Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es ein so wundervolles Hotel in Brunn gibt, war überrascht und überzeugt von Ausstattung, Stimmigkeit und Service.

Durch Inkompetenz des Personales wurde mir nicht das Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt das ich gebucht hatte. Beim Transport des Gepäcks aufs Zimmer gingen Teile verloren. Personal unfreundlich.

Es gibt eigentlich keinen Kritikpunkt. Es war ruhig, hervorragenden Service, große Zimmer, große Betten. absolut phantastsiches Badezimmer. Direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Gut, grundsätzlich finde ich es eien Unsitte von Hotels für Gästeparküplätze Gebühren zu verlangen. Insgesammt wirklich empfehlenswert.

Ideale Kombination für ein 4-Stern Hotel am Rand der Fußgängerzone, daher auch mit Auto leicht erreichbar. Bot auch an ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet (mit etwas span. Einfluß) und ein gutes (wenn auch nicht besonderes) Restaurant.

Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen! Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich, traumhaftes Gebäude, wunderschöne Zimmer, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück! Es war wirklich ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir werden bald wieder dort Urlaub machen!

An der Hardware dieses sehr schön renovierten Hauses mit ebensolchen Suiten lässt sich gar nicht kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt an einer Toplage am Rande der Altstadt und mit zwei kleinen Ausnahmen, die es überall gibt, hat uns auch die Service-Qualität überzeugt. Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Zimmern. Habe eine Junior Suite gebucht und da es 2 Typen gibt, konnte ich mein Zimmer ohne Probleme noch wechseln in das zwar etwas kleinere Zimmer aber dafür umso romantischer mit den Bögen an den Wänden. Im Vergleich zur anderen Junior Suite zwar ohne Badewanne aber der Wechsel hat aber das Zimmer war Top.

Excellent hotel. It is now a few years old and things like beautiful wallpaper around sinks and splash areas looked fine for a few years but now need to be replaced with tile or something more practical. I think it was privately run and owned when first opened but now run by a chain out of Spain. Still and excellent hotels but the small niceties like […] slippers and expensive soaps, lotions and shampoos are gone. We stayed here in Aug 2012. The hotel was in a great location easy walk from main train station. Large, clean modern rooms. Prices were high due to the MotoGP being on in Brno. Best hotel in Brno.

We stayed here for 3 nights holiday in August 2012, having travelled by train from Vienna. We liked the style of the hotel and its conversion. The helpful member of Reception staff (Jan) was happy to allow us to check-in early, and we were very pleased with the location and style of our room. All fittings etc were immaculate and we particularly liked […] the fact there was a shower ver the bath and a bath (jet / whirlpool). No tea / coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nuisance for us except that we learnt on check-in that breakfast was included with our booking. The quality, variety and quantity of food and drinks in the breakfast room was excellent, fresh and attractively presented. All the staff we encountered (Reception, Concierge, Catering, Housekeeping, Waiter/ Waitresses) were charming, efficient and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again ourselves if the opportunity arose in the future. Mehr

Stayed in a Junior Suite - very spacious, especially for Europe. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet well worth getting - a great start to the day. Great except that the room felt a bit stuffy (the windows were locked shut - probably because it was next to a tram line, although there was air con) and the wifi in Rm 106 was very poor at night). Lovely building in a perfect locafion. Staff very helpful. Breakfasts excellent. (We did not use the restaurant.) Everything was very clean and worked.

This is a stunning hotel, a beautiful building. The restaurant food is excellent (much better than we thought it would be from a hotel restaurant). We had room service for most meals, and it was delivered impeccably. I don't remember what we paid, but the room was not expensive. Lovely bathroom. Room was too warm at first but the staff sorted this out […] straight away, nothing was too much trouble. Double glazing meant the room was very quiet. What a beautiful hotel! The room was extremely modern, very large, and even had a jet tub. It was one of the most unique, nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The location was great, too. A short walk to the heart of Old Brno and many great restaurants and bars. We will definitely go back on our next trip to the Czech Republic.

Just back from a few days at the Comsa and I loved it. The hotel itself is very impressive. The rooms are very nice and spacious. We were a bit disappointed with the menu in the restaurant, we felt it was too "alternative", I had a cod dish which was very very dry. My friend had pork which she said was delicious. We only ate in the restaurant once, […] we may have ate there more if the menu was a bit more conventional. The breakfasts were great, a very good choice. I left my ipod in my room and only realised once I got to the airport, I rang the hotel and they sent the concierge to the airport with it. I was very grateful for this great service. Thank you to them for that. Overall, I loved the Comsa Brno Palace and would definitely stay there again. Mehr

Superb hotel, which I cannot fault, except maybe a few 'electronic' gremlins, which should not deter you. First night all lights illuminated with card key in slot, but none of the light switches would operate. Unable to fix until next morning, so had to take the card key out of the slot, and live with no power for the first night. The hotel did offer […] to change my room, but I chose to stay with it. On check out I was told I had a telephone charge. I had not made any calls, but had received several from my friend's cell phone. I would not even know how to gain access to the external line! They insisted it was impossible to record a call that had not been made, as it was all done 'electronically', and they even went to the trouble of calling the number (yes, my friend's cell) - he confirmed he had not been called by me. The hotel was a jewel, and one of the best ones I have stayed at in Europe. The rate was extremely reasonable for the beautiful room. The decor of the hotel is clean, modern and literally glistens. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. Brno is a gem of a city as well.

Don't go there - I want to keep it a secret hideaway for my girlfriend and me. Goddamm, we just love it there. Everything about it, is just delightful. We've stayed there 3 times in a year and have every intention of returning again. My only criticism (and it's minor enough), are the staff who serve breakfast in the restaurant. BLISS - 5 stars !!!! We chose this hotel for its location, right on the edge of the old town and near the cathedral lookout. What we got on checkin was a beautiful , clean, super modern room. The bed was huge, the LCD tv had many multi language chanels, there was complimentary high speed wifi, and the bathroom was superb. Massage shower, and seperate […] bath tub, again all new fittings. The hotel was everything we could have hoped for - immaculate everywhere (not just the reception and foyer) with fantastic peirod features, melded to all mod cons. (Very fancy room keys you didn't even have to insert in a slot - just wave near a panel in the wall!) Room was spacious and very well appointed (AC, fridge, safe, nice telly, free wifi all […] over hotel) - esp. bathroom which was great with separate bath + 2 person size shower which came at you from all directions (took a bit of getting used to - discovered you could turn all that off and not be assaulted quite so vigorously if not required!). Ideally located to walk into town, it was a great haven to come back to and have a coffee in the foyer in the afternoon before heading out again. Seemed to be lots of people coming in to the foyer just to have a good look and walking out again, such was the impressive nature of it all! Website photos are pretty much what you get, albeit with a little wide angle lens exaggeration going on ;) Had breakfast in bed each day as quite reasonable price and great selection, and one meal in restaurant which was very high quality and whilst not cheap, was about half what I would have expected to pay in the UK. All staff were courteous and very helpful and spoke better English than I spoke Czech (not hard). All in all, one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world, as it didn't feel like a faceless corporation type place, and yet was very high quality for an amazing price. 部屋は間接照明で洒落ていましたがもう少し明るいと良いと思った。駅からトラム２２番で坂を上り、降りるとすぐのホテルで立地のとても良かった。マーケットの野菜果物とても安く新鮮で美味しかった、今回の旅で１番でした。荷物になると思い買わなかった、胡桃、酢漬けのキャベツも買えば良かったと後悔しました。何処に行くにも便利でした。
