Great locale. Staff was vary attentive. Good overall value. Small parking garage but can accommodate an SUV - barely.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Enjoyed the view of the mountains from the 8th floor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Short drive to the Biltmore Estate. Will stay there again if ever in the area.

Looks fantastic externally and internally. Room is beautiful, humongous shower and panoramic view of Western N. Carolina. Staff friendly but not over enthusiastic about customer service.

Our room was very clean and orderly, and the staff was nice. The lobby is a bit odd and small and the restaurant selections are pretty vanilla. (given that Asheville is a foodie town) Unfortunately, they were not very knowledgeable. Our 2nd night in town it was pouring rain and miserable, and we wanted to order some dinner in (the room service menu […] is not extensive at all) and the desk clerk suggested we order Papa Johns. I guess I just take this in contrast to a random hotel we pulled into for the night on another trip where the front desk clerk not only gave me suggestions, but had a book of menus from which to order. (and we were in the middle of cornfields in Ohio) Otherwise, this is a convenient walk to most of the downtown Asheville attractions, the rooms are large and bright, and the bathrooms are clean and very nice. They even caught an error on our bill before I even saw it. Better service and better food options would give them 5 stars. Mehr

Great location and very nice!

I stayed there recently for 2 nights and thought it was a very comfortable hotel. The design is very modern, and chic. I was thrown at first because the rooms aren't carpeted, but the kingsize room was very comfortable. With bathrobes, slippers, and a very large shower stall. I think when I made my reservation I asked for a view, and the room I got […] was on the 4th floor facing the freeway, so oh well there. The other great thing about the hotel is that it is walking distance to a lot of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping options. Mehr

Don't bother looking any further. Stay here. Within walking distance to everything in downtown Asheville. Awesome rooms, awesome views, free parking, great little breakfast / bar area, friendly staff. Dogs welcome.

Found this Hotel blindly on Hotels.com choosing it pretty much from the pictures....and what a great choice it was!! Superbly professional staff, gorgeous hotel, finely furnished, well appointed bedding, and very clean! Overall experience was over-the-top!!!

Very happy with my stay here. Free Wi-fi is a huge plus, but it's the little things they do right, like a caraffe in the room that you can fill with spring water down the hall. I could hear the traffic as my room was adjacent to the highway, but on the 7th floor it wasn't enough to be a bother. Looking forward to staying here again.

Pleasingly colorful in design. Convenient to the downtown. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

What a wonderful space. This hotel offers urban chic amid the beauty of mountains, with a bonus of being able to walk to wonderful restaurants, shops and pubs.

The hotel in located in downtown Asheville. The rooms are nice, it looks like a studio apartment without a lot of closet space. The bathroom is nice; but the heat doesn't circulate that well i the bathroom. The room service is good. The menu has a good selection of organic food. I would definitely stay again.

We requested a high floor, and they were able to accommodate our request and we had a magnificent view. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Great service.

This hotel is modern but elegant, clean, and is located within walking distance of excellent downtown venues.

My boyfriend and I arrived in the rain at hotel indigo and we immediately met at the door. The doorman offered to help us with our bags and was very polite. The hostess at the front desk assisted us promptly and very pleasant. She even changed our room for us when we requested a higher floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. Modern, convenient! Its a great home base for exploring Asheville. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are huge with Aveda products the furnishings are modern and stylish - love it! The restaurant food is a little pricey but with so many excellent places to eat just steps away, not a real negative. Staff is great and parking is free in the below ground […] deck. Gym is adequate. Asheville is awesome. You can walk everywhere from here in 10 minutes. Mehr

Less than a five minute walk to everything Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore requires a drive but that's to be expected. Perfect location, very nice rooms, and an excellent staff.

Walking distance to downtown Ashevilles shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated room with comfortable beds. Would stay again!

I would definitely stay here again. It was hip, but not over the top--very comfortable and clean. Great location. I loved it! I travel a lot, and so I've experienced a lot of hotels. This was definitely one of my favorites.

Hotel Indigo greatly exceeded my expectations. The room, bathroom and shower are huge! The TV could have been a little larger because it was so far across the room. My 60-pound dog and I stayed there without any issues or problems. In fact, my dog was welcome (and spent time) in the bar and restaurant area as well. Nice, new, contemporary hotel close to everything. Very comfortable bed, huge shower, laminate floors, pet friendly. The staff was great with our dogs. Only downside - no place to walk dogs on property. You need to go a block away for a patch of grass. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Indigo in Asheviile, NC and thourghly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very different from a Marriott as the lobby floors are colored concrete and a very comtemporary style. There was a Keurig coffeemaker in the room along with fluffy towels and upscale hair dryer and other upscale amenties. The bed was extremely comfortable. […] Floors were a hardwood which is very different, a little bit louder but very nice! The hallway lights conserved energy as they were on a motion sensor. When youwalked out of your room the lights come on. Food was excellent in the dining area. We would defintely stay her again! Mehr

very nice hotel, good location, walking distance to all downtown. Only issue was heater/AC unit was loud in the room.

The staff was absolutely magnificent here. Hotel was comfortable and convenient to everything. I would stay here again.

Perfect location for walking to everything in downtown Asheville. I have never slept better on their bed. I was out in a flash. I love the decor.

I don't usually travel with my Yorkie but on the occasion of staying in Asheville, NC I needed to bring her, so naturally, I had to find a place that accepted pets. Hotel Indigo couldn't have been more perfect. Nice clean rooms (no yucky carpet), comfortable bed with crisp, quality linens, excellent bathroom with large shower, a short block from most […] of all the downtown attractions and restaurants, friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant, easy parking and the list goes on. A terrific location, attentive front desk and concierge, skipped the sit down in the lobby as Asheville has terrific food. Overall a spectacular stay.

We were able to walk to all of the downtown sites, shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel was perfect and the location was the best. It was a short drive to Biltmore House.

Very friendly staff. Very fun bar scene, not crazy, but lots of energy, with a very competent bartender. Delicious breakfast at reasonable prices.

Great location. Great service. Free Breakfast that was fantastic. Only complaint...louvered bathroom doors. Why louvered doors, they don't allow privacy in such a private area. OK if you're staying by yourself.

The indigo hotel was a very suitable hotel, it was a only a 5 minute walk to the Bele Chere festival which was happening that weekend. The staff was very friendly, but their bartenders had a bit of attitudes, and would take their time on not serving the costumer. Great first impression. It was our first time visit to Asheville and would definitely stay there again. Convenient to the downtown areas and other places of interest ( Grove Park and Biltmore ) Staff was very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend to others.
