue,I expected to get a simple replacement or a visit to investiagete. I would not stay again for this simple reason.

Perfect location, wonderful views. I've stayed at both the Oaks Festival Towers and the Oaks Casino Towers and I recommend both wholeheartedly. The only minor grip I have is the bathroom doors are a little pokey and hard to get around at times. Wonderful stay.

Geat convenient location one block from the city centre shops and restaurants. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had two bathrooms, full kitchen, living/dining room and balcony with view of city streets and across town to southbank. Easy walk to shops and 10 min cab ride (or about 30min walk) to Southbank. Friendly reception staff.

I stayed at Oak Festival Towers during a family vacation in Brisbane. The location is perfect if you want easy access to the sites. It's a block away from Queen St Mall, lots of shopping and restaurants (Eagle St is a few blocks away), and close to the CityCat. After staying in little hotel rooms for the previous few days, our stay at Oak Festival […] Towers was a nice change. We had a two bedroom apartment which was spacious, and had the most amazing balcony. We also had access to all of the building amenities -- there is a great pool and common area! "AFFORDABLE ,CENTRAL AND GOOD ACCOMMODATION"
Helpful staff,good location,clean,safe and mordern with spectacular views from room 3906 !! Room service was also to my expectation and the hotwater and the washing machine and the dryier was also very handy in our room. The parking fees was cheap considering the central location in the heart of the city, however just to be MORE appealing to the customers […] the management could offer better rates and WIN MORE customers.(This could be linked with the number of days booked for staying in). Another way to appeal MORE customers would be to have a random lottery (pre arranged once a week say every tuesday or so) for a 50% Discount on the Total invoice of the stay !! Overall we certainly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend other to consider this site ! !! Mehr

QUALITY OF CLEANING POOR. GRILL PAN & OVEN HADN'T BEEN CLEANED FOR A LONG TIME. OBVIOUSLY NOBODY OVERSEES THE CLEANERS.FULL MARKS TO THE GIRL ON THE FRONT DESK WHO CAME UP AND CLEANED THE GRILL PAN.

Extremely happy with the hotel. Very central, lots of great eateries near by and close to transport. The apartment was beautiful, very roomy and quiet. No negatives to report. I would highly recommend Oakes Festival Towers to anybody visiting Brisbane.

Oaks festival towers hotelli oli aivan mahtava. Palvelut toimivat moitteettomasti ja huone oli aivan yhtä ihana kun netissä luvattiin. Sijainti loistava, ei mitään valittamista missään.

Hotel situé en bordure de la zone touristique, donc assez calme. Plusieurs restaurants au bas de l'hotel. L'appartement que j'ai occupé était spacieux et très bien équipé.
