Aug. 2012Wenige Kilometer von der Innenstadt Lancasters, mit sehr guter Anbindung an das County und die Amish Sehenswürdigkeiten, und in einer guten halben Stunde im Hershey Park - die Lage ist für Touristen sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir haben wechslen lassen, da wohl doch jemand vorher im NR-Zimmer geraucht hatte - war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Umgebung ist nicht der Rede wert, dafür liegt das Hotel günstig am Highway.

Schönes nicht überlaufenes Outletcenter 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Sehenswürdigkeiten der Amish alles gut zu erreichen. Leider fand unser Navi das Hotel nicht und wir sind 2 Stunden um Lancaster herumgekurvt und mußten 3x fragen. Zum Schluß hat dann ein hilfreicher Amerikaner das Outlet eingegen und damit haben wir es gefunden.

"Clean room, no Hospitality"
The Hotel is new and clean. The night manager was very helpful, as she needed to be since the Hotel doesn't show up on any of three GPS/Maps I used. The address is different than the listing and since it sits on the outside of town, landmarks at night aren't obvious. We had a first floor 'king suite' that had a very bright parking light shining through […] both blinds. Checkout is at 11am. At 11:01, I got a call from the desk reminding me of the time. While we hurried to pack and checkout, the cleaning people stationed their cart right outside the door and sat in the lounge chairs adjacent to it. We stayed here because we had been without power from Hurricane Sandy for a week and my wife needed someplace to hook into the internet for work. Everything was great except the smell in the hallway on the third floor. Not sure what it was-if it was the smell of the cleaning supplies house keeping used or something else but it was overwhelming. Thankfully once we were in our room we could not smell anything. The hotel is fabulous! The rooms, service, parking, breakfast buffet and amenities are as good as it gets for the price. The only things that could be improved would be adding a jacuzzi to the pool area and teaming up with a restaurant and pub to join them at the location to provide some night life for the guests! Nice hotel if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Hershey Park, which is about 25 minutes away. Great location with plenty of areas to eat in vicinity. Hotel staff was very friendly. She was very rude and I most likely will never book a room through your services again because of her. It was my first expreience, and my last. She "verified" the room would be two full size beds, but when we got to the hotel, they said there were no two […] bed rooms available, only a King size bed. Your representative should not have told me it was two beds if she couldn't stand by that. The hotel desk clerk was very kind and was very apologetic for your services. The hotel was lovely - enjoyed the breakfast with its variety of choices - only negative comment was the number of red stains on the carpet in our suite. Everything was good. Clean, comfortable, quiet area. The only thing is I would have liked to have better coffee at breakfast, the one they served was watered down. "amazing for familys"
the rooms smelled very clean and good , the breakfeast was delicious , the pool is amazing for kids , i have two girls and they did not want to get out of the pool. the nieghborhood was very quiet.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Nice family hotel"
We were very pleased with this hotel. We are very particular about cleanliness and it was very well kept. The breakfast was much better than other continentals we have had. The room was clean, nice and bright. Beds were not terribly comfortable, but we managed. The only complaint we had was that the pool was cold. We book a hotel with a pool for our […] kids and it was very cold. We talked with hotel staff and were told that they were having difficulty with the element, so it may get fixed soon. "Lebanon hotel stay"
Overall, my hotel stay was good. But the rugs and shower curtains were old. The bed/ pillows were very comfortable and most of the room was pretty clean. The cleaning staff was very polite, and the other staff were alright. Breakfast was tasty. "Good value for the price."

"The Holiday Inn Express hotel in Lebanon, PA"
The room had stink bugs which landed on us while sleeping. We had already killed 4 prior to going to bed. The manager said this was known and all of the rooms had them. The ceilings were stained and the drapery torn. The single chair was also old and torn.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

We stay at this hotel each year when we visit friends and family. The following would improve our stay: a. Better lighting in the rooms. (Light too dim to read by) b.
