This Motel, exceeded all my expectations...I was very satisfied.

Very nice staff!! Large, clean room. We stayed here with small children, so the kitchen was a giant plus. It is located right off a major road, with a short drive to downtown Indy. Great stay!

Escellent customer service at every opportunity

The hotel was clean and bed very comfortable. I stayed in a queen studio, not a suite, but it still had a couch and small kitchenette. I was glad I hadn't planned on sleeping in, as housekeeping showed up at 9:15 just as I was about to leave. Why? I hadn't checked out yet. I only stayed one night and didn't eat breakfast, but saw where it was set up. […] I'd stay there again, but put out the do not disturb sign if really vacationing and wanting to sleep in. Mehr

Everything was very nice...only issue was a "funky odor" in the room...almost like dirty feet.

I loved this hotel. The room was more than enough room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was a nice amenity. The buffet had a decent choice and seemed to please our 10 year old as well. The location of the hotel is close enough to everything. We will be back next time we visit Indy.

We spend the night and visit with our daughter and grandchildren. We just love the pool and the Sunday morning breakfast. The grandkids also love the room with the big screen TV in it. I never have to worry about the room being dirty/germy. It is so relaxing to stay with you. We use the little kitchen for snacks and the bar for crafts or games. We will […] be back!! Mehr

The location of hotel is within 2 miles of great restaurants and shopping centers. Overall hotel is in nice area and the hotel seems fairly new. However we booked a 2good room suite and when we arrived those rooms were not available because guest that had those rooms decided to extend there stay. They reason we booked the 2 room suite is because we […] have 3 children that are small and are not big enough to share separate rooms. The concierge apologized alot and said they would do right for us and ended up giving us 2 one room suites which again didn't work for us and gave us a bag of chips and ice cream. With checkin not until 3its and we arrived at 4 and were out of town we did not have much of a choice to find another hotel to fit our situation so we stayed. Our rooms were ok but smelled musty and each time we were at pool there were no towels and called front desk and never received any. As nice as pics look online and after our experience we will not be staying again. Mehr

My friends and I had a girls trip to see a band at a close by venue. The hotel was very welcoming and nice. The staff was very polite and helpful! We had a wonderful stay and would come back to this hotel again for our next stay. P.S. The breakfast that was included was yummy!!

Easy location to access 465 which gets you anywhere (especially shopping). Beautiful hotel, clean, not crazy crowded. Pool nice. Not too chlorinated or cold. Lots of nice amenities. Breakfast really nice. Not a perfect location kind of off the beaten path but superb...

We were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms are clean, modern and well maintained and the staff is excellent. Breakfast buffet was good and stocked well. The pool was very clean and well maintained. My only request would be to have a curfew for kids in the pool. We went down around 10pm to relax and swim - and there were a dozen or so kids still swimming. […] Most were there until closing (at 11). Not sure if this is typical or not - but I have come across some hotels that do this in order to accommodate both business travelers and families. Or simply extend the pool time to midnight. Holiday inn express is a much better experiance for the buck.

I was performing at the Palladium in Carmel and was only needing a room for one night. The error was mine to have booked a suite, but over all it was nice. The trash can hadn't been changed from the previous guests, but the bathroom and linens were clean. Used the "work out facility" which consisted of a treadmill and stationary bike, but it served […] it's purpose. If you're needing some place for an extended stay, the accommodations are nice; for overnight, I would choose something else. Mehr

We had a two bedroom suite for a week-long business trip and I have to say without a doubt we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The room was awesome and we did not have a single complaint about service or condition. It was like a home away from home (even after busy days of work) and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Very comfortable, beautiful lobby and outdoor setting.

The only problem, if you even want to call it a problem, was that there was not a luggage stand in our room. If we wanted to use our suitcase, we had to put in on the coffee table. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast choices were great!

The facilities are excellent with easy to get into hot tub, pool, beaurtiful deck with outdoor fireplace and grills. The included breakfast is large with a good variety of hot and cold selections -- including sodas. WiFi worked in the room and they also had a convenient computer room for guests -- including free printing. The room is spacious and fully […] equipped kitchen. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I and my local family felt very comfortable. The surrounding park is charming. Even the other guests were friendly and sociable. Great place to stay in Indianapolis and a very good value. Mehr

First time staying in suite of this nature, lots of comforts of home lifestyle. Wife has been staying, lets book rooms there again; When were in town. Real enjoyable!

Very nice hotel. I would recommend it to everyone.

Ample rooms, ample common areas, great kitchen. The breakfast was awesome. Definitely will recommend this location to others. We only stayed one night, but were sorely tempted -when we saw the weather forecast for the rest of our trip- to stay another... If you're traveling with kids and want some privacy and space this is the hotel for you.

I have never felt more like a guest, then I did at Staybridge. Most comfortable and friendly. The employees were all smiling which is one way of telling how good an employer is. We can not wait to go again. They will be the first one we look for on our next trip. Thank you Staybrige of Indianapolis In. There location is excellent.

My family of 4 came to Indianapolis for the Glee concert (my daughter and I were the ones attending). The staff at Staybridge were more than accommodating to my husband by giving him ideas and directions to places to take our 4 year old son while we were at the concert. Our first night, to our surprise, was a chicken fajita bar! It was delicious! Breakfast […] buffet each morning was a delight and the food was very, very good. Could have been a little hotter, but overall it was delicious. I was more than thrilled about having fountain Diet Coke at my disposal all weekend! That in itself was a treat! Our room was wonderful and spacious. We certainly appreciated the kitchenette as it allowed us to bring some stand-by snacks from home. Our kids LOVED the theater room and thought it was great fun to sit in the HUGE chairs and watch their favorite Disney shows. They also enjoyed the pool as well. I, myself, loved the laundry availability and it's location to the workout room. I was able to come home with no laundry to do! Plus, my daughter could workout while I did laundry! The entire staff was fabulous! We couldn't have picked a better place to stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway with our family! Very satsified with our stay. From the time we arrived until we checked out, there were no problems with the hotel. The entire property was clean and well maintained. The staff we encountered were all quite friendly and very profesional. An excellent location within Indianapolis/Carmel area. Numerous quality restaurants along with a wide variety located […] within 5 miles or less. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list when traveling back to the Indy area. Mehr

Front staff was kind and knowlegeable. Gave me a "match it" rate on the room. Rooms were clean and felt just like home.

Room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. There were not alot of things to do in the area, but drive is not too far away. I really liked how the cleaning person left some origami with the towel. I thought that was nice.

We had a great time and would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for everything.

I was pleasantly surprised by the nicely appointed room - many conveniences yet luxurious. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to please from the buffet breakfast to the "Sundowner" evening reprise. The outdoor seating area with the ambience of the fireplace and the outdoor grilling area were superb and put to good use with the hamburgs done on the […] grill by the "chef" who was the GM as well. The hotel was great. Rooms were very nice, clean & comfortable. Everrything worked. The staff was nice, plkeasant & courteous. The buffet breakfast was very good. The sausage we had for breakfast on Sunday was much better than the bacon we had on Monday.

Brand new hotel. Felt like I was the first person to use room it was so clean. Nice flat svreen t.v. in room. Even a dishwasher. Beautiful theater room and Patio. Had a wonderful time.

This is such a nice hotel. Very clean and it has a wonderful breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds too!

We stayed during the week here and the service of the staff, food, and beverage was awesome! We will definitely return. Our only issue was the pool bathroom wasn't attended to very well (not cleaned in a 24 hr. period and was out of during our stay. This hotel is great, very clean, very friendly service, wonderful neighborhood and very little noise. This hotel was very kid friendly, my children haven't had such a good time in awhile. I will choose this hotel again, the price for the room was great also.

Room was beautiful, the Breakfast was awesome. Only a few things I didn't like, The huge gap under the door & light that came in as well as hallway noise. And the Bright Flashing green light from the smoke detector. Then there was the house keeping lady who Came into my room without knocking when I was getting dressed from being out of the shower, a […] little embarressing. Mehr

The hotel was beautiful!! Exactly like the pictures. Everyone enjoyed the pool, abd the breakfast buffet. One thing we found out when we checked in, is that certain nights during the week they also offer dinner. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed the weekend with family. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was great though a little crowded later in the morning and some items ran out. Service was very good though one front desk person was not super friendly but still decent to deal with. Overall great.
