"Günstig, aber nur mit einem Auto"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 15. Feb. 2013Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nicht weit entfernt vom Texas Medical Center oder der Rice University. Auch Downtown kann man relativ schnell erreichen. Allerdings sollte man die Umgebung des Hotels besser nicht zu Fuß erkunden. Mit dem Auto hätte ich keine Bedenken. Das Frühstück ist minimal, aber für den Preis ok.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 10. Feb. 2013Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das neuste aber sehr sauber. Die Lage 5 Minuten vom Flughafen ist optimal, wenn mann einen frühen Flug hat. Einziges was ich bemängeln muss ist das Wlan. Das war sehr langsam und glich einen Modem.

"Breakfast Not So HOT."
Beakfast for two days was not out on time. Some mornings it was only partially out. One morning it took her 45 minutes before it was out pass the time breakfast was to be ready. Also, the hot food was not HOT or WARM. We had to heat it in the microwave which was not clean. "trendy comfortable room"
The staff was nice but put us in a room with ppl below us knowing we had children and a infant that was of crawling age got a call at 7pm that ppl below us was complaining it sounded like children running my 1 yr old was crawling and older kids where playing not stomping or jumping running just going back and forth plus we where not in room longer than […] ten minutes before they complained we where still bringing in our stuff. The other hotels we where at would put us in a room where no one was in the room below us and sometimes if possible no one right next to us cause my daughter had a cold and would wake up thru the night crying she's 1 Co.e in really the room was very nice and modern the beds where a little uncomfortable and I woke up multiple times to roll over or try and get comfortable both me and my husband woke up with our backs. Hurting the hotel we stayed in the.two nights before where a dream we didn't wanna.get out of bed or leave no.complaints nothing this was the only hotel we had a issue with and we where in the same hotel in different location for five says straight that wasn't as modern as this one but a lot more flexable when dealing with children I would recommend for a single quite couple not a family. Honestly, this hotel reminded me of the Hyatt Downtown in Greenville SC that was $200/night. The room was surpisingly big, very nice, the bed was great and the staff was excellent. when we arrived at hotel, they gave us a room that had not been clean. they quickly switched us room though and found the pack n play we had requested for our baby to sleep in. the suite is not really a suite and the TV is in the bedroom area instead of the living area making it somewhat inconvenient for sleeping. pool was clean and warm. whirlpool […] was dirty on the day we were there. breakfast was good and free. There are few options in the area, it was an ok hotel. Breakfast - not worth it, and you could hear your neighbors TV and talking. Not the friendlist of staff. The hotel was overall average to me. I found the place in need of a good cleaning. The elevator was a filthy mess with finger prints and spill stains everywhere. Has everything you need without the unnecessary frills of higher star hotel. Staff was very helpful. Their breakfast is awesome! Hot eggs, sausage, blueberry pancakes, etc... My room's toilet had not been cleaned AT ALL. Housekeeping gone for the day at 430pm on Saturday. Front desk clerk went to my room and cleaned toilet herself. Upon our return from a family function there were kids in the 6-11 yrs of age range running up and down hallways yelling and goofing off at 11:00pm. Room was very clean. Looked like new. Breakfast was good. Hotel was very warm and so was room even though turned temperture down it never cooled down, but I like it very cool to sleep. The hotel was right behind splashtown where we were going to with kids. It is near lots of eating places and stores that is exactly what we needed. My only disapointment was we stayed on the 1st floor and we could hear everyone walking thru the halls and noise since the 1st floor is the busiest floor. I absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It was beautiful, 1 year old and the rooms were very spacious. We stayed in a suite w 2 double beds and there was a microwave, fridge, and beautiful granite thru out the room. (including the shower)!! I will definitely stay here again very very soon!!! Booking was easy and great rate. Fairly new hotel right off of I45 and close to FM 2920 in heart of Spring and close to Tomball. Room was very comfortable, although the A/C unit seemed to struggle in the June Texas heat. Has everything you need including in-room fridge, which came in very handy. The hotel staff was friendly.
