The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is in a perfect location for a stopover between Indiana and Wisconsin. There are many nearby amenities that make staying at this location very practical. I plan to stay there again when I next travel through the area.

The hotel was incredibly noisy; slamming doors, thin walls, and the guests that evening were incredibly noisy. The hotel staff has a responsibility to manage these situations.

Hotel was well kept. Pillows were not comfortable, but that is a personal preference thing. Nice area. Breakfast included, but not the greatest. Rate was a bit high, but considering the really nice pool area, workout facility, free breakfast, and free wi-fi in room, the cost is justified.

Okay, I loved this hotel. It was extremely clean. The room was neat and the furniture was up-to-date and the towels where nice and white instead of dull and dingy. The bed spreads were very plush! Close to shopping and eateries yet set in the middle of a field that makes you feel like you're really getting away from it all. Easy access to everything I needed but a nice quiet hotel. It was lovely to have the small indoor pool for a quick swim on a cold December day. I've stayed here twice and will definitely be back again.

This was a very comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It wasn't fancy but delivered good solid comfort. We liked it. They served a good breakfast with fresh fruit, muffins, eggs, etc. Hot coffee and teas were available in lobby 24/7 which was a nice treat when coming in from the cold weather outside. We loved the Incredibly comfortable bed, comforter and pillows. The shower was adequate and large, no tub. There was lots of bathroom counter space and a large shelf below the counter. Pretty view out the window of the wetlands area - we enjoyed watching deer and birds around the ponds. Having the safe deposit at the front desk was a bit inconvenient, would have preferred an in-room safe but it wasn't a big deal. No bar but there was beer/wine available in the snack center. This hotel was perfect....was up there for a family emergency and it worked out really well. It was very comfortable, bed was great and the 24 hour suite shop was a big help.

My wife and I only spent one night but we were very happy with the King bed studio room. Bed was comfortable. Only problem was the alarm clock was 1 hour ahead and never looked at the clock before bed. I looked at my phone when we checked out in the morning and we were could have slept another hour.

The hotel has a friendly staff who greet their guests whenever they are in the lobby. The 24/7 availability of coffee, tea, infused water and cookies are a welcome treat. For someone under 5'1'', the sinks and showerhead are too high for comfort. I had to stand on my tiptoes. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk upon checkout, she sympathized. I would suggest they have step stools available for shorter adults and children to use at the sink. The hotel is beautiful - well appointed, nice rooms and great breakfast. Unfortunatly, the hotel staff was not great at all. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night. Friday night was uneventful as you would expect your hotel stay to be. Saturday night was awful. The hotel had 3 wedding parties and a few other events. We knew there might be a problem […] when we saw several people carting in case loads of beer early in afternoon! That night, we called the hotel staff 6 times to ask them to speak to the rooms next door about the noise. Nothing was done. When we complained again in the morning (after a night of NO sleep), we got the run around again and excuses as to why they couldn't address the situation.
