Service und Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr rar für den Preis. Zur Metro sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und man ist sehr schnell für 2,35€ in Paris. Umgebung des Hotels hat leider nicht sehr viel zu bieten, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm wenn man sowiso nach Paris geht. Sauberkeit im Hotel und den Zimmern wäre […] auch noch ausbaufähig. Englischsprachiges Personal, Frühstücksbuffet um EUR 9,00 war sehr zufriedenstellend. Zimmer, Bettwäsche sehr sauber. Sehr gute Verbindungen in das Stadtzentrum.

Pure and simply, this hotel is well-priced for Paris, offering clean comfortable rooms, free WIFI, and big-screen TV. Breakfast is a bit pricey, so we made own arrangements. This hotel was great. The location is good with nice restraunts within a 10 minute walk. It serves breakfast (usual small french buffet....pastry, cereal, fruit) and some pastas for a small dinner. Nice little bar for beer at any hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful with good French and English language skills. The hotel was allright,staff were polite,the only thing was that you need to comute about 40 minutes to central paris with the train from Creteil station wich is about a half kilometer walk from the hotel and another thing,if you plan on driving there type in your sat-nav BD not BOULEVARD de Creteil because we drove around for about an hour to find […] the hotel. We got a nice, clean, bright room and adequate size for european standard. The only big complaint we had was the thin walls! Their is breakfast for 9 Euros/person, we didn't try it so we can't comment on it. Aircon working good, no problems w/ hot water. About 15-20 min leisure walk to the metro (RER A - Saint Maur Creteil) but their is a bus across the street. Paris central is about 20 min train ride - easy to commute, don't be afraid to ask from strangers & be polite always. We spoke only 2-3 words of french! Yes, it is a distance from Paris central but for the price of a 3 star hotel, it's a bargain. Learning to use the metro is easy, I come from Las Vegas and we don't have a metro here. This is our first trip to Paris and we were apprehensive because of language problems. Really, it's no big deal. During our whole 5 days trip, we only encountered 2 rude frenchmens! Ladies, if you want to blend in with the crowd, don't wear tennis shoes, men can get away with it but not the ladies. Always start your day early, even in October their is always a line everywhere. The longest one in our trip was the Eiffel Tower and Chateau de Versailles. Always bring along an umbrella and be ready to do a lot of walking. We plan to visit Paris again soon (in 2-3 years). The hotel location is far away from city center and main attractions, although you can use public transportation the bus stop is just behind the hotel, the metro station is very close... but prepare to spend 1 hour each way to get the places you want to see in the beautiful Paris. The room was good enough, clean, and comfotable... but the Staff is VERY […] UNFRIENDLY, they don't like to speak in English which is pretty obvious on ther facial expressions. I had a very bad experience in the last day I stayed there, my wife and I had to be very early at the airport to take our flight back home, knowing their english limitations I personally went to the front desk and asked the guy for a taxi for the next day, he was talking to other person from the staff and told me that he was going to book the taxi for the agreed time next day, and that I didn't have to worry about anything, when we arrived to the frontdesk the next day at the agreed time the taxi was not waiting for us, I asked the girl in the front desk about our taxi and she answered with a VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE that she was not informed about our taxi that her collegue did not inform anything that she didn't know what taxi company was contacted by her workmate and she suggested to wait....we waited 15 min and I asked for hel to her again, and she was even UNRESPECTFUL because she even told me it was not her fault nor her problema, I practically bagged for hel to ask for another taxi because we have not enough time to get to the airport, at the end shed made a call to a taxi comapany, she was talking and laughing with her interlocutor over the phone in french I did not understand a word, she even asked me something in frch laughing, I could understand the name of the airport and I said Charles de Gaulle, we felt very bad on that momment I never had an experience like that in all my life, I have stayed in more than 50 hotels and I never had a problem with asking a taxi and never been treated contemptuously like that.. Do not expect what you see in the pics. the room was fairly nice but there was a water leak in the wall. Room was small-ish but that is to be expected in this area. The hotel is located in the south east of Paris in a small town called Saint Maur (des Fosses), on the Marne river, a very picturesque area---worth a days visit itself to see the area ruins and parks. The hotel is a one-stop bus ride or 8-10 minute walk to the RER (Line A) metro station, sh. This gets you into Paris quite easily to major tourist spots […] within 15 minutes. We were there for a while and got a 5 day pass for all Paris mass transit including buses, RER, and metro. The hotel is simple but sufficient. The rooms are small (like most in Europe) but have a desk with chair, night tables and armoire (with a safe) and 4 hangers or less (ask for more or bring your own) . No drawers but a small 2-shelf under-desk area for your clothes. The rooms are clearly meant for short stays and accordingly there were a LOT of one night tour bus stopovers. We managed for 10 nights quite well. The walls are paper thin so if you are unlucky enough to get a loud neighbor it will be a problem. One night we were treated to love-making all night long, and another an obnoxious and loud group of people. The management though is quite good about dealing with these type problems if you report it. The staff is very nice and helpful---they are more personal since it is a small hotel. The restaurant just opened for dinner featuring only pasta dinners but ours was very good and a decent deal at 9.90 Euros. The breakfasts were good deals at 9 Euros featuring ham and other meat, cheeses, eggs to boil, yogurts, fresh fruit and fruit salad, a good cappuchino/cofee/espresso machine, fresh baked goods (excellent), and other small items. Nice choice of teas also. There is also a small bar across the street called L'entracte that serves a decent coffee at 1.60 Euros and you can sit outside ---usually next to their gentle and elderly Mastiff dog! A bit far far from Paris about half hour on train. Hotel did not have a US AC adopter nor was able to direct us to where we could find one. Breakfast was good overall a nice hotel

Amith, who worked the reception desk was fabulous! The bed was super comfortable. The carpets in the hotel halls and room were very dirty. I was told that the hotel was going to replace them in the near future. Best priced hotel of our entire trip.

On our first day we spent 1.5 hours each way getting th the hotel. It was only on day 2 we realised you can get the RER line ( 5 min walk or 1 bus stop from hotel ) to the centre in 15 mins. this ticket is included on the 3 day metro ticket. The roooms were nice and clean. not the comforta and decadence of a hotel but fine if you just want plain accom. […] the staff at reception were not very helpful. on arrival we waited half an hour while the receptionist had what sounded like a personal phone call and looked right past us. we also tried to check out at 4 in the morning for an early flight and although we told the staff this, noone was on reception and we had to run around knocking on office doors for 20 min before we found someone who strolled out of a room we had been knocking on. we even tried to call the hotel but even that didn't make him come out. the rooms are too small,there is no mini bar in the room,it has an old building and has a traditional architecture. the walls are too thin so that sound is transmitted through them and we could not sleep well.

The staff of the hotel is just great, the parking is secure and free, wifi works perfectly from the rooms, and again I can't say it enough, the staff is just great, very friendly and always happy to assist, thanks for a great stay, the only thing that I might add to the rooms is a small fridge to have some cold beverages.

Hello, me and my girlfriend stayed at the hotel for 5 night and thats our overall opinion... the staff was really on top,especially a reception guy Amit,who was very friendly and helpfull during the all time.Destination to the nearest RER station is a 5-7 minute walk away so its not q big deal

Staff at the front desk was very helpful and could speak English. The street the hotel is on also has about a dozen places to eat within a 5 minute walk. About 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Nicely furnished room, the bad thing about the bed was that it was two single beds pushed together, even sheeted as two different beds. Great hotel, if not a bit pricey for its location in Cretiel district. Walk to the station is easy - then 15 minutes to central Paris. Lovely friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Try Leonardo's Italian Restaurant for a great pizza (10 mins from hotel). The local streets are a bit sleezy after dark, but the location on the Seine is great.

Nice hotel, near to supermarkets and restrant, river view, 10 min walking to train station and helpful with free wireless internet. but they are not dealing with any tourist office.

This hotel was OK for the money. It is a 700m walk to the RER train to central Paris, a bit far if you have luggage. There is a bus available to the train station. The train itself can get you to most of the sights you would wish to see. The surrounding neighborhood is OK but nothing to write home about. I arrived 3 hours earlier than the listed check-in time -(3PM)- and was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff made a room available to me. They also brought me a glass of orange juice and a plateful of crouissants, all of which were greatly appreciated. Their friendliness and availability to help with any and all questions throughout my week-long […] stay, never varied. The hotel is located a little further from central Paris than I had anticipated, however, it is an easy, 10 minute walk from the nearby metro stop-(Saint Maur- Creteil), and it takes approximately 15 minutes to reach central Paris once on the train. This hotel was good for what we wanted. It had a secure car park at 4euros a night which is a very good price, and the rooms were nice. Although the TV had no English channels but lots of other languages. The location did let the hotel down a little bit because it was probably about a 25min commute to the centre of Paris. The nearest RER (which is equivalent […] to London Underground) was about a 5-10minute walk away, and then a direct train to Arc d'Triomphe. We got a Paris Visite ticket which is like a travelcard it allows you to go on all the underground services and buses. But you don't really need to use the buses if you're just going to Paris. You can request the amount of days you want it for, we had it for 3 days and it cost us £20 each which is pretty good for 3days travel, and then you don't have to worry about it at all once you have it! That's all I can think of really. If you are driving to Paris like we did then we would suggest this hotel for a cheaper alternative than staying in the centre of Paris!!! Mehr

Hotellet var en positiv överraskning. Kändes fräscht och modernt. Väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal som dessutom talade väldigt bra engelska. Pendeltågstationen ligger bara 700 meter från hotellet, och det gick bussar från stationen som stannade vid hotellet. Läget är inte centralt men om man som jag skulle besöka travbanan i Vincenne var […] det perfekt läge. Jag kan rekommendera hotellet till alla som inte har behov av att bo centralt i Paris. Det tar bara 20 minuter med pendeltåget att ta sig in till centrala Paris. Mehr

Plutôt emballé par l'annonce de l'hôtel, nous étions pressés d'y résider.... A notre arrivée, le veilleur de nuit fût très accueillant et courtois et l'entrée de l'hôtel était accueillante et chaleureuse... Mais à notre arrivée dans la chambre, surprise. Les meubles était dans un mauvais état, rayés et usés. La douche était bouchée et le joint de la […] porte défait, ce qui laissé circulé l'eau hors de la cabine de douche. La chambre n'avait pas été chauffé, et à cette époque, il y faisait plutôt froid. Nuit agréable en somme. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié, (céréales, boissons chaude, jus de fruit, oeuf, charcuterie et viennoiserie...) juste le strict nécessaire pour les différentes catégories de mets. accueil matinale très froid de la part des hôtesses d'accueil. Hotellet var fint, værelserne rene, der var god og venlig service, og der er videoovervåget parkeringskælder, som er gratis. Morgenmaden er rigtig god, men ikke inkluderet i prisen og forholdsvis dyr. Dog kommer man på en café let til at betale mindst ligeså meget for næsten ingenting, og på hotellet er der noget for enhver smag på buffeten. Hotellet […] ligger i forstæderne, men der er barer og restauranter i nærheden. Det er nemt og billigt at komme fra hotellet til Paris centrum med RER toget, og man kan også nemt komme til Disneyland enten med tog eller bil. Vi havde alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse! Mehr

Vi ønsket et rimelig hotell med OK avstand til Paris sentrum, og det var akkurat det vi fikk. Det gikk et tog hvert 10. minutt til Catelet - Les Halles, som er midt i bykjernen, og avstanden til togstasjonen var under en kilometer. Reisen inn til sentrum gikk på 10-15 minutter. Personene som jobbet i skranken var alltid hyggelige, og forstod nok engelsk […] til å hjelpe med vanlige spørsmål. Dusjen var varm, senga var myk og det var svært lite bråk på utsiden. Hotellissa on ystävällinen henkilökunta ja puhuvat myös englantia. Hotellilta pääsee kätevästi Pariisin keskustaan, hoksasimme sen vasta seuraavana päivänä. Lähellä hyvä pikaruokapaikka pistäytyä vaikka iltapalalla, on pubi ja supermarketit. Hotellista olisi saanut aamiaisen erillishintaan. Rauhallinen ilmapiiri. Hotel muy confortable, limpio, muy recomendable. El único fallo que tiene es que es poco céntrico (a unos 40min con trasbordos), y al depender de transporte público, te limita bastante el horario de vuelta.

Dette var et helt greit hotell. Service var helt OK med et unntak av en dame i resepsjonen. Rommene var som forventet. Små og rene. Ligger et stykke utenfor Paris, men dette løses med 20 min med RER/Metro. Så det er ganske uproblematisk. Dersom man reiser med Ryanair til Paris så går bussen fra flyplassen til den andre siden av byen, så det blir en […] god reisevei. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet til Ryanair kunder pga avstanden til flyplassen. Alle andre kan bare kjøre på. :) Mehr

Rummet hade vattenskador som inte var under kontroll. Hantverkare kom in utan att knacka för att måla över vattenskadorna utan behandling. Heltäckningsmattan hade 2 stora blöta fläckar pga vatten som rann ut under golvet från badrummet. Hade beställt dubbelsäng och fick 2 ihopskjutna enkelsängar som särade på sig. Vid fråga om restauranger i närheten […] rekommenderade receptionisten deras egen samt en "fransk-italiensk"-restaurang 10min bort. Visade sig vara en pizzeria... Då vi åt på restaurangen på hotellet visade det sig vara färdig pasta (val av pasta fick du göra) och färdig sås som kokades upp i portionspåsar. Gick bara att få pizza utöver det. Dryck till maten? Trots att vi var i Paris hade de bara läsk och vatten... Enligt hotellets egen folder har de inga stjärnor alls, men ska ha gratis internet och det ska finnas en bar på hotellet. Detta stämde inte. Ingen bar... Enligt hotels.com hade vi bokat ett 3stjärnigt hotel, men detta kallar jag då inte 3stjärnigt... Mehr
