Einach tolle Appartements. Unser Aufenthalt war super.

PRO: Schönes Brownhouse, nette, zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Earl-Court. Wunderschönes Zimmer mit gut ausgestatter Küche, allem Komfort und kleinen Balkon und Sicht auf einen lokalen Garten. CONTRA: Jugendherberge gegenüber und demnach Abends/Nachts eher laut. Excellent service from all staff. Heating a bit up and down and sofa bed very uncomfortable but apart from that good value and very handy to tube, shops and pubs. Would stay again.

(1) The service level by its front desk staff is very bad. They are not helpful. This is a definite drop in the hotel service level when i stayed in a year ago for a week. (2) they placed a very sensitive smoke detector on the celing near the cooker hob ( and there is NO exhaust provided for the hob in this hotel) and imagine that everytime you cook […] the alarm goes off and is scary !!!! Presidential Apartments is a hotel with suite-style rooms close to Earl's Court underground stop in London. The location is really great, you can go there from Heathrow taking the Piccadily line and not having to change once. Other locations are equally close using the underground. We stayed at an Executive Studio with 3 adults. The room is quite big, […] with a small kitchen and all required facilities. It has a large flat TV and in-room wireless Internet. The only problem was the sofa bed, which is a bit small and uncomfortable for an adult but would be good of a child. There is no restaurant (apart from breakfast facilities) but there are plenty of alternatives in the main street within 2 minutes walk and you can also order delivery through reception. In great neighborhood with grocery store on the corner. Many good resteraunts with Nandos being a favorite. The room was huge compared to the standard European hotel. It far exceeded our expectations. Good sized bathroom with heated towel rack, floors and mirror. Everything you would need was provided in room. Besides the kitchenette it had your very […] own washer, toaster, utensils and anything you would need to cook a small meal. The electric kettle was very nice with assorted tea, hot chocolate, and coffee. They even had a small fruit basket and cookies. We found the bed comfortable and there was a really nice amount of storage space for your clothes and a closet. The only negative thing I can say is the fact that the walls are so thin, but staying in other hotels around Europe that seems to be something they all have in common. It was usually quiet except in the morning with maids did their rounds. Our room was situated right next to their station and we constantly heard them coming in and out the door slamming frequently. This could get annoying the day we wanted to sleep in but we were always out and about so wasn't an issue. Besides that can't beat it. The free wifi and 2 min walk to train station was so convienient for sight seeing. My friends were staying at another hotel two streets up an it was so depressing!!! It was the exact same size as the standard room on a cruise ship. They asked me about our room and they were sick to find out I paid only $30 more a night than them for substantially much more room and comfort they would gladly have paid the difference. Mehr

the location of this hotel is perfect its near two tube stations and is surronded by many well known shops. The hotel room was clean and spacious and all the facilities were top of the range. Staff were very helpful and polite. Will definitely stay again!!

Everything is tip top.... The wifi could need an upgrade though

The hotel was cleana nd the neighborhood was great, however, the room was waaay too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed that was supposed to be for the kids was only big enough for one person and it was in terrible condition. Lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The hallways were filled with dirty linens and cleaning […] supplies each and every time we entered or left the unit (I have photographs). We asked the front desk to rectify the situation as it was a fire hazard but nothing was done during the entire 5 days we were there. We tried to change to another hotel and found that we could have stayed at the Intercontinental (across from Buckingham Palace and 5 stars) or The Langham (off Oxford Street and another luxury property) for the same price. The apartments were nice and clean, with friendly staff and overall good standard, and situated close to museums and other sightseeing objects. Overall conclusion: A small sensation of luxury at "economy class" price.

These apartments out did my expectations. They are very nicely renovated and have everything you could need. The only downside is staff that aren't very helpful, but this wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

this hotel is near underground and buses. There're also many supermarkets, shops, fast food & cafe in main street. And the room is simple design but comfortable with all cooking equipments and washing machine. id recommend for long/ short stay.

A great place in the heart of London close to main attractions. It's a 5-minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station and is a very quiet place (especially if you're lucky to get an apt facing the inner yard). I'd say it's the best option in London I've had so far. Helpful service, great location, very cosy rooms with all you need. Only complaint was that fresh towels were not placed in our room one day until we called the desk. They were brought to us promptly after the call.

Clean, convenient, well appointed apartment. The only improvement would have been if the bathroom were a bit larger - it is really tiny.

Just 5mins walk to Earls Court Station, which is not far from the centre of London. Picadilly and District lines takes you conveniently into city centre or Heathrow airport . Lots of convenient shops around eg. Sainsbury supermarket within walking distance. Room is always clean. Beverages sachets topped up daily with the occasional surprise of cookies. […] Bowl of fruits was a real welcome. The bath towels were enormous. Even my 6ft nepehew found it BIG!!! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights there and would recommend to all my friends and family. Mehr

We enjoyed our stay at the Presidential Apartments. Only difficulties were with a key that needed to be re-programmed numerous times and the fact that the cleaning staff was unable to clean our room prior to our return to the apartment in the late afternoon on two days.

TOTAL DISASTER FROM START TO FINISH. STAFF VERY RUDE. WILL NEVER BE BACK

Great apartments in a fantastic location. These apartments have everything you need. The only tiny criticism we might have, is that the bathroom was a little on the small side in the one bedroom apartment we had, especially for a family of four. However this didn't impact our stay and everything else was great. We'd be happy to stay here again.

I booked the single bed room deluxe for my mother, aunt, and myself. The flat was wonderful! The lady who serviced our flat was friendly, warm ,and did an excellent job. Hotel itself was a very pleasant surprise, especially by London standards. Room(we had a standard studio) was completely renovated. Nice bathroom, tiny but very complete kitchen (refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, even a dishwasher, plus a washer/dryer). Maid service every day except Sundays. Comfortable bed, nice pillows. Room could have been […] a little bigger, but otherwise perfect. Service very good. English washer/dryers are not good, but it's not the hotel's fault. Location is good, about a 4 minute walk from Earls Court underground, and a Marks and Spencer Food store. This was a very comfortable and pleasurable stay. The best sleep I'd had in a week of European travels. The bed was wonderful. And all the other things that I look for were there: good quiet place to sleep, comfortable bed, clean, and a location that was convenient to the transportation. There was a grocery two blocks away and the Earl's Court tube […] station was 1.5 blocks away. I might also add that the kitchen was well stocked considering what I've experienced with other studio type units. We easily cooked breakfast, there was a bread knife and even kitchen scissors. The shower had good pressure and no lack of hot water. This was a good value too. Yes, we stayed a bit out of the central tourist area, but by doing so we got a comfortable room for a price that we would otherwise have paid for a shoe box sized room. The Presidential Apartments are everything you'd expect from a reasonably-priced aparthotel in SW1 and would make an excellent base for one or two adults on a holiday. The staff were professional and competent on our short stay and the location obviously is very good, close to M&S and the tube. HOWEVER as other reviewers have indicated this hotel is […] not suitable for families, principally because of the small size and poor quality of the sofa bed in the livingroom/second bedroom. You will find superior sofabeds in any cheap Best Western or Novotel chain. It's small, fiddly to assemble and reassemble, and has a number of hard edges for small heads to knock against. Ours was partially broken with protruding screw heads but to be fair this was fixed promptly when brought to reception's attention. Again, as noted previously, there is also a sofa-armchair but there is an extra charge for linen for this, which I consider bizarre (considering the level of service provision in other regards) and frankly a bit mean-spirited. The bathroom is absolutely tiny and very child-unfriendly. We had a dark basement apartment at the back which, according to other accounts, spared us from the noise of the Youth Hostel across the road... on the other hand it meant every late-night word spoken on the shared patio outside was clearly audible inside our rooms. In summary, not wanting to be too negative, a good hotel overall with conscientious staff but definitely unsuitable for children. Mehr

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. It is especially well situated around the corner from the underground stop (Earl's Court) which you can arrive at via underground with a direct connection from Heathrow. A Mark's and Spencer grocery is a block or two away allowing for inexpensive breakfasts in the room. We stayed in a standard room on the […] first floor. As I understood that most standard rooms were down a steep flight of stairs on the lower level, I requested one of the few on the first floor. The room is compact with a corner established for a kitchen and laundry facility. Everything is neatly hidden, with no appliances in view. The rooms are attractive and the beds are very comfortable. Complimentary teas/cocoa and cookies were replenished during our stay and a fruit basket greeted us upon arrival. We appreciated the ability to have breakfast in our room and to do a load of laundry mid-week. A few areas which could be improved...There is no full length mirror in the room and the in room safe is not large enough for a small net book. It also needs to have some instructions on how to reset the safe code as it has a hidden button by which to do so. We had difficulty getting wireless midway through our visit and had to request assistance in locating the well hidden wireless booster and rebooting it. And a box of tissues in the room would be a good addition. Also we learned that there is no maid service on Sunday which would have been good to be aware of earlier. The front desk was very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, this is a very good choice for time in London and its comfort and convenience greatly added to our London experience. Mehr

Presdial Apartment -Kensington was a welcome change from other place's we stayed in Europe.The staff was great on mater what time we needed them.The Apartment ws very close to city Bus;s and the tube.Our one bedroom apartment was super clean and completly furnished, this includes Two wide screen TVs.Great resterunts are just around the corror. My studio room was in the basement and no bigger than a normal hotel room but with the addition of a kitchen area - so small that opening the oven door meant leaving the kitchen. However it was nonetheless well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Clean and tidy room, although very noisy from above due to wooden floors and […] lack of soundproofing. Rolig hotell leilghet med fin beliggenhet, nær Earls Court t-bane stasjon. Jeg fikk et rom langt nede i bygget med litt dårlig isolasjon ble derfor plaget av dører som smekket igjen og personen over. Gulvet på badet så ut til ikke å ha blitt vasket på en stund, noe jeg også husker i fra forrige gang jeg besøkte hotellet. Ellers er betjeningen passe […] hyggelige, og rommene ellers relativt komfortable. hvis man er heldig med rommet er det absolutt å anbefale. Mehr

Var kjempefornøyd med opphold. God beliggenhet i forhold til butikker og undergrunn. Bodde i kjelleren ,men god klimaanlegg + dør ut i tilegg var dette ikkenoe problem

3泊しました。 一番上の部屋だからか、暖房がききすぎて暑かったです。寒いはずなのに、ずっと窓を開けていました。モダンなインテリアになっていますが、ドアのたて付けや、バスルーム、洗面台など、驚くほど使い勝手が悪く失望しました。 冷蔵庫、オーブン、電子レンジ、洗濯機など便利な器機が揃っていますが、使用説明書がないので戸惑います。 従業員の方々は親切な人ばかりだったので残念ですが 全体的に宿泊者に優しくない宿だと思いました。 駅から近い立地以外お勧めできません。ちなみに、最寄り駅のアールズコートはバリアフリーではなく、ピカデリーラインで空港に行くには階段を使わなくてはなりません。

Vi är i helhet mycket nöjda med PA. Vi visste att badrummet skulle vara litet och det var det. Bäddsoffan som våra barn, 11+12 år sov i var liten och väldigt hård. Annars var allt enligt förväntan eller bättre. Lugnt läge men bara 10 min m T bana till innersta centrum gör att läget för oss var oslagbart.

Super appartment with all facilities and you almost feel at home. Location just around the corner to Earls Court station and plenty of Pubs and nice restaurants makes the stay most enjoyable and confortable.
