Super schöner Kurzurlaub... wir bekamen aufgrund einer privaten Veranstaltung (wir konnten die Sonnenterasse für 4 Std. nicht nutzen) ein Upgrade, d.h. statt Doppelzimmer die Suite mit Blick auf den See und Balkon. Einfach nur herrlich!

die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (besonders an der Rezeption) ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen, zudem konnten wir bereits früher einchecken als eigentlich angegeben, tolles Frühstück, ich hätte mir nur noch gewünscht draußen frühstücken zu können, zwar nicht mittendrin, aber immernoch toll gelegen, so dass wir fast alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten

Hat alles gepasst, super Lage, 2 min zum See, 2 min zur Tram, reichhaltiges Frühstück, guter Service, freies W-LAN, gute Anbindung zum Bahnhof und zum Flughafen. Zimmer nicht besonders groß mit wenig Platz für Gepäck, aber ausreichend. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen - auch wenn es für 3 Sterne nicht ganz billig ist. Aber so ist das nun mal in der Schweiz. :)

"Nice for the price, Very Clean"
This was a great price for a clean nice room, with a sink in the room. Bathroom and shower were shared, but only 3 rooms per floor and this was never an issue. Very nice hotel staff. Chocolates at the check in desk were a nice welcome! there is an elevator in the first floor restaurant that goes up to all floors. otherwise carry your bags up 1 flight […] to get to elevator to all floors. Old building, but worked out great, I would stay here again, great location. The airport told me to take a train to the central station, but there's another station only 1.5 blocks from this hotel, if I had known I could've taken a different airport train to right to the hotel. Was easy either way, the trams run fast too. Breakfast was nice, breads were delicious, and cheeses too. Mehr

It was the best surprise of my European trip. Best location in Zurich for the best price, really. Very clean room, good breakfast, safe, no issues with shared bathroom. Our room was uniquely decorated African style, very pleasant. The only thing is no front desk worker between 8 pm till the morning. "Okay, but noise is a problem"
Location is great and rooms are satisfactory, though basic. Price is also okay by Zurich standards. However, even for a heavy sleeper like myself, there was considerable noise issues. In the morning at weekdays there was street deliveries from 6.30am. At night there was constant noise from the bar outdoor area till the early hours. Then the corridor […] areas echo into the room and every sound could be heard. Nice staff and everybody was friendly but unfortunately the persistent noise issue means I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms had a lot of character, but they did show their age. Rooms were clean, but the walls were extremely thin and it was difficult to sleep due to the noise outside and the slamming of doors within the hotel. Also, I was under the impression that the triple room had its own bathroom, but it was actually a shared bathroom. "Hotel Otter"
Fun urban hotel in great location on cobblestone road in downtown Zurich. Would be great for singles or couples. Rooms were fun and clean. Probably not so good for families. Breakfast not served until 9am which was a hassle for early risers.
