One of the best hotels in the range of 3 stars! Strong recommendation if someone looks for a stay in between airport and downtown Columbus!

Four Points Sheraton Columbus Airport is visually pleasing, newly remodeled and beds were comfortable. However, we did have several issues with this hotel. Each day, we needed to request towels as they would take dirty towels but not leave clean, fresh ones. They also did not vacuum our room or the hallway on our floor during the 4 days and 3 nights […] we stayed. After returning to our room Sunday evening, we found a pass key labeled "Electrical Closet" on the desk next to a suitcase. Now, I can't imagine what "electrical panel" they were accessing in our room, so I'm assuming that a less than honest employee must have been rummaging through our belongings. Thankfully, we did not leave anything of value in our room while were out. The desk staff was polite, but seemed overwhelmed. I also heard some inappropriate language used by staff while I was accessing the internet in the lobby... very unproffessional especially since I was travelling with my children. I had my 72 year old mother with me, and she was not excited by the shower. She would have liked a tub to soak in or more bars in the shower to feel safe. If you want to soak in a hot bath, don't come here... NO TUBS. The bathroom "Barn Door" ( slides back and forth on a roller over the door opening) was off the bottom bracket so it was able to swing outward at the bottom. May not seem like a big deal, but your time in the bathroom may not be as private as you would like since you could see in at the lower portion. It is close to the airport, maybe a little too close, as plane noise was quite loud at times. There a number of hotels right in this area, so I'd try one of them next time. Mehr

The hotel room was nice and clean. The food was really good (little expensive). Loved the decor. The pool area and workout facility is small and they do not have a hot tub (disappointing). Everything else was great!

I made my reservation online and asked for a first floor room. When I got to the hotel I was given a second floor room..when I asked the clerk "where are the steps" she replied. "there are no steps" I told her that I don't ride elevators...she put me in a first floor room with no TV. When I told the staff about the TV they told me they could be of no […] help. It was about 11PM...a young man said he could call a techician however he didn't know when he would be able to come. So I slept in a room with no night or morning TV. I suggest that all rooms be check for problems also not having steps presents a fire hazzard. Also some people like to use the steps for exercise. Mehr

The room was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were courteous and helpful. We stayed over new years eve and the hotel was nice and quiet which was a concern since we were travelling with small children. The location was great since we needed to go all over the city. Most places downtown and near OSU were a 10 minute drive while Polaris shopping […] mall was only 20 minutes away. Definitely would stay there again. Mehr

This was a nice hotel and good price for what we received. The only thing "negative" I would have to say is that the pool water was freezing. Was a comfortable stay.

Condition and cleanliness of the room was excellent. This would be my choice on my next stay in Columbus.

In a world where its increasingly more difficult to find service excellence, this location was no exception. Key didn't work. No personality at front desk. Non-english speaking housekeeping. Sink that wouldn't drain. Squares missing out of hallway carpet. Elevator button falling off. I mean really. Who is in charge here. Thus place needs a visit from […] someone in leadership. Mehr

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, clean, quiet, roomy, good wifi, excellent beds, good breakfast, good service. Easy to find with GPS, probably would get lost without.

Go Urban Myer!! About what I expected for a very last minute decision that I made. I think the hotel is starting to show some minor cosmetic damages that need to be fixed. But overall, it was acceptable.

The four point was a great experience during the holiday weekend highly recommend this hotel.

nice clean room, kinda hard to get to location, restaurant had few choices. would definetely stay there again.

I am from Philadelphia, and I drove up for the night to pick up my child and this was absolutely nice for the price. Comfortable, room service was fantastic, food was delicious. I will be staying here when I come to Ohio in the future.

Service at the bar around 4:00PM was excellent for dinner. Service at Breakfast was so poor that when I went looking for the check, I was told to give her a few minutes. I like the concept, it was my 1st stay, but the breakfast service was so poor, I might not return. I travel 20-25 days a month so I can assure you, that I've been in my share of ho […] tels! Mehr

Comfy beds. Found hotel to be quiet despite being close to airport. Restaurant's breakfast was very basic.

This hotel was incredible. All the modern touches made it seem like a sleek, upscale, boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful. I look forward to staying there again when I visit Columbus.

Quality hotel. Room very very clean. Very conviently located near airport and next to restaurants. Hotel staff very nice. Only place I would stay if I returned to columbus, ohio.

The room was basically clean. However the bathroom door would not close and I shared a room with my two adult daughters. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall, and one pillow had red dots on it.

My husband and I had to attend a conference in Columbus. We had read some reviews on this hotel and decided to book it. We were not disappointed at all. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly, professional employee, who promptly got us checked into our room. It smelled fresh and clean and looked fantastic. The bed is so comfortable. Sheraton's attempts at trendy urban didn't make us fans. The atmosphere in public areas and sleeping rooms was cold and rather stark. Amenities were minimal, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool but no sauna, all in less than inviting surrounds. Only one phone in the sleeping room, the cordless handpiece did not work and we had to request the […] phone be replaced. The sleeping room amenities were perhaps trendy but not well thought out. The closet rod hung in the clothes cabinet from front to back, so we had to move through all the clothes to get to those at the back. It was a tight fit, too, for a suit hanger. The wood bathroom door hung on a slider like a window drape, affording little privacy. The coffee maker was placed on a pullout shelf opposite the clothes cabinet with no light source. No makeup mirror and little counter space. A poor selection of TV channels...CNBC was not available although noted as accessible on channel 34. On our third inquiry about this we were told it was available in the public areas but not the sleeping rooms. Sorry, Sheraton. This hotel just didn't make the grade. Mehr

The hotel was nice. Was a little disappointed in room service. Food was cold and eggs were burned, did not get condiments needed for the meal. The walls in the rooms are very thin. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was so friendly, the room was very clean, and it was in a quiet location so we slept very well.Even the planes didn't bother us. We stayed there because it was close to Easton Town Center as well as downtown Columbus. We definately would stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Had a good time, 10 mins from the event. Staff was friendly, all was well. Overall good trip, i recommend this hotel, it was clean nice and in an okay location.

New hotel and stylish. Everything clean and comfortable. No complaints at all!!!

Too much hall noise at night. No bath tub. Didn't stay the second night because of the noise. Paid on internet so no compensation. Very disappointing as we were celebrating our 30th anniversary.

We prepaid online for a 2 night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I checked in at 10pm and my husband at 4:00am. About 4:00pm the next day, I went to desk with a question and the clerk said , "Oh we thought you checked out already." I said , "No, we paid for 2 nights." And she said, "We had you down for 1 night," but said it as if they made a mistake. […] She looked in the computer as if to fix it. I left to do laundry. An hour later she calls my husband, who was trying to sleep and told him very firmly to come down and pay or "get out". I had to call hotels.com to get them to call the front desk and straighten out the situation. They did apologize and gave us both a complimentary breakfast in their restaurant. Mehr

Stayed here for one night while attending the Rock on the Range concert. Very nice looking from the outside and very well appointed lobby. Liked the complimentary bottle of water in the room (very nice after the expensive bottles of water at the concert venue). We were staying on the first floor adjacent to the parking lot and I was pleased with the […] sound insulation from the parking lot. Unfortunately, thats where the pleasant parts ended. Despite the lack of noise coming from the parking lot we could hear every single sound coming from the hallway. Our room was next to an stairwell door and ever time it closed we could definitely hear it. Luckily, this did not happen often and ended up not being a problem for us. When we got to the room there was stuff left in the shower, an open bottle of mouthwash on the sink, a used bar of soap, and even though the bed was made it was obviously slept in. It looked like the maid service had not reset the room for a new guest but had instead cleaned it as if the same person would be staying there. Additionally, there was no remote for the TV. Reported these things to the front desk and they did come quickly and clean the bathroom and change the linens on the bed. I was told that they did not have any extra remotes but were expecting more the next day (we slept in and didn't check out til noon, when I checked they still did not have any remotes). This hotel is close to the airport and is on the takeoff/approach path so there are a lot of jets passing close overhead. We were on the first floor and while we could still hear each jet passing by it was not loud at all. However, I am pretty sure staying on one of the upper floors would make it pretty loud. Overall, if I would be returning to the columbus area I would be looking for other accommodations. Mehr

The hotel was clean, although I requested 2 double beds and they gave me a king size bed instead. Also the sink in the bathroom did not drain.

The room was lovely and the bedding luxurious. Even the arrangement of the furniture was perfect. In addition to all the above we had a special guest and I was so pleased that it was honored. I would love to stay here again in the future.
