Gutes Hotel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wallstreet , am südlichsten Ende des Broadway. Sehr nette Bedienung. Enges aber sauberes Zimmer mit zwei Kingsize-Betten.

Großes Zimmer, gute Betten. Bei Zimmern nach hinten raus kann man bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Internet fürs Zimmer zu teuer. Im Bad leichter Renovierungsstau. Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant empfehlenswert, sehr nette Bedienung. Infostand für Sightseeing im Hotel sehr gut. Karten tlw. kostenfrei. Mexik. Pub +Chinarestaurant ca. 200 m entfernt. U-Bahn ca. 400m weg.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, zweckmäßig und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. In direkter Nähe befinden sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Stock Exchange, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church) und man erreicht 3 verschiedene Subway-Stationen innerhalb weniger Gehminuten. Außerdem die Fähre nach LongIsland bzw. den Anleger für die Boote zur Freiheitsstatue und Elis Island. Da an der Wallstreet Abends/ Nachts nicht ganz so viel los ist, kann man - für NYC-Verhältnisse - relativ ruhig schlafen, v.a. im Vergleich mit der Gegend rund um den TimesSquare usw. Ein kleines, aber feines, familiengeführtes (so schien es) Hotel, dass wir auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen würden!

Die Lichter am Broadway erstrahlen mit Sicherheit ebenso hell wie die in Hollywood an der Westküste. Viele Filmschauspieler nutzen den "Great White Way", um als Schauspieler anerkannt zu werden. "Nähe Times Square"
Schönes Hotel unmittelbar am Time Square, ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt in NY. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht sehr groß, auch der Schrank bietet ncht viel Stauraum. Es roch etwas muffig und die Fenster waren ziemlich schmutzig. Aber für amerikanische Verhältnisse ein prima Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und absolut ausreichend für einen Kurztrip. Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Times Square, also relativ zentral. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet, 2 Tage W-Lan war inclusive, es gab auch einen Safe, allerdings keinen Kühlschrank bzw. Minibar. Das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet ist durchaus empfehlenswert, es gibt aber auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung genug Möglichkeiten […] für ein gutes Frühstück. "Top Hotellage"
Das Hotel befindet sich zwei Blocks vom Time Square entfernt und unmittelbar bei der Subwaystation. Diverse Linie fahren über die 42 St und so hat man eine optimale Verbindung in die verschiedenen Richtungen. Das Hotel ist Top gelegen ! "Ferienaufenthalt"

"Convenient to Broadway theaters"
Room was fine. Restaurant service was poor, I was ignored when I walked in, had to ask to be seated, had to ask for a menu, was further ignored so walked out. There are so many good eating places in NY you need to lift your game if you want to compete.
"Exceptional value, great location"
We were here for two nights over a weekend. The room was clean, small but within expectations for a New York hotel room. Compared to other hotels, you get exceptional value: free bottled water in the room, free WiFi, and free printing in lobby with full Internet access computer. Lobby staff very helpful. Times Square is only three blocks away, so you […] are almost there without the crush of people. The Garment District is only a block away. You are across the street from the bus station, which was convenient for us since we were traveling by bus. Be aware however that the parole board offices are next door, as are a couple of adult video stores. Walked to several Broadway shows. Tons of nearby restaurants of all price ranges. "Good location and price, but small"
The location of this hotel is great. Not far from Penn Station or Times Square. Yes it is near the Port Authority and a parol office, but my family and I never felt unsafe and we often returned late at night. The rooms are very small and not the most functional, but they are nice. The bathroom does not have a counter which makes it difficult if you […] have a lot of items to set out (hair dryer, makeup, etc.). The towels are kept in the shower and there was nowhere else to keep them hanging so you had to go in and out of the shower to get towels. I was able to look beyond this as we spent little time in the room, but if you're looking for space to spread out you won't find it here. If you are looking for location and aren't worried about space this is a good place to stay. They kept our bags for us on our arrival date and departure date so we didn't have to carry them. The staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy. Overall a good experience. Mehr
"Stayed their 2 nights"
Stayed their 2 night, first night - I checked in around 11pm in the night and than stayed for another night due to exhaustion, its was on thursday night i checked in and checked out on Saturday- When I was asked on Saturday whether I can do a little late checkout - They said you'll be charged, when i heard this than i decided to move to another hotel […] - Marriott which was lots better and i overpaid here. Overall I was satisfied with my stay except for the tv; which the channels had no signal. Other than that which was a minor thing; I would recommend the 4 points sheraton to others.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Disappointed to find our down comforter was not cleaned when we climbed into our bed for the night. I wouldn't recommend the concierge - they sold us tickets to a Broadway show and to our surprise our seats were not together.

Even though my girlfriend and I only spent a couple of days, it was dreamy. The hotel is so neat and comfortable we still talk about our stay a week later. I'm pretty sure every time I will be spending time in NYC, I will stay at the Four Point Hotel in Times Square. Especially now that I have become a member

"Very Comfortable Bed!"
Location was great - so close to Times Square but without the noise of the city. The view was of the neighboring building but it was a great sound buffer. (I stayed in a different hotel for work later that week with a great view but couldn't sleep for the noise!) Concierge was great and staff was accommodating.

Perfect for a weekend in NY. Great location, Great Price, Rooms are normal sized (not closets) and the staff was very helpful and customer friendly. Restaurant is dark, overpriced, and uninviting but who wants to eat at hotel anyway??!

One of the better hotel values out there when seeing shows on Broadway. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Room was decorated a little on the drab side (not a fan of the muted color palette), but a minor gripe to be sure. The in-hotel restaurant was a real highlight, quite unexepectedly - try the spinach nachos! […] Fitness room was well stocked with current (and functional) equipment, but filled up quickly in the mornings. Staff was a delight and eager to go the extra mile to help out. "Sheraton Four Points- Great Location Times Sq."
The hotel itself was great; clean and comfortable with attentive staff and in a great location right next to Times Square. Great place to stay if you are doing the tourist thing as location allows for easy access to uptown, downtown and midtown sights. I would not reccomend more than two in a room as rooms/bathrooms are small (as expected in NYC). The […] only downside was that the immediate neighborhood was a tad bit sketchy, with two adult video stores right next door. None the less, neighborhood seemed as safe as any in the city and I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

"Perfect location"
The hotel is right next to port authority and I was able to catch a shuttle to airport very easily. We found all types of cuisine, attractions and shopping within walking distance. The only problem we had was that there was not enough time to do everything we wanted to do. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to assist us and get us all that we needed […] and asked for. Awesome location within walking distance to pretty much anywhere. Parking garage was right next door and cheap which was very nice to have so close. Pizza right at the corner so many nice places to eat within a five minute walk. Room was clean staff was friendly i would for sure stay here again

It was such a great centerpoint for everything-walking distance to TimesSquare, Transportation, Scenic Tours, and Restaurants galore. Love the fact that it right smack in the center of the Big Apple. Front Service staff were welcoming and Housekeeping were very nice people. Neighborhood area well not so great. We live in LA so were used to the bums […] in the street but for others this will be a great deal for them to be scared of. Lots of slumming noted close proximity of the port terminal. "Good location, Hotel "just ok""
Location was great. A quick 5 minute walk to Times Square and theatre district. 15 min walk to Grand Central Terminal. Hotel was not impressive, room was clean, bathroom was just ok, "view" was the side of a brick building, but you dont go to NYC to stay in your room much. That said, I will stay in a different hotel next time I'm in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay with the Four Points by Sheraton. Very comfortable bed. Rooms were a little small but that is to be expected in NYC, Times Square location... They had an extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is close to Times Square and the fashion district for great shopping. Everything is modern and upscale. I would definitely stay here again.
