"Unexpected excellence"
Perfect LocationBeautifully restored ,ablest breakfast buffet! We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a classy, comfortable stay in Prague!
"Beautiful, clean and very convenient location"
The hotel, the staff and everything overall in Kings Court is wonderful. The location couldn't be better, you will be within walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is extremely attentive, highly recommend this place!
A great weekend at Hotel Kings Courte, in the middle of April 2012, great English speaking staff, excellent breakfast and a very good restaurant as well, perfectly suited 4 meters!! from the station Namest Republiky entrance to the very convenient Prague Subway which took you about everywhere in the city for a fee of 310 Ckr ( about 12,5 EURO) for a […] 72 hours ticket valid in whole of Prague, even took me back to the airport.. The Hotel is sited in the very center of Prague with convenient walking distance to Stare Mesto, the “Old Prague” with the usually tourist shops but also beautiful buildings and streets. Also Karlov Most or Charles bridge Pragues and one of the world’s most famous bridges is close by. My best recommendation’s Mehr

"Wonderful hotel and staff"
We booked an executive room for our one night stay which gave us access to the executive lounge (open 8.00am until 8.00pmduring our stay) and to the lovely spa. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a variety of choice. Would […] certainly recommend and book there again Mehr
"Hotel Kings Court in Prague - easy location"
Very pleased with this hotel. Great location. Very comfortable and clean rooms and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Parking was a bit high, but the charge was per night rather than for 24 hour period - so it all worked out fine. Would definitely stay here again!
"Great Hotel - Very Reasonably Priced."
In the middle of the old city – great breakfast – the best. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
"Lovely hotel - Fantastic staff"
We stayed at the Kings Court on a recent business trip to Prague. The hotel was brilliant, we used the spa and had access to the Executive Lounge which was an excellent bonus. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they were very helpful especially when booking taxis, helping with directions and allowing us late check-out. We would definitely […] stay again. Mehr
"Fantastic"
Great hotel and great service - best breakfeast ever!
"Helpful / welcoming to guests with small children"
We ordered a junior suite to accommodate ourselves and our two small children. This proved to be good value compared to the situation we often face of having to book two rooms, especially given that our occupancy of a suite allowed us access to a range of services and facilities. Room service food was reasonably priced and was a viable alternative to […] eating in a restaurant - useful when staying with small children. A minor word of warning... Although the staff were very helpful in providing baby chairs at breakfast, they were not experts in setting them up. Ensure for yourself that the safety clips under the tray are in position! Otherwise, 10 out of 10. Mehr
"A bit of luxury, In the Heart of Prague."
We recently stayed at this hotel in an Executive room. The only differences between deluxe and executive rooms are; the coffee machine, complimentary wash cosmetics (l'octtaine in executive) and Robe and slippers. The room size and decor are the same. However if you pay a little extra for the executive room you get free access to the spa facilities […] and access to the executive lounge. Access to this lounge can save you more than the extra you pay as you get complimentary snacks hot and cold drinks as well as a selection of alcholoic drinks which include Bohemia Sect Czech version of champagne; pilsner Urquil their famous beer as well as spirits and mixers. You also get a 20% discount on all drinks bought in the lobby bar outside of happy hours. We did have a couple of issues Radiator in the bathroom wasn't working. They offered to move us to another room but the room offered was slightly smaller so we decided to stay put. The radiator was fixed later that evening and we received complimentary chocolate coated strawberries as an apology for the inconvenience. The only other problem was over breakfast on our final day. They opened another room as it was really busy. Unfortunately, the hot food was cold as the heated cabinets failed to work. Again this was quickly sorted out and we had an immediate apology and were given complimentary late checkout. I would gladly stay in this friendly and comfortable hotel again. Mehr
"Kings Court - excellent Prague hotel"
Stayed two nights at this hotel and we were extremely pleased. The service was superb, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we've had and the hotel spa was very cosy. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visting Prague.

"Perfect Hotel in Prague...."
I loved this hotel! Just 5 mins from the Old Town, right outside a metro station, opposite the largest mall in Prague, the best buffet breakfast, large comfortable, recently renovated rooms and free in- room internet plus the friendliest hotel staff... couldn't recommend this hotel anymore! Loved my stay here!

"Don`t make collect calls !!!"
Unbelieavable rate for a 4 minutes collect call to my country !!!! ( SEVEN TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE than a longer call in Germany in the same week ) Deluxe room WITHOUT windows !!! Pros: Excellent breakfast, excellent location, complimentary WI-FI internet
"Kings Court in Prague"
Outstanding service and very friendly staff. Incredible breakfast buffet. Very comfortable, modern room, with large, clean bathroom. Subway station is literally right outside the front door. 5 minute walk to Old Town Square. Location is perfect. Loved staying here and would do so again in a heartbeat.
"Excellent Hotel close to Old Town Square, Prague"
The Hotel is excellent with fnatastic service. Everyone speaks perfect english and the breakfast buffet is incredible. Old Town square is only 5 minutes walk away. Over all the hotel is perfect, only down side is the Gym is not that big or well equiped but apart from that it is excellent.

"Hotel Kings Court in Prague, Czech Republic"
I booked this hotel sight unseen on hotels.com based on guest ratings and was not disappointed. Location, size of room, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness, variety at breakfast buffet, etc. were fabulous. My flight was delayed 3 hours and when I called the hotel after arriving at the airport at midnight with no cabs around, they called a cab and had […] the cab come to the airport to pick me up. We missed each other, but the thoughtfulness counts! Mehr
"Earns it's star rating"
Searching the options in Prague I felt they just abused of the whole star rating system out there. I was pleased to find Hotel Kings Court as a true luxury property. Being from Las Vegas I've become accustomed to disapointment with the level of hospitality wherever I travel to. While we still we're met with cold shoulders at some Prague resturants and […] pubs we found safe haven at the hotel. The staff was white glove trained all around and the breakfast was phenomenal. Only issue I could think of is that the AC in the room didn't have the same icing the room over ability I'm spoiled with. I didn't ask the front desk for a fan, but I'm sure if I did they would have probalby found a way to make it happen. Mehr
"Good but could be better"
Day 1: We were met at the airport late at night by the hotel's limo driver and were driven to the hotel in a nice E-class Merc. However, that's all that was good on that first night. We were shown to our room (211) - I had booked an Executive Room with a view of the Republic Square in front of the hotel. Our room did not overlook the Square, but overlooked […] the side street, it was so small that only 1 bedside table could fit next to the bed, there was no Espresso machine (apparently in all Exec Rooms) and there were no L'occitane toiletries (supposed to be in all Executive rooms). When I called to complain, they said that the hotel was full and that my request would be considered the next day but insisted that I was lodged (with my wife and infant) in an "Executive" room. Furthermore, we were quite tired and hungry, so we chose to stay at the hotel (it was past 11 pm) and order room service. The room service menu is very limited after 10:30 pm or so, and at the first try, the lady said she'd call back in a minute and didn't; I waited for about 10 mins and called back - there was no answer, so called Reception and they said my food order should take about 10 mins; after 30 mins with no food order I called back and they told me it would take another 20 mins - by the time we got our food it was 1 hour after I had ordered it (we were famished by then) but they did make it complimentary! The next day we insisted on the room change - they asked us the reason why - and I did give it to them and eventually we did seem to get the Executive Room as it had the right gadgets and toiletries and overlooked the Square - which reinforced my belief that they did not give us an Exec room the first night even though we paid for it. The rest of the stay was better but I will say that the Housekeeping Department in this hotel is not of 5 star standard - there were 3 of us in our room but they only stocked the bathroom with 2 bath towels; whenever you call that department, they never an Mehr
"Kings court in prag"
A nice hotel with good location to most things you want to see in Prague. A bit untidy rooms though and they take a saftey deposit of 5000 CZK which I think could be included with the booking confirmation. Good and big breakfast bufé. Nice drinks in bar and good food in restaurant. Sadly the pool broke down during our stay and that annoyed me somewhat […] since I had chosen the hotel just because they had one. Mehr
"Very good and convenient hotel"
Very good hotel in a very convenient location, in the centre of Prague. Good breakfast and very nice Spa.
"Hotel Kings Court - Prague"
The Hotels Kings Court in Prague was outstanding. The staff were outstanding, the location brilliant, the Hotel itself was great and breakfast was excellent. Very satisfied with this hotel.
I enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel to the major spots in & around prague. The reception was extreamly helpful in all respect. Please take this as a suggestion to make aware of all the guests while checking in about the money exchange crooks around the city.
"Kings Court Prague"
The hotel was a joy to stay at. It is conveniently located and the food was very good. The breakfast was fantastic.
