Service Plus Inns And Suites - Calgary

The hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. Customer service from Angela was exceptional and she was more than accomodating for some of our requests. Will stay again.

Great Service and Value for a clean, friendly, and well maintained hotel. Great morning hot breakfast and free beer & wings on Wednesday. Would recommend to anyone working in the south east.

Stayed at this hotel twice and both times it was great.

Hotel was excellent. Full size slide in pool great. Complimentary breakfast had lots of variety. Only problem was way down south, but has quick access to main artery and you can be in the north in 15 minutes. Hotel was worth the drive we'll make it our hotel of choice when visiting city.

Had a great time. The hotel was close to our activities at Spruce Meadows, and perfect for the kids. Would definately stay there again.

It is a great place to come,staff are friendly and accommodating. We stay here every time we go to Calgary.

The hotel was very clean and new. Hot Breakfast was good. We stayed in the family suite which was perfect for us since we were traveliing with two young children. The location of the hotel is in an industrial area, not much around it except the casino and a Denny's. Otherwise you need to drive in the car back on the highway to get to restaurants. Had a great great stay at the hotel. Desk was very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. A very clean hotel, fast internet, clean pool and close to WEM.A 100% recommendation, especially if you have kids.

Booked this motel on line and found it to be a fantastic deal - we had 2 family suites (highly recommend) the kids bedrooms had their own T.V and a/c Very clean - staff went above and beyond to accomodate every need Excellent place - will book again

This hotel looks great inside and out. The staff at the counter were great. When I reserved a one bedroom suite I expected the bedroom to be completely separate from the living area and it was not. It seemed to me that after building the hotel they ran out of money. The mattress was very cheap and hard, the one bedroom suite was an afterthought, and […] the tvs were the cheapest flat screens they could find. If you are going to offer breakfast and your hotel is full and extremely busy, make sure you have enough food til 10am. And someone should actually check to make sure the waffles and French toast are actually done. The staff at the breakfast counter didn't seem to care if there was enough food til 10am. I paid less money for a bigger room at Country Inns and Suites and had a much better stay. You should stay there sometime to see what they are like. Mehr

Excellent Breakfast, Pool a little small.

Excellent bargain and location on the southside of Calgary. Close to Fish Creek Park and Deerfoot Trail with quick access to downtown and the Glenmore Shopping area. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent service and friendly staff.

We booked here because it was on the south end of Calgary and convenient off the freeway - it was the midpoint of a long drive for us. We booked a family room that has a separate room with bunk beds for the kids and a queen bed in our room, and it was perfect. The kids LOVED the waterslide and pool, too. The nearby restaurant at the casino was not good, however. I would eat elsewhere next time. Mohave Grill was overpriced, undercooked, sub-quality food, and the service was positively terrible. We actually left without eating our main course (and still spend $80 on barely passable appetizers and mediocre drinks). Stay at the hotel, definitely. The hot continental breakfast was a great start to a long day of driving. Just don't eat at the Mojave Grill next door. Mehr

Service was perfect. Hotel is very very clean. Perfect location for race city participants from out of town. I have and will highly recommend for future events. Rates are cheaper than Glenmore Inn's claimed race city discount. Hotel is 100 times nicer than Glenmore inn. Will definitely be returning again.

Better than most three stars. In very good condition, clean, and quiet. We really appreciated the couch in the room. We did not use the pools so cannot comment on them. Beds were a little firm for my old back.

Recently my wife and I stayed at this Inn over night. Our room was ready.The pool was excellent,clean, had a shower for convience the Hot Tub was hot! Not luke warm as some are. For meal we went to the Mogave for meal which was a bit expensive but all in all worth the meal in itself. The Shuttle service to the Casino was a nice, and better then yourself […] driving! The Hot Breakfast the next morning was just GREAT! Hot meal (bacon,eggs, sausage patties) with cereal, fruit drinks and coffee ( which was not water down) Couldn't ask for any thing better! Didn't have to drive around looking for a meal !!! Would I recommended this Inn, a big Yes, would I stay here again I would say a BIG YES! I wish other Inns provided this type of excellent service! Especially a the Hot meals! The room was very clean, there was no noise and the Only, and I say only draw back was the heat was a bit high in the room. A 9+ out of 10 rating !!! Mehr

We booked this room for a quick weekend away because it had a jacuzzi. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine. I especially appreciated that there was a bowl of fresh fruit always available at the front desk -- a nice option to the junk food in the vending machines.

We stayed in the Family suite with our two kids. We loved the spaciousness of the room, the fridge/micro, and the separate bedroom c/w bunk beds and TV. The waterslide and pool was good (could have a bigger pool with more capacity and bigger hot tub). The final touch was the awesome FREE HOT breakfast buffet which helped us save on our mini holiday! Hotels.ca found this jacuzzi room for us the day before check in. The rep saved me alot of time by searching for us. The room was big and clean, stocked with necessities, included free movie channesl and was reasonably priced; not to mention the free hot breakfast!

The hotel has a new building feeling and the staff was very courteous. I would definitely recommend it. Especially if you are traveling to Calgary. It's just 25 minutes from downtown and the rates are much better than if you were staying near downtown.

The Hotel was clean and Heat/ Cooling was fresh the only Issue I had was I had to find food at other exits before arriving. I did not check into the Casino so there may have been food there. Overall a Great stay with no problems with the Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is brand new so it was very clean. All staff were very friendly and accommodating (front desk, restaurant and housekeeping). Good Service, nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only complaint is that the pool is very small. It is impossible to enjoy the pool when the water slide is being used. The pool was too cold also. We picked this hotel to stay at as we wanted a pool for our children to be able to swim in. Nice hotel otherwise.
