Courtyard Indianapolis Downtown - Indianapolis

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to anything you want to see in downtown Indy. Room was very clean, but a little small for 3 people. Had to pay for parking at the hotel, rate was a little steep, but it was very convenient. Courtyard by Marriott did not have free breakfast, but adjoining Mariott did.

Very nice hotel for the price.

The king size room had no bathtub, only a shower. This was not listed in room description nor were we told at check-in. No tub...you've got to be kidding!

Good hotel, good location, clean, smallest swimming pool I've ever seen, capacity of 15, really. But a really bad bed. We would stay there again. Surely it was just one bad bed in an otherwise good hotel.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. Within walking distance of everything! Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here agian.

Only complaint was that I booked the "stay for breakfast" rate which was supposed to include a full breakfast for 2 adults. Then, we were notified upon arrival that the restaurant inside the Courtyard was closed due to the slowness of the hotel on that date. I was, however, offered free parking to compensate for this which I thought was fair.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! We walked dountown in minutes and to Museums just across the street! Can,t wait to stay there again!

This hotel is very close to the state museume and cuty centre. I woulde defenitely recommend this hotel!

We paid $23 for parking garage very upset over this. We visited another hotel that evening and they had free parking if you stay in the hotel.

I stayed here for a wedding at the Indiana State Museum across the street. Great location, close to lots of places. However, there are 5 Marriott Hotels all interconnected right here, and not nearly enough parking for all the hotels. I got back around 11:30-11:45pm after the wedding and was told there was no available parking, but they could valet my […] vehicle. Unfortunately, this was incorrect also as my truck had a trailer, and they refused to park it. I was told I could park at the White River Park parking lot down the road, for $20 for the night, if I wanted, and that was it. They simply don't have the capacity to park all the vehicles needed, because their valets take up too many spaces. I was able to get the staff to reverse my parking charges the next day, but was still annoyed. The rooms itself are fine, so if you plan on arriving early and not driving anywhere it's a great place. But they simply have too many hotels in one location to really make it nice. Mehr

Very pleasant staff, comfortable and clean room. loved the fitness center; also the computers to print out boarding passes ahead of time. Would have liked longer hours for inhouse Bistro, especially breakfast. Would definitely recommend hotel to others and will stay again when in Indianapolis.

The bed was like a rock - and they will sell it to you for 1500! Forget about it.,

Excellent location, very close to Lucas, White River Park, museums, core of downtown. While I stayed related to business, I would stay again with family for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only negatives were the lack of a complimentary breakfast and the rowdy football fans partying on my floor until 3:30 am after the Sunday […] night Colts-Steelers game. Mehr

We had a great visit and plan to stay next year when we are in Indianapolis for the DCI event.

The hotel was right across the street from the wedding we went too,so the location was perfect.The hotel staff was friendly and helpfull.The room was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect weekend.Thankyou Courtyard by Marriot.

do not pay for the breakfast in the Bistro, it is not worth it, complimentary one is just fine.

carpet in room was old and dated. The walls thin, could easily hear people in surrounding rooms (they were kind of loud). Staff were super friendly. Parking was tight but given it was the mini-marathon weekend they did a great job. Was not expecting a parking charge at first, did not read my info close enough.

Excellent place to stay ! Was in Indianapolis for the Big Ten Tournament - would highly recommend

The hotel was beautiful and the service was very friendly. Seemed slightly overpriced, and what they don't mention is an additional 25 dollars for in and out parking. Overall, had a great time, but maybe a little overpriced.

Everything you expect with a courtyard. Close enough to walk to everything.

Walking distance to the Colts' Lucas Oil Stadium and nice amenities. A very clean and modern hotel!

We were very pleased with our stay. We were in Indianapolis for the Monumental Marathon, so the location could not have been more convenient. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, with the valet going above and beyond for us because we wanted to eat next door after checking out. We will definitely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised at the location of the Courtyard. Great view of the museums and river and canals from our room, only a 6 minute walk to the downtown core, and 10 minutes to the speed way. The room was lovely, spacious, clean, new. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was the pool. It was really really tiny and too much chlorine. […] If you don't want to swim this is a great place to stay. Mehr

I only stayed one night, but was glad I chose this hotel because it was so comfortable and friendly. I was able to use their guest computer station to check on my email (I don't have a functioning laptop) and the location was perfect for my purposes, which was to see the AAA Indianapolis Indians play a ball game; the field was visible from my window, […] less than a block away. The only thing that I found a little difficult was that there are TWO Courtyards in Indy and both are only three blocks apart from each other. I think they need to give one of them a very distinctive name or something, because I went into the other one first. Mehr

We arrived with two vehicles and the bellman was more than happy to help with bags all the way to our rooms. The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a great home away from home. The kids loved the huge windows and looking out onto the street. The Cafe had a wide array of […] foods available to picky toddlers and adults alike. Prices were what you would expect at a restaurant. Not outragous.
