I was a little worried that it was so much cheaper than the other hotels near by but it was a great stay!

The hotel is ideal for the price and location. I would stay there again hands down.

Place was close to freeway, handy for me to find on a late night arrival. People at desk were very accommodating. Breakfast, was limited, but good and well presented.

I just needed a place to sleep in comfort and quiet for three nights. The room and bath were tiny but clean, the facility new and neat. The staff were not the friendliest, but I really didn't care. This wasn't a place I'd stay with family or friends, but it was perfectly suited to my simple needs for this trip.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. My only complaint was that at times there was a raw sewage smell in the elevator and hall. It was never a problem in the room.

This was an extremely nice, clean hotel. The price was less than you would expect to pay. The room was very modern and spacious in design. We stayed in a single queen efficiency. It came with a LCD TV, mini Fridge, microwave, bar sink and pull out couch. I would easily book a week in this hotel for a vacation. really liked the Hotel room a little small. The room had an odor smelled like a cleaning product it was strong.

This hotel was more than I expected for what I paid. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was convenient to stores, restaurants, highway, and Clemson University. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The only complaint was that the internet access had issues throughout our stay

Exceptional Service, Exceptional Room, Exceptionally affordable price!

This was a small, but well-designed room. Bathroom had a tub and shower, and plenty of room to maneuver. Great price, great location, new motel. No problems.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very clean and the staff was very nice. Basic breakfast in the am is just right. There is plenty to do around the hotel...shopping, bowling, movies. It is close enough to Clemson University. I will stay there every time I visit Clemson.

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, pool is a little small but it's still a pool. Breakfast is the standard continental. Would stay there again.

Everything's relative when it comes to hotels. This isn't a five-star property, obviously, but when it comes to value for dollars spent, I doubt you'll find many better options. To me, this is in the Hampton/Fairfield quality level, and yet it's probably consistently about 25 bucks less per night. That's a good deal. I stayed here for my daughters orientation at school and it was very clean with good service. They even had a nice breakfast that was included.

The room was very clean. A little noisey at night, but over all very pleasant.

But the bed smelled slightly mildewed

I love that the hotel was very modern and clean. The breakfast area was well stocked the next morning and all the hotel associates were very friendly.

The hotel was in a good location with several places to eat near by. The rooms were small but I knew that going in, it was what I expected. The price was right and it was everything I needed for a one night stay. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Overall I was pleased.The room I was in was rather small and it would have been nice to have an iron and a few more choices at breakfast. Other than that my stay was pleasant.

Hotel was nice and brand new. Everything super clean and comfortable. Without question THE best Microtel I have stayed in (out of a total of about 5 or so). Deluxe breakfast included hot, fresh-made waffles in addition to standard continental fare. Thanks, Dana!

This hotel was clean, quiet and really all you need for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was standard fare, nothing special. All in all, good value compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nicely decorated. However, we must have received the last room available that night because it was a handicap room with no bathroom counterspace. Although they do provide a free breakfast I was very disappointed that the room had no in-room coffee maker. The gym only consisted of a treadmill and bike. I thought this hotel was very decent for the price. The room was very clean. I think the hotel is fairly new too. I had a big flat screen tv on the wall and a padded windowseat too. The staff were all very helpful and the continental breakfast was just your standard food. I thought my room was just a little bit on the tiny side, but I looked at the […] floor plan and mine was just one of three on my floor that was small, so I'm sure the rest will be fine. This was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen, but for one person for one night it was okay considering the price. It was difficult to get back to the Interstate.

Hotel was close to the interstate and very easy to locate. A lot of dining options available close by.

Every aspect of my stay was excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on all shifts were courteous and polite. Breakfast was wonderful. I would like to return to the area to stay there again! Many praises to the entire staff during my stay on the weekend of Oct. 2-4, 2009.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2009 and it was a great value for the money. The hotel is brand new (opened May 2009) and is in a convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome hotel -- wasn't sure what to expect, as it was my first experience at a Microtel. Great service, great room, great amenities. Awesome experience overall.
