Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 31. Dez. 2012... für das tolle Hotel, das voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprach. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön, aber in Dallas ist eh alles nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, also fährt man weg. Vom Highway haben wir im Zimmer nichts gehört. Im Hotel gab es sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, die Betten super, dazu mehrere Kopfkissen und auch ausreichend Decken. Alles praktisch eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wenn man weiss, wo man ist, kann man sich auch mit dem Frühstück arrangieren - es ist eben amerikanisch. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst, Vollkornprodukte, heißen Kaffee und alles war sauber. Wir können das Hotel in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Fast schon europäischer Standard, nicht so dunkel und muffig wie üblich. Die Angestellten sind nett. In den Zimmern eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Microwelle und Kühlschrank. "Super Hotel in Dallas"
Wir sind jedes Jahr in den USA und suchen unsere Hotels immer sehr sorgfältig aus. Deshalb erleben wir selten böse Überraschungen. Dieses Hotel hat uns überrascht, aber POSITIV! Das Hotel liegt ruhig,aber sehr zentral und sehr nah am Flughafen DFW. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden, Auto natürlich vorausgesetzt. Die Zimmer sind modern, […] hell und freundlich, mit Küche. Die Regendusche verleitet zum stundenlangen Duschen. Morgens gibt es ein reichliches Frühstück, Nachmittags in der Woche einen Abendsnack. Alles inklusive. Das Personal allerdings ist das Beste an dem Hotel. Superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Typisch texanisch!! Das wird definitiv unser "Heimat"hotel in Dallas. Element Dallas Fort Worth Airport North was great..........once we found it! Not being from this area may not have helped but both our GPS and cell phone maps were unable to properly direct us. This is a fun hotel. Very modern. Excellent service with a super smooth check in and check out. Also has shuttles not just for the airport, but to drop you off at local restaurants. NIce style, friendly staff, great location but found sunflower seeds on countertop behind water dispenser and the Mitsubishi Mulit-unit HVAC for the our room was difficult to set and the when the unit in the room below was on it vibrated the floor to our room I know as a master licensed HVAC person that this particular thermostat is difficult for consumers […] as the icons are small and it was located to low on the wall in a corner outside the bathroom. When you take a hot shower it satisfied the heat setting making the room to cool or brought the A/C on and over cooled the room. The vibration in the floor has to be lack of or incorrect installation of the HVAC unit below it was like one of those cheesy vibrating beds and always about the time I was ready to sleep. It was a very clean, modern hotel which my family liked a lot. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast/dinner were very disappointing though. This was a great hotel in a great area of Dallas. Everything was new in the area. The hotel was very clean, smoke free and also environmentally conscious which is important to me. Internet access was very good and no extra charge. Only thing is that they don't seem to have a floor designated for people without pets. If you don't want to stay in a room […] that allows pets, then the hotel should have rooms for people like me. Really the hotel should have a floor designated as no pets allowed. Otherwise this was a great hotel, probably because it was relatively new and clean. As the years go by, they may not be able to keep the rooms as clean when they allow pets. We had a great stay at the Element. The breakfast was tasty every morning (expect sausage and gravy to be one of the things served every day). We also attended the nightly happy hour one night. "Super hotel close to DFW."
Used this hotel on a stopover from DFW. Very close to airport, and complimentary shuttle service made this an easy hotel to stay in for one night stop. Only problem I had was blackout blind in my room was broken but otherwise everything was perfect.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Really enjoyed the atmosphere."
The GOOD: The room was great! The shuttle was available as needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was quite delicious. The ambiance of the facility was very inviting, especially for the very affordable price. The BAD: The pool area is not as lavish as advertised. Although I was booked for a single KING, I was given a double […] QUEEN room. I was only staying for 3 days and I requested that I be moved to the room that I reserved. The staff assured me that I would be moved to the requested/reserved room on the very next day, but that didn't happen. "Very Impressive Hotel"
The look at this hotel was unlike any other I have ever stayed at (in a good way). The service was great and the room was great. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are nice and large. Super clean. Front desk personnel very friendly an helpful. The kitchen and small food shop is extremely nice. My family of 4 stayed here over Labor Day weekend. This hotel is a gem. The area that the hotel is in is quiet but centralized for shopping and entertainment(ie six flags) The hotel itself is very quiet and relaxing. We were there when it was fully booked and never had any noise issues whatsoever. The staff is excellent, always polite and accomodating(especially […] Telia (sp?) at the front desk). Free wifi, free breakfast. The rooms have carpet only under the bed area, which is awesome. Decor is very modern and clean. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots, etc. The bathroom(which is usually always a pet peeve of mine) was awesome. Nice walkin shower with a rain shower head plus a hand held. Beautiful vanity with drawers and shelves. Absolutely not one single complaint about this hotel. "Great for family stay."
Great stay for our family weekend trip. The room was clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. The in room recycling was a great touch for those of us who recycle at home. The hot and cold breakfast was a great way to start the morning letting us skip eating out in the morning and the full kitchen in the rooms let us have a family dinner on […] the road. Everybody loved the modern shower. The staff members were very helpful even getting us directions to some local activities we were looking for.
