Sehr gute Lage; viele Restaurants in der Naehe; gute Anbindung an die Hauptstrassen der Insel. Zimmer geraeumig.

Das Hotel hat nicht nur eine gute Lage, sondern ist auch sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, auch wenn es nicht unbedingt nötig gewesen wäre. Die Mitarbeiterin am Frühstücksbuffet ist der Sonnenschein des Hotels, sie begrüßt jeden Gast am Tisch, hält alle Platten und Schalen […] sauber und vor allem bis zum Schluss voll. Besonders gut fanden wir den Waschraum, denn bei einem 13tägigen Aufenthalt, ist man froh, wenn man seine Kleidung waschen und trocknen kann ohne das Hotel verlassen zu müssen. Das aller Beste waren aber die Betten. Top Qualität bei den Matratzen haben auch den anstrengensten Tag zur Wonne gemacht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hamptons total genossen und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Mehr

A great family hotel with terrific customer service. My kids loved this place.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is about a mile from the beaches. The staff were very nice. The breakfast is much better than most hotel breakfasts: hot eggs, bacon, waffles. I like it.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were large and comfortable. On this weekend there was a kids hockey tournament, and the kids and their parents to control of the hotel. When we went to park in the parking lot there was no parking the teams were playing street hockey in 3/4 of the parking. At night the parents were worse then the kids making noise […] and talking loud in the hall ways after 11pm. The teams in the morning took over the breakfast area for the complimentary breakfast. We didn't even bother to try and have the breakfast as there wasn't even room to move never mind trying to get even close to get a cup of coffee. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes but I would ask if there are any sports teams staying there as I learned this is the Host hotels to many soccer and hockey tournaments in the area. Mehr

No complaints. Place was clean and staff was fine. Beds were comfortable. Exactly what you want if you're just looking for a place to crash. It is obviously either newly built or newly rehabbed, which is nice when you're staying at lower-end chain hotels.

My husband, my 4 kids and I stayed at the hotel 3 nights, and wish that we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect about the hotel. It's NEW, has a great pool/hot tub/relaxing area around pool, large game room with plenty of choices for the kids, nice work-out room with 7 different machines, perfect location- with plenty of great restaurants- […] not chains- surrounding it, only 26 miles from Provincetown, awesome FREE breakfast- not just continental junk to eat, best bed/pillows and duvet that we have ever had at a hotel, and a very pleasant staff- at front desk, housekeeping and kitchen. I literally can't say enough about how great this place is- obviously. We are already planning another trip back! Mehr

Our stau at the Hampton Inn was very relaxing. The room was very quiet and very clean. We have always enjoyed our stays there.

Our stay was very nice, with comfort in every area and food for breakfast to delight anyone s fancy and coffee any time of day. Services in our room were taken care of while we were out and we just felt everyone cared. Thanks again.......Keep up the good work. We will return.

My only negative was the desk staff only gave me 6 sheets of paper for the printer in the business center!!!!

We were very happy with our stay here. We arrived at about 1:45am and were greeted with a smile. At the continentail breakfast which filled us up, questions about local places to eat in the off season were answered with information and directions. Our next night there one of us awoke at 3am not feeling well and the desk clerk went out of his way to […] get us what we needed. The staff was wonderful. If I can find a drawback at all it would be the television channel selection, as much as we enjoy sports I think there were more ESPN channels then all other channels combined. Comfortable room, great breakfast choices, enjoyed the indoor pool. Hotel in convienent area of Cape Cod. Short drive to many sites. Booked last minute for holiday weekend get away. Staff very friendly and helpful with questions about hotel amenities and suggestions about happenings in the area. Will stay here again.

I have stayed at a number of Hampton Inns and this was like the rest. Nice place to stay with a good breakfast. As a business traveler, the good free internet was very helpful. The larger flat screen TV was also very nice. The hotel was very empty at the end of October and it was very quiet. The exercise room was better than most.

This is a nice hotel at a good rate with friendly staff, but its address is a problem: a) Hotels.com's map shows it located near the junction of Baxter and Main streets, whereas it is really opposite the junction of Camp and Main (however, Google Maps gets it right); b) Our TomTom GPS couldn't cope with the address 99 Main Streetroute 28, while 99 Main […] Street W. Yarmouth took us to the part of Main Street which isn't part of Route 28. Please correct your map and add "(opposite 2? Camp Street" to help GPS users. (I think the hotel suggested 8 Camp St when I called for help, but 2 works better with Google.) Mehr

This hotel was just spotless & they supplied everything for a perfect stay right down to breakfast. Very good location with many fine area restaurants . Suppled us with extra pillows in minutes. Staff very helpful & friendly.

Very well kept, clean, the staff was very helpful in directing us to resturants . Highly recommend

Nice, new, clean hotel. Convenient to everything. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely stay our next visit.

Stayed here with my family for 1 night in August. Location was easy to find. Our room was very spacious (2 queen beds) and so was the bathroom. For 1 night, it was very comfortable and relaxing. Would stay here again.

Fab place situated in a lovely harbour town with the usual Cape Cod shops but with the added bonus of a Mall not far away.Reviews on Hyannis said it was more touristy than the rest of the Cod we found this not to be true but I could say that about Privinctown. We chilled around the pool where there was a small bar occasionally and fresh cookies were […] available in the evening (you had to be quick though) tea and coffee were available but the hot water did run out in the evening (I like tea) but you did have facilities in your room so no problem there. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the laundry room was very handy as we were moving around a lot. Breakfast was good with a lovely lady who liked to make sure everything was neat and tidy and Who liked the sausages to be straight on the plate (my husband would tease her about this and she would have a laugh with him) all in all a fab place to stay. Staff at the front desk was very accommodating. This Hampton Inn was surprisingly well maintained and clean. Inside the room, everything looked neat. A refrigerator and a microwave were great to have in the room. It is a pity that the room lacked the closet and the window to open (newer constructions often eliminate this option). In addition, the bedding […] and pillow cases smelled of perfumed detergent. I request that the hotel does not use perfumed cleaning products/air freshener of any sort. Great Inn- much better than some of the other Hampton Inns. Upgraded decor- bathroom had granite counter tops- clean and nicely decorated in nautical design. Large room also came equipped with handy small fridge and microwave. Lobby had free coffee and tea available too! Free breakfast was good- didn't like the use of cheez whizzy stuff in omelets though. […] Buffet staff was on top of the service in that area- top notch! There was a free shuttle service available to those wishing to use the ferry etc- handy- since parking is around $15/day. The location is on a VERY BUSY roadway filled with other hotels. Trying to get out of the parking lot and making a left hand turn was frustrating! Cape Cod mall wasn't too far, and some great restaurants nearby in Hyannis too Would recommend this Inn as it was very comfortable, clean and well serviced!. Mehr

Having stayed at Hampton Plymouth for four previous days, looked forward to similar good experience at Hynannis, especially as quite a bit more expensive. Generally was a good stay overall and was good to have access to an outdoor pool as was very, very hot when we visited. Staff all pretty helpful but biggest disappointment was unavailability of shuttle […] bus, into Hynannis town, after 3:00 p.m. due, apparently, to staff shortages. Taxi into town wasn't expensive anyway but having got used to this service at Plymouth was a pity it didn't run iun evening. Overall very pleased with quality of service from Hampton Inns at both Plymouth and Hyannis. Plenty to visit and see and good restaraunts in town. Really pretty part of the world. Mehr

staff was very accommodating... gave us a complementary upgrade and went above and beyond...this was our first time staying here and i would def suggest to anyone...rooms were very clean continental breakfast was great full spread of stuff...the management went out of there way to make sure the pool bar had drinks of our choice, they even went and got […] more stuff at the store when they were running out....everyone was extremely friendly ..i have stayed on the cape numerous times but i wouldn't stay anywhere else but here from now on!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with the exception of scrambled eggs-they were awful. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable. I believe there was a duvet cover, but whatever it was, it was too hot. Taking it off would have been too cold. Good location to restaurants and beaches. Updated decor. The property looked brand new

The person who was at the desk when we checked in had no clue what he was doing. we couldn't access our room with the key. Had to go and change our key twice and at the end we gave up and my daughter stayed in to open the door for us to open it for us. I was afraid to bother them.

This hotel is pretty much brand new and although not the cheapest in the area it is very nice. It has a good pool, the rooms are very spacious and it is a short walk into Hyannis where there a number of nice restaurants in which to eat. It is also handy for day trips to the rest of Cape Cod, the islands and at a push, Boston. I would definitely recommend […] it. Mehr

The room was impeccable and the breakfast was good. My folks were really impressed with the room. We had some trouble finding the hotel but that could be our GPS.

Hotel was great--rooms were large, very clean and breakfast was pletiful--lots to choose from!

The bath tub drain is clog that prevent successive showers. The phone also does'nt work. Other than these two problems, our stay should have been pleasant.

I loved the room it was oversized 2 queen beds. Decor was Nautical which is my favorite especially being on the Cape. The free Continental Breakfast was outstanding and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The in-door pool and jacuuzi was a plus. I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely go back there in the future.
