the rooms smelled very clean and good , the breakfeast was delicious , the pool is amazing for kids , i have two girls and they did not want to get out of the pool. the nieghborhood was very quiet.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We are very particular about cleanliness and it was very well kept. The breakfast was much better than other continentals we have had. The room was clean, nice and bright. Beds were not terribly comfortable, but we managed. The only complaint we had was that the pool was cold. We book a hotel with a pool for our […] kids and it was very cold. We talked with hotel staff and were told that they were having difficulty with the element, so it may get fixed soon. Overall, my hotel stay was good. But the rugs and shower curtains were old. The bed/ pillows were very comfortable and most of the room was pretty clean. The cleaning staff was very polite, and the other staff were alright. Breakfast was tasty. The surrounding neighborhood is kind of creepy maybe because I'm a suburban/ urban gal.

We just stayed one night, but we found everything acceptable given the price. Everything was clean adn there was free hot breakfast in the morning. No hassles or waiting.

The room had stink bugs which landed on us while sleeping. We had already killed 4 prior to going to bed. The manager said this was known and all of the rooms had them. The ceilings were stained and the drapery torn. The single chair was also old and torn.

We stay at this hotel each year when we visit friends and family. The following would improve our stay: a. Better lighting in the rooms. (Light too dim to read by) b. If someone is staying more than 1 night, it would be nice if the newspaper was delivered to your room. c. Would like to have fresh fruit on the breakfast bar.

We were very happy with this hotel. Very clean, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding resturaunts. Would definately stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and convenient!! Our room was very large and for the most part clean, but I fell that it could be cleaned better!! Overall a great place to stay and would recommend it!!

I absolutely LOVED staying in this hotel. It is new and fresh and clean. The bedding was exceptional with wonderful pillows and soft comforters. I slept like a baby. Alicia and Joanna were excellent receptionists and took care of our every need. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond the call of duty. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I read previous reviews and they were all true. It was clean, clean, clean. The people were very nice and helpful. Would I stay there again, yes, yes, yes.

Only 15 miles from Hershey and a 1/3 of the price of hotels closer. spotless hotel and rooms. All the help were friendly and nice. Complementary breakfast was a bonus...loved the pancakes! Indoor pool was also clean and the kids loves it. Couldn't ask for more

After we were settled in our room, we noticed that there had been some dark liquid sprayed on the wall, the mirror and also on the lampshade on the desk. We notified the front desk, and before we returned to our room, housekeeping had it cleaned up. Impressive!

Very nice hotel, very quiet close to convinience store & restaurant . The staff is really nice, very profesional.

Seemed like a new facility. Comfortable and adequate

We loved the hotel, staff, and breakfast. We will definitely stay again. We did some shopping and eating in the surrounding area. The people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast the best we have had in a hotel. Room was very roomy and clean. GREAT!

Great place to stay. Kids loved the pool and breakfast. Very clean and the staff was excellent. Will book again next time we are in area.

We stayed at the hotel for the first time soon after it opened. We stayed there again over the holidays. I don't think it has been cleaned well since the hotel was opened. I left the cleaner a message in the dust that was on top of the microwave. I had to clean the front of the microwave because my fingers were sticking to it. I had to pick large items […] off the floor that had not been vacuumed, and cleaned off the top of the sink that had so much dust I didn't want my items to get dirty! The desk was so dirty my husband cleaned it before putting his computer on it. Also, there was a water restriction the day we checked in. Nothing was said to us about it when we check in. When I called and inquired about it, they acknowledged the water restriction. They did not offer bottled water until I pushed them for it. Mehr

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the indoor hotel pool as it was already too cool for swimming outdoors.

The hotel was very nice and new and met our needs for a short stay near Heshey. The pool and breakfast are always good with the kids and the free wifi was very nice . The only drawbacks are the commute to Hershey(which I didn't mind- 20mins.), and the thin walls which allowed next room conversations to be very clearly heard. This could be a problem […] if you have inconsiderate neighbors which we did not. Mehr

We were on a weekend family vacation with family. They didn't put us on the same floor, even though the rooms were booked months in advance and at the same time. My sister's room was not very clean, the carpet was visibly stained. Our room was fine. Very thin walls and floors - a lot of thumping and talking could be heard. The staff was excellent - […] especially the hostess at breakfast! Would not choose it for a Hersey trip again as the drive went through a lot of small towns. Mehr

Booked this for family vacation; it's about 20 minutes to Hershey, the roads are well marked, lots of fast food/sandwich shops etc for affordable meals. We love the hot breakfast (included in price), found Helga (I think) the hostess went above and beyond with service and friendliness. Couldn't keep room at comfortable temp; AC would either turn off […] or be full blast. Shower heads rocked! The pool was great; we also enjoyed the reception (free beer and wine, snacks) during the week. Mehr

The condition of this property reflects its relatively recent construction: no signs/symptoms of wear & tear. The reception desk manager was genuinely cheerful and pleasant, which put a nice touch to end of a long day on the road. My bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and having a pair of soft and a pair of firm pillows available on […] the bed was appreciated. The hotel sits well off the main highway on the eastern outskirts of Lebanon, so there was no trafffic noise to contend with. A very nice hotel. Mehr

If you are a smoker, you will not like this hotel as I had to go down three levels and go outside to smoke. Other than that, the overall hotel experience was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the exercise room and indoor swimming pool. The staff was courteous and friendly.

we checked in a little early and the room they thought had been cleaned had not. they immediately switched us to another room that was. the room was comfortable and clean and the service was pleasant and fast. the room was reasonbaly quiet considering there where several little gymnasts running the hall in the morning. overall i would go back without […] hesitation. This hotel was opened in June 2009 and while the property is very clean, etc. I can't help but complain about the televisions. They're not "normal" in that the televisions (called "Movie Wave") take forever to scan the stations. If you try and scan too fast, the television locks up and you have to wait 5 minutes for it to reset. And they don't just […] have ABC, NBC, etc. The stations will read 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, and 2-4 where you're on Channel 2 but the other numbers designate if you're receiving HD, non-HD, or whatever! Just give me plain channels and if they're broadcast in HD, great! If not, no worries! Oh and the fire alarm went off at 6:30am for no apparent reason. Mehr

Since there are few other choices of hotels in Lebanon, this one is new, nice and convenient.

When we arrived late on our motorcycle one rainy night, the staff let us keep our bikes under the awning, as well as fast check in service. When we arrived in our room, it wasnt a whirlpool room as booked. But they were very apologetic and accomodated us right away. this is a very clean hotel. the employees were very nice. its a very nice location close to several nice restaurants and a dairy queen for that late nite snack. the pool area was clean and so was the workout room. it was very reasonable price also.

The hotel is new, a little out of the way but easy to find. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and well kept. The amenities were better than expected and it is nice the whole hotel is non-smoking.

This is a newly-opened hotel and probably the best in the area. I would recommend it highly.
