Embassy Suites Buffalo - Buffalo

Unser Aufenthalt (Mutter mit 2 Kindern, davon eines imRollstuhl), war rundum wunderbar. Grosse Zimmer, behindertenfreundlich, sehr sauber und ruhig. Besonders erwähnenswert ist jedoch der überaus freundliche und entgegendkommende Service im ganzen Haus.

Great hotel, excellent and courteous staff. The room was perfect and I had no troubles logging into Wifi. In town during a hokey game, so it was definitely lively. I don't think it was a "great" neighborhood to just wander around late at night, but I was stuck in the hotel room anyway. Great! for that at least.

Liked it very much and would stay again. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel is modern, very clean and easy to find and get to.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious. The food was great. The hot tub was spectacular. Great location, walked to the Buffalo Sabres game. We had a great time.

We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay to see the Sabres and enjoy the city. Check in is at 4pm, but our rooms were not ready yet again, as the Hockey team (MinnesotaWild) was just checking out. Check out time is 12pm, so how come they get special privileges and inconvenience other guests waiting for their rooms and have evening plans. We got our room […] at 5:45pm. That is a little late, had to rush to get to the game. Very disappointed. We will stay again because the property is beautiful and they offer an excellent buffet breakfast and manager reception. Just be aware if staying during hockey season! Mehr

our only bad thing was that we did not have any toilet paper!!!! there was a roll on it but had just a few sheets and no new roll!!!!

I really enjoyed staying here. Yes, the neighborhood sucks, but I'm not entirely convinced there's a good part of Buffalo. So. You know, just stay inside. ;)

I love this hotel, it has the best service, and the most for your money.... The beds are very comfortable and big. The rooms are very spacious...

We stayed at the embassy for 2 nights. We are a family of five and had a great stay. We took in a buffalo sabers game. Staff was helpful and directed us to the free transit to get us there. The hotel was great, the rooms were clean and spacious. The girls enjoyed the use of the pool. We did find the area a little " rough looking" but were comforted […] with the fact that nobody could access floors 3 and up without an access card or the stair wells. Mind you we didn't have any encounters or anything like that, just some of the surrounding area is boarded up, so it looks a little run down. The valet parking was a nice touch, and the front lobby was very nice. All in all a very good stay and would recommend this hotel. Mehr

Everything was going perfect, until in the process of searching for my camcorder I took off the over sheet and saw a big stain on the sheet that was there before I checked-in. I was very upset because my baby slept on the unclean sheet (someone’s body fluid) for 2 nights. I hope this was the first and the last time this happen.

I love this hotel, the decor is to die for, the omelette buffet at breakfast is awesome, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are always friendly. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the lack of bacon at the breakfast buffet. That's it. I love bacon. They had sausage, sliced ham, a great selection of fruits, a drink bar, cereals, […] fresh baked bread and muffins, a small buffet of hot foods, and the aforementioned made to order omelette buffet, but no bacon. Did I mention that I really really love bacon? Yes. Yes I do. Yet even my love for all you can eat bacon would not stop me from staying at this lovely hotel again! This is my second stay and I would book again in a heartbeat. Mehr

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. The bed was probably the best I've slept on in a hotel. The next time I'm in Buffalo, I'm definitely staying here again.

The first night of my stay was unfortunately during high winds. The hotel sounded like I was on a creeky old ship all night long so I didn't sleep well at all. The room was great, very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would have loved to have another option for dining within the hotel as the only one was quite expensive. I hated not being able to […] park on my own and being forced to have valet service, and be charged each day for it. Mehr

All rooms are two-room suites with fridge and sink, table and desk, two TV's. Perfectly sized. In town to explore the Buffalo dining scene. Try Bistro Europa, Blue Monk, Shango, Betty's, Sample. All great restaurants.

the two room we had was the one with two queen size bed room and a separate tv/lounge room it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteaous, the hotel is a few blocks away from the tram but not realy an issue,

The hotel was a just what we needed for our shopping trip/hockey game. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the accommodations were great.

My wife and I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable, extreme clean and rose above our expectations. The suite had two rooms which was practical as I couldn't sleep while my wife was sleeping and I went into the next room to watch tv and not wake her up. Was one of the best trips we have ever had in Buffalo. An excellent place to stay. Hotel staff was great. Highly recommend this hotel to all of my Friends and Family.

I am going to give the Embassy Suite Buffalo a 3 because the housekeeping was very poor with my room.But overall our stay was pleasants and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Embassy Suites. Most notable was the curteous and helpful staff. We will surely look forward to visiting again.

So much room. Perfect in every way.

A couple friends and I stayed at the embassy suites for black friday. The rooms were big enough, although we expected it to be bigger. The people at front dest were very nice, however when we were STARVING looking for anything that was open on thanksgiving, he didn't mention the hotel restaurant being opened. Also, the bartender who worked that night […] was SO rude. I don't know if he was mad because he was working thaks giving or if it was because we were a bunch of teenagers. But the breakfast was amazing and the chefs were too. And we didn't get our roomed cleaned because apparently they didn't want to come back..... Its you're job to come back but whatever. Besides that I would totally recomend it and go back! Oh and the beds were the best beds I ever slept on! Mehr

Hotel offers huge suites with separate bedrooms & mini kitchens. Our room rate included the nightly manager's reception (free snacks & wine) and a full freshly-cooked breakfast. When you add that to the cost of the room - it is the best deal in town. Only complain was that the bathroom needed more towel bars (hardly a big issue!)
