Als Vorübernachtung für eine Kreuzfahrt völlig o.K. zumal das Hotel den kostenlosen Busshuttle stellt. Falls man zu Fuß Richtung Las Olaz Blv. geht, sollte man schon darauf achten, wer in der Umgebung rumläuft ( im Dunkeln besser mit dem Taxi fahren), da einige Obdachlose rumhängen.Aber das ist ja in Deutschland auch nicht anders. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse o. K.

In dieser Preiskategorie sicher eines der besten Hotels. Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig negativ ist die Poolanlage. Mobiliar verbraucht und lädt nicht zum planschen ein. Pool ist auch sehr klein. Habe keine Gäste gesehen die sich dort aufgehalten haben. Aber ansonst sehr zu empfehlen da in kurzer entfernung(3min. Fußweg) Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte vorhanden. Von 6 Hotels in dieser Preisklasse die wir in Florida besuchtt haben, eindeutig das beste Hotel.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Allerdings war die Klimaanlage sehr kalt eingestellt.Man hat sofort gefroren wenn man das Zimmer verlassen hat. Ansonsten schöne grosse Zimmer mit Wohn - und Schlafbereich. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand und auch der Oceandrive ist nur 3 Automin. entfernt. In der direkten Umgebung wird gerade ein Hotel komplett saniert. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

"Mittendrin aber trotzdem ruhig"
Klasse Hotel in South Beach direkt am Ende des Ocean Drive. Kleines Hotel modern eingerichtet mit sehr zuvorkommendem Service. Wir haben die ruhige Lage (nachts) sehr geschätzt waren aber trotzdem fußläufig in 3 Minuten am Puls des Ocean Drive.
Relativ neues Hotel in ruhiger Lage in Miami Beach, schönes großes Design-Bad sogar mit Fenster gut früstücken kann man in Bistros in unmittelbarer Nähe, Kaffeekocher auf dem Zimmer was eigentlich Standard in Nordamerika ist fehlte leider
"Super Hotel in South Beach"
Das ist wohl das einzige, schöne Hotel in South Beach, wo man nachts auch schlafen kann und es einigermaßen ruhig ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und toll eingerichtet, auch mit Balkon. Sehr zu empfehlen
Perfekte Lage, ruhig und trotzdem zentral; relativ neues Hotel und deshalb in einem wirklich guten Zustand; valet parking kostet 29 $ /p day und klappt sehr gut; insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und max. 1 Min. Fußweg zum wunderschönen Strand. In der zusätzlichen Hotelgebühr sind auch die Benutzung von Beachchairs und Badetüchern enthalten (am Empfang danach fragen). Der Parkservice hat auch toll geklappt, ist allerdings recht teuer - ist aber wohl überall in Miami Beach schwierig günstiger zu parken. Der Concierge […] Alex hat uns auch gleich Supertips für Unternehmungen und Restaurantbesuche gegeben. Das Hotel wird sicher wieder von uns gebucht, wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Miami Beach kommen. "Top Lage"
Dieses Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine bessere Lage in South Beach kann ich mir nicht vorstellen: Man muss nur über die Straße gehen und schon ist man am Strand. Und abends ist man zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten direkt mitten im Geschehen in der einzigartigen Atmosphäre des Ocian Drive. Das Hotel hat eine sehr moderne und neue Innenausstattung. […] Die Lobby wirkt allerdings noch etwas steril. Etwas Deko und vor allem Flyer über die Stadt könnten nicht schaden. Auch hätte ich mir vom Empfang mehr Wissen oder Infomaterial über die Sehenswürdigkeiten gewünscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top. Mehr

Das Hotel liegt sehr gt am Ocean Drive unweit vom Strand und doch etwas abseits vom lärmigen Ocean Drive Centrum. Moderne "Stylische" Zimmer, Dachpool und tatsächlich "partiell Meerblick" (vom Balkon) 15 US $ Nebenkosten wurden erhoben als "Ressort fee" (auf Nachfrage für Pool-Handtücher, wireless lan, etc) - leider sind diese Kosten vorab nirgendwo […] erwähnt. Das Sense South Beach Hotel liegt perfekt am Anfang des Ocean Drive. Zum wunderschönen South Beach muss man nur eine Strasse überqueren. Es ist nicht mitten im Herzen vom Ocean Drive, in ca. 5min Fussweg aber erreichbar, dafür ist es nicht laut. Einzige Nachteile, es wurde nicht auf den Dachpool hingewiesen und die Lobby ist etwas kühl ausgestattet. […] Die Zimmer sind aber sehr sauber und gross, wunderbare Dusche und kleiner Balkon. "Tolles Hotel in super Lage in South Beach"
Das Sense South Beach Hotel liegt direkt am Ocean Drive. Damit befindet man sich mitten im Zentrum von South Beach und trotzdem ist die Lage ruhig. Das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet, am dritten Stock hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Alles funktionierte […] einwandfrei und das wichtigste ist: alles war sauber, Zimmerservice hat gepasst. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen offen. Wir haben viele Tipps erhalten und an dieser Stelle müssen wir Alex unbedingt erwähnen. Er hat für unseren Heimflug das Einchecken übers Internet erledigt und uns wirklich gute Plätze reserviert. Thank you!!!!!! Auf der vierten Etage gibt es einen kleinen Pool, in dem man sich super erfrischen kann. Nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt gibt es einen öffentlichen Strand. Im Hotel bekommt man Strandsessel und Badetücher - super!!! Im Hotel gibt es kein Restaurant, das ist aber nicht schlimm, weil rundherum gibts viele Lokale - immerhin befindet man sich am Ocean Drive. Für Frühstück empfiehlt es sich aber, auf die Washington Avenue (Diner 11th street) oder die Collins Avenue (Jerry's famous deli) auszuweichen, am Ocean Drive ist es teuer und nicht so gut. Mehr

"Gute Lage im Deco District"
Waren für 3 Nächte im Sense South Beach. Einkaufsstrasse, Restaurants und Strand innerhalb 2-3 Gehminuten erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Das Receptionspersonal (ausser dem Herrn bei der Abend-/Nachtschicht - war super) meistens unmotiviert und nicht gerade freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt im südlichsten Teil von Miami South Beach. Man ist aber in 5 Minuten zu Fuss bereits mitten im Geschehen (Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsstrasse, Park etc.). in etwa 200 Metern erreicht man auch schon den Strand. Personal war (ausser einem Herrn, der Nachtdienst hatte) eher unfreundlich. Sonst ist das Hotel für 3-4 Nächte OK.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice and big, a big rest room and a little balcony. There is a bit more action around street 8-15, but it's a short walking distance, plus that it's nice not to live where the party is. Superb sandwiches 100 m uptown!!! (Can't remember name, situated at the other corner at same block, Ocean Dr. Also Walgreens and […] other stores very close. No problem taking big towels from hotel to beach. Maybe you can get a cheaper hotel with the same comfy, but this was good. No problem parking just outside the hotel (April midweek), maybe worse att weekends though. Costs 15-20 dollars a night parking. Mehr

"Great location, comfortable, but a little run down"
This was our first trip to Miami. I was pleasantly surprised by the location - just a block from the water and all the craziness of Ocean Dr. north of Fifth so you could easily walk to everything but not be kept up all night. I liked the design of the hotel - very spare and modern. Unfortunately, our room had seen better days. The shower door was broken […] so you could not close it all the way, the toilet bowl was stained and scratched, some of the tile around the shower surround was chipped. There were a few ants in the bathroom and bedroom - maybe that's common in this area. The woman at the front desk was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. I wish I knew her name. She worked Easter and never acted like she wished she was home, though I'm sure she felt that way. Mehr

I've stayed at the Sense for two consecutive stays. The hotel is located right south of the very noisy part of Ocean Drive, enabling a good nights sleep without compromising with the location. "Perfect location with a funky feel"
My wife and I loved our stay at Sense South Beach. Its in a great location close to all the action, but far enough away if you are looking for a little peace and quiet. The room and balcony was amazing! Great relaxed atmosphere, and attentive staff. Will be staying there again!

Sense is a lovely little hotel in a great location - close enough to the action but tucked in away in a quieter area of SoBe. Loved the tempurpedic mattresses and rooms were clean and comfortable. Pick up a hotel chair and towel, walk across the street, and you are on a lesser crowded stretch of beach. Although there is no in-hotel cafe, there are plenty […] nearby and it was a short walk to nearby Starbucks for morning coffee. Recently stayed at Sense and was very disappointed. I paid a rate that would customarily be charged at a 5-star hotel and got very little in return. No mini bar (there were snacks); no robe; a chair (the one chair in the tiny room) which had ink all over the seat; bad lighting choices ... the carpeting in the hallways is dirty and frayed; the pool area […] is depressing. The one positive aspect I would like to note is the staff - uniformly friendly and helpful. Mehr

Only problem we had was a rattling water pipe. I asked at the front desk and was told that it only rattles when the person in the next room uses the shower. He offered us ear plugs. It was a bit of an annoyance, but not a big deal.

The hotel is in a great location--a block from the beach and just around the corner from great shopping on Collins Ave. A Walgreens (with a good liquor store attached) is just across the street. The hotel itself is well-kept and tastefully decorated and designed in modern minimalism. The mattresses are a sound sleep-inducing memory foam and the bedding […] is soft and of a high quality. "Sense South Beach Hotel - Awesome place"
Awesome hotel and great staff, Alex who checked us in was fantastic, chatty without being over-bearing. Recommended a great Peruvian restaurant that was a great start to our vacation. Only stayed one night as a stop over but fab location and great for popping to South Beach to watch the sunrise. Would go back without a doubt.

The hotel price is what made us pick Sense, but you typically get what you pay for. It seems like the hotel wasn't completely finished or needed some repair, we couldn't tell. The hotel staff was nice. The rooms are kind of small but are decorated nicely. The beds were extremely comfortable. Not in the heart of South Beach, but only a couple blocks […] from the action! The rooftop pools was very pretty and relaxing. Don't self park...spend the extra couple dollars and valet. It's quite a hike to get your car from the garage. Mehr

"Sense Hotel- perfect location for weekend getaway"
We went to Sobe to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. This hotel was perfect for our needs. It was quiet, clean, and very classy, yet close enough to all the action to walk or take a short cab ride to any of the clubs, bars, or restaurants. It is also right across the street from the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the rooftop pool was nice […] although we didn't have time to use it. Everything looks like it's been recently updated. I read a lot of reviews online before I booked and Sense hotel definitely lived up to its good reviews. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

Clean, efficient, no frills - but modern, comfortable, and upscale. Works well for the one night we needed it!

The hotel was conveniently located a block away from all the south beach action. We loved our room especially the two balconies connected to the bathroom one that was, Roof top pool was a real nice addition to the stay. I would suggest this hotel to others. Staff was very friendly and informative!

I was on a girls trip to Orlando and decided to take a quick trip to South Beach for one night. The hotel was so nice and pleasant we decided to stay an additional night. Staff were warn and inviting, provided numerous helpful tips for navigating the area and enjoying food, and the rooftop pool created the perfect intimate offbeach location for a couple or small group of friends! Can't wait for the in-house restaurant area to be set up.

Very good hotel, biggest disappointment being no fridge in room. Managers said it was damaged a week ago, but no replacement yet. Bar fridges can be bought for under $100 and should be replaced immediately. Great location, helpful staff. Secured parking VERY expensive.

Found this hotel to be in the perfect location, right on Ocean Drive (the quiet end, if there is such a thing!). The price was excellent compared to other hotels just a few yards away. Room was clean and beds are so comfortable. I thought the rooms were of a good size for South Beach. Staff excellent. Very helpful and their suggestions for restaurants […] and recommendations were much appreciated. Hotel provided chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach (which is just across the road). "Would definitely stay there again"
We stayed one night before driving to Key West. We were struck right away by the helpful and friendly staff - from helping us find a street parking space to recommending places to eat, the service was great. Our room was a good size and clean with a comfortable bed. Our room and the hotel lobby area had obviously been redone recently and looked nice, […] though the hallways were a little sketchy looking. The location was good, just south of the main strip and a short walk to the beach. The surrounding neighborhood seemed okay, though there was a lot of road work going on so it looked sort of rough. The pool area was clean and there was a nice sitting area on the roof. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it again if we came back to the area. Mehr
