"NOT "good""
"Good" is definitely NOT the rating of this hotel. Though it looks OK from the outside, it is in desperate need of remodeling. The man at the registration desk was nice. However...the registration desk is barricaded, and the room's carpet was filthy, walls cracking, furniture falling apart, fixtures loose, tub stained, etc. It's the worst place in which […] we've ever stayed...and would not have booked it had there been any vacancies elsewhere. The bed appeared to be sufficiently clean..and free of bed bugs, but that's the only good thing I can say about it. I would have slept in my car had the parking lot not been scary. "Very nice!"
Everything from the lobby to rooms were very clean and nice. Service was excellent, as was the complementary breakfast. The pool was clean and warm with a very nice water slide and mushroom fountain. "Comfortable but careful if you are a light sleeper"
The kids loved the pool area. Bed was comfy and it would have been a great stay if we hadn't been able to hear the neighbors on one side talking and hear their TV. We stayed one night while driving towards Smoky Mountains. Overall we had a good experience. The pool area was small, but it was good enough. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. "The Hotel with the awesome indoor pool"

"Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at!!"
The is the nicest looking and friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at. I traveled with a child and the staff members all acknowledged him any time we were nearby. It was great that there was an indoor pool because my son got to swim even though it was cold outside.
