Overall no complaints, especially with the price point! We only had a few concerns, we were the corner room next to the stairs... So heard every cathunk of the door as people came up for the evening... But the kids who we put to bed at 8:00 were able to go to sleep with the noise. And at breakfast, the desk clerk was told they were out of gravy, but […] it took her at least 45 min to replace it.. And someone else had to open the can for her... She couldn't make the can-opener work... Again, nothing that made the stay awful... And we'd stay there again! Mehr

Very happy with our stay here. The room was very clean (i even did the bed bug check and it looked spotless), comfortable bed. The only downside was the wifi was spotty and did not always work, but that was not a big deal to me. I would definitely come back should the need ever arise again.

Nice place to stay on our emergency trip into town. Clean, quiet and comfortable with acceptable WIFI. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. All you need.

Have stayed here before with no issues,beds are super luxurious and comfortable,nice couch bed in room,plenty of light,breakfast is good,super quiet at night,however I think this time I was given an "out of order" room,there were cobwebs in bottom corner of tub,both telephones in room did not work ,to me this was minor since I was just wanting a comfortable,safe […] and suitable place for my family to sleep. Booked this hotel on our way from Kansas City to San Antonio. We arrived late. Everything was great. Beds were comfy. My daughters really enjoyed the Texas size and shaped waffles at breakfast!

The staff was very friendly once again and did all they could do to make sure our stay was comfortable. The water in the indoor pool was warm and very relaxing our first stay and the 2nd time it did not feel heated at all. Neither phones worked in our room. I tried to call the front desk, I could hear her but she could not hear me. These are small things […] but things you expect to be working. We were in Waco for unfortunate circumstances as my girlfriend's father was in terminal condition at nearby Providence Hospital. We were on a day by day stay basis and the Hotel staff accommodated us the entire stay. When her father passed, they even took the time to present her with a card with a condolences message. The hotel itself was very convenient […] although a little outdated outside of the rooms. Overall, it was exactly what we needed but the customer service was far beyond our expectations. The room was extremely cleaned and well cared for. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rate was well worth it since it included a heated pool / hot tub and hot and cold breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

Quiet Hotel, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Near the Interstate, Gas facilities and a number of eating places at a reasonable rate.

The hotel was clean, the desk staff was helpful and friendly. Disappointed in the exercise room equipment but had good workouts anyway. Breakfast was good, limited selection, but plenty of healthy selections, as in low fat/lo cal.

Second stay here in 4 days, unlike last visit this time the room was musty with a funny smell (not cleaning / deodorizing products, more like old stale water). A great location though, and helpful courteous staff.

Easy to find, clean and polite staff. I had to leave very early and discovered there is no coffee in foyer until 6am which was a bit annoying though.

was very clean and comfortable, staff was very cordial, and loved that the AC worked like a dream! No complaints, was close to all conveniences, Wal-Mart, and several eating establishments. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in that area and will be back in the future for sure.

It was a comfortable place to spend the night. I have no complaints at all. The staff was very helpful, they provided a fair breakfast, and had a nice pool for the kids.

The only issue was that there was no bedding for the pullout couch. When we called they asked us to come and get it because no one was able to being it to us.

The staff was excellent. Jake, along with every other employee we came across greeted us with friendly smiles and was always willing to help. The beds were also very comfortable and the shower felt great!

From the very beginning of our stay.... The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. He treated me as a person not just another "customer". Then another guy came in to relieve the other guys shift and he too was very personable and had a caring attitude. I soooo appreciate that cause how many times in this day and age... We get treated as just another […] number. Both were obviously well versed on how to deal with customers but added genuine caring to their responsibilities. Thanks a million!!! Mehr

Great hotel for the price. I arrived early while traveling for business, and I was able to check in early (I did have a reservation already though). When I got into my room it was clean, cold (July in Texas, 100F +), and the bed was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a pool indoors and there is a decent workout room. The free breakfast […] was good, and the hotel is conveniently located. If I go back to Hillsboro I will definitely stay here again. I'm a real person who doesn't work for this hotel--LOL! Mehr

Our room was exceptional, very clean and relaxing. Our stay was short, we arrived late at night and left early the next morning. Check in took 3 mins which was good because we arrived very tired. Front desk clerk was friendly. Only negative is the breakfast is lacking.

While we only stayed one night, we were able to determine that we will stay at this hotel the next time we are in Hillsboro. The front desk clerk (I believe her name was Gwen) was extremely courteous and cheerful! When we requested sheets for the fold out bed, they were immediately supplied. Good value for price, only complaint bathroom has vent fan that does not shut off, if you are light sleeper, annoying, front desk said it was standard? And should ask for non end room as they are noiser.

If you're a business traveler who wants a quiet stop to recharge, this might not be for you. Lots of families with young children who were up very early and very late. The hotel is beautiful and new and was very clean with free wireless and a great breakfast. Everything about this stay went well (except the room was cold. The thermostat reset to 69 degrees when we went down to the pool so I had to set it whenever we were in the room.) The service and accomodations were above expectations.

Located right off of I35, the Comfort Suites seems new. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable. We basically were just there to sleep, so we did not spend much time at the hotel. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay there again.
