Wir waren im EG des zweistöckigen Motels untergebracht. Leider führt die (typisch amerikanische) Billig-Bauweise des Gebäudes dazu dass wir jeden Schritt unseres Zimmernachbarn im 1. OG hören könnten - in unserem Fall ein Ärgernis, weil das Zimmer von Senioren belegt war , die die ganze Nacht irgendwie nicht schlafen konnten... Fazit: lieber die netten Cottages der Anlage buchen!

Hier fühlten wir uns sehr wohl, super große Suite mit Balkon und toller Aussicht (9. Stock). Prima Lage zum Strand auf der anderen Seite der Straße. Gutes Restaurant, schöner Pool. Sehr empfehlenswert!

"Freundlich, sauber, gut gelegen."
Direkt am Wasser gelegenes, gut organisiertes Großhotel. Sauber und einladend. Vom Poolbereich haben wir sogar Delphine im Wasser jenseits des Hotelgeländes gesehen. Also: für einen wirklich günstigen Preis echtes Urlaubsgefühl. Das kleine, angeschlossene Restaurant war prima und überraschend günstig. Der zweite, große "work-out"-Pool liegt allerdings […] zwei Minuten zu Fuß in einer anderen Anlage. Dies ist nicht in der Beschreibung ausgewiesen. Aber das macht nicht wirklich etwas aus. "Schön, aber Abseits"
Ein großer Gebäudekomplex, mit ansprechender Lobby, Bar, Fitnessräumen, Restaurant etc... Die zimmer sind auch sehr geschmackvoll (amerikanisch) eingerichtet. Alles war ziemlich neu, und entsprechend sauber und gepglegt. Lediglich der Zugang zu den Zimmern über den offenen Flur erinnerte eher an einen Zugang zum Parkhaus. Was mir auffiel - das Hotel […] war fast leer. Ich schätze mal max. 15% Belegung. Das erzeugte eine merkwürdige Atmosphäre im Restaurant und an der Bar. Mein Tip. Die paar Dollar investieren um den Blick auf's Meer zu erhalten. Der Blick auf den Fluß ist eher langweilig und ernüchternd. Mehr

Ein geniales Hotel.Das Personal war überaus freundlich.Die Wohnung hatte eine kompl. eingerichtete Küche, nein wir hatten sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Wohnung.Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad.Ein Badezimmer hatte eine separate Toilette, sep. Dusche und zwei Waschbecken.Klimaanlage geräscharm, Ventilatoren war vorhanden, […] sogar auf dem Balkon.Eigentlich wollten wir kaum die Wohnung verlassen.Valet Parking kostet 15Dollar, ansonsten ist parken kostenlos.In der Umgebung ist leider nicht viel los.Man ist aber in kürzester Zeit in Fort Meyers.Jeder Zeit würden wir wieder dort Urlaub machen. Das Marina Beach ist ein wunderschönes, edles Hotel. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort. Es ist umgeben von einem Yachthafen und war sehr ruhig. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen (etwa 10 Min. Very relaxing. Had every amenity we wanted and staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.The water at the hotel needs a treatment adjustment as it was almost impossible to rinse off soap or shampoo. But that is the only thing not above expectations.

What a hidden treasure under the sun, over the water and in a lesser known part of Florida. This hotel was actually a very beautiful high-rise condo experience. The staff was super attentive and the property very clean and inviting. We liked this hotel because it is close to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. The restaurant was very good and not to expensive. The water taxi and the free bikes were also a very nice feature.

Great accomodations. lack variety as far as cable tv channel offering. The beach shuttle was full on the days we stayed, but I later learned that most of the time the majority on the list don't show up and they don't notify those on the waiting list. Resort need to arrange for more evening boat tours with local providers as there were very few available […] and were only offered on fridays. We would highly recommend this resort to all! The staff is awesome,the grounds are beautiful,and the rooms are so nice! I did read a review on here that said the pool area was a little small for the size of the resort and I would agree but if you are willing to go down in the morning and put towels down on chairs you are good to go. "A great value!"
We were nicely surprised by the level of luxury and the extraordinary size of our 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. The apartment was immaculate, with the exception of some stains on the bedroom carpet. The Sanibel view was fantastic, restaurant very nice. Rather quiet and an older clientele, a little off the beaten track and a 40 min drive or an hour water taxi […] to beaches--the only caveats I'd raise. We'd definitely return! Mehr
nice place for cape coral but only one chair in room so not good if you want to have room service... they need more then one side chair in room... had to set on our beds all the time to watch tv... a bit small for the price....

Extremely comfortable, beautiful property. Very friendly staff, excellent accomodations for families. Property is definitely not on the beach - about 35 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel Island - but if you don't mind a little drive, you can't beat this resort. Lovely heated pool, restaurant on site, helpful staff, stunning accomodatations. Stayed with husband & 2 small kids - it was PERFECT for our first family vacation! The rooms were beautiful, pool fabulous, and everyone was so helpful. Especially loved the water taxi over to Ft. Myers beach - our kids loved it! We'll definitely come back!

"Great new facility but....."
Loved the overall facility. A couple of words of caution.... food is average at the hotel restaurant. Our room smelled from cigrtte smoke.... A venting issue from lower rooms we were told. Advrtsd as a non-smoking facility...the latter was disappnthg. Great apt like amenities all new and fabulous...

"Serenity + Privacy"
It was an awesome hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. Was able to enjoy our anniversary together in seclusion from the busyness of Miami. The 1 bedroom condo suite was spacious, chic, clean, & it felt like home. We also took advantage of the complimentary bikes on site & had a memorable time riding them. We also slept w/ the balcony doors open […] in order to catch the sunrise...by the way the view was spectacular. The staff at the resort had knowledge it was our anniversary & surprised us w/ a bottle of wine & a handwritten card...that was a beautiful sentiment. Only downfall the hotel only had 4 tv channels. The resort allowed us to rent a movie per day at no cost though. That kind of compensated. Also, the resort & surrounding property is huge but the pool/jacuzzi is too small compared to the resort. But other than that it was an awesome reesort. Mehr

I love this resort. If there was a beach on premises, it would be heaven. Otherwise, it's filled with exceptional views, beautiful accomodations, pleasant staff, and wonderful food. Be sure to visit their spa...top notch. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, large room with large bathroom, happily. View from balcony was wonderful. Food was great, as was the outdoor walking area with the marina and eating areas. Would stay there again, for sure.

At first you might think this place is pricey. That feeling dissipates quickly once you check into your very spacious room and enjoy the great atmosphere and amenities. The views are amazing as well.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN THIS HOTEL. EXCELLENT SERVICE, THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AN SPACIOUS. I THINK THE ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT I COUD WRITR IS THAT THE POOL IS TOO LITTLE AND BECAUSE OF IT, IT WAS TOO CROWDED. BUT IT DID NOT MATTER THAT MUCH TO US BECAUSE WE DID NOT GET INTO THE POOL. "Beautiful hotel, spacious new rooms"
We were in ft. Myers visiting grandma and chose the Resorts to make our base. The hotel was new, modern, clean, safe and fun. The rooms are very large and provide lots of amenities. The pool is beautiful. The pool bar is busy and has great food and drink specials. We recommend it!

Although Sanibel beach is about 15 to 20min away, this hotel is great my 7 and 6 year old loved it. They loved the pool and the restaurant is awsome. Everything is fresh in the morning and they even cook your omlet right in front of you. Publix is 2 min away but they do have a deli with all the necessary items. Just make sure when you pay for this hotel […] you don't pay the pet fee if you don't have a pet. I heard people at the hotel when they were checking out that they had to pay the $100 pet fee. Their internet is super slow (it's Ethenet and it's free). The pool towels are free, the boat service to Sanibel are only certain days of the week (not on Sunday) . We were on the 15th floor and it was great! You can't here nothing from the neighbors. I will definetly go again. Mehr

Great hotel, we booked the double suite and the accomodation was excellent. Very relaxing and quiet location with approx 40 min drive to the surrounding beaches. The restaurant was good and great happy hours at the bar. If you want a quiet relaxing hotel, I would recommend it.
