This hotel was imaculate. The staff was very helpful, even at 4:30 am when I had a severe headache. We never walked past the front desk that we weren't asked if we needed anything or if everything in our room was satisfactory. We will stay there again and for sure will refer others to visit.

Queen Suite was Great! Very large a roomy

great location, near shopping and fun places.

Nice place, great location, friendly staff

I would not recommend this hotel because of the rudeness of the staff. The only nice staff person was the waiter at breakfast. My main problem was that the front desk clerks kept asking to scan my credit card on three separate occasions. Over three days they claimed that they had no credit card on file for any incidental charges. However, the clerk […] scanned it when we checked in, the next morning another clerk called us down stairs to scan it again and after we checked out the next morning another clerk came out to our car as we were loading up saying that she needed to scan it again. I spoke to the manager and received no satisfaction and no apology - only rudeness from her and the clerk on duty. Makes one worry about identity theft. The food on the breakfast buffet is not good. One clerk would not give us directions to a couple of specific restaurants we asked about instead telling us about other restaurants he thought we might like better. He never did give us what we asked for. The swimming pool is very small. The bathroom in our room was very small as well. The hotel was clean and new and close to NASA. Mehr

Excellent hotel.... the staff was extremely friendly. The beds were so comfortable I wasn't anxious to "get home to my own bed".

The room was clean and easy to find. Within minutes to NASA and Kemah.

Our one-night stay in this hotel was clean, convenient and comfortable. We had a king suite for a great low price, and the extra space was nice to have. The only suggestions I have are: 1) the hotel should provide soap and towels, or at least paper napkins in the kitchenette area, so one can at least use the sink; and 2) the door separating the bedroom […] from the living area only opens half way, and in order to access the restroom on the other side, you have to close the door. In other words, the door should open all the way so that it touches the wall behind it to make the restroom access convenient. Otherwise, our short stay was everything we had hoped and expected it to be. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I'm in the area. Mehr

The hotel is less than a year old and beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were soft and the toiletries smelled great. Excellent room for the price.

Excellent hotel for the area at a really good price. They even had pillow-top mattresses and special pillows. Exceptionally clean and walking distance to an assortment of restaurants.

Staying there was fantastic. It was much nicer than expected, especially for the amount we paid. It was inexpensive, comfortable, and quite roomy. I didn't have any real complaints, but there are a few things that one might want to be aware of if staying there. First was that it was sort of hard to find the entrance to the hotel from the road. It was […] sandwiched in between several shops, and we had to turn into several parking lots before we found the one we were looking for. Second is that there were only two trash cans, one by the desk, and one by the bathroom. It seems like there should've been one by the kitchenette and in the bedroom, as well. (So like I said, no complaints, per se!) The staff were very friendly, which was a blessing when we walked in, tired from a long road trip. They were willing to work with us when we got there earlier than expected and allowed us to check into our room a little sooner than the official check-in time. A major perk is that the hotel has many places nearby to eat and shop within walking distance, and with nice sidewalks, which is nice in an urban area. There are several restaurants within a variety of prices, from Olive Garden to Chipotle to Jason's Deli to Buffalo Wild Wings, and many others. There's a huge shopping mall about a mile away, too. Moreover, it's in a pretty nice, upscale neighborhood, so we weren't at all nervous about walking down a few blocks to get to a restaurant, even late at night! All in all, this was a great place to stay, and I'd recommend it, definitely. Mehr

Great location, close to small healthy restaurants, easy to access. Hotel room had a lot of space, lots of extras (small fridge, microwave, 2 tvs, etc) Pool was SMALL!! and loud and hotel lobby was nicely decorated, but looked dingy. The others guests were LOUD and messy and nothing was done about this. costumer service was disappointing

Nicely appointed & very clean. I would recommend you keep a sharp eye out for the driveway/sign, though, as the hotel sits back about 500 yards from the street.

Our family traveled to Houston for a home school field trip to NASA. This Holiday Inn was close, clean and comfortable. There were many positive points to this Holiday Inn, but speed was not one of them at breakfast. There was one family and a single traveler in the dining area when we arrived and yet our breakfast took over 45 minutes to arrive. We […] were not in a rush to another destination, but if you have early morning destinations that are time critical you should consider having breakfast elsewhere. There are many choices in the area for dining. Other shopping was close when we needed to run out for a few items. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Mehr

I looked for hotels close to Kemah, TX and found this great hotel. I was having my fingers crossed until I got there but was surprised with everything that I got form this hotel. Great management, staff, location. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.
