To find the Hotel with a car is difficult. We saw non signs about the hotel at the airport

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. It was not clear though how to get there since no information was provided at the time of reservation, and people at the airport information center sent us in the wrong direction. And yet there is an excellent complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Well run modern hotel close to Malpensa Airport, so good for that late arriving flight. Breakfast included, a bar in the hotel, & a shuttle bus back to the airport. Recommended.

Good, clean & free breakfast. Quiet at night. Not much happens in the vicinity, but one can reach Milan within 1 hour by using the hotels free shuttle to MXP and there from directly the bus to Milan Central Station (7,5 Eur each way).

Hotel was great. Disappointe with having to pay for Wi-Fi. We were in Italy for three weeks and this was the only place that charged for it.

This is good option when you are arrive by air to Milan-Malpensa airport then proceed onward destinations by train / road. We had a early morning departure from Malpense so we wanted to be close to the airport. Pros For the price point, it is a very good offerring. Excellent rooms, well maintained and clean. Compact services but expecting more would […] not be fair. Pick up/drop shuttle service from Malpensa Airport, Terminal 2, Gate 4 and bus stop number 19. Staff was very friendly especially to kids. Good and clean infrastructure. tram right in front of hotel takes you to train station. Good restaurant.

It's a good hotel convient to the airport and a good restaurant within walking distance. Comfortable room with great beds.

Excellent staf, very helpful. The wireless internet was not easily accessible and I did waste about 30 plus minutes trying to access and finally gave up.

Excellent facility with accomodating staff

My wife and I stayed here before catching a flight the next day. The hotel was very modern. Other reviews state they have free internet, but I had to do some persuading to get a code for free. Apparently they do charge for internet now. They did give out free drink tickets to their sister hotel in town the crown plaza, where we planned on having dinner. […] But when we got there they had a very limited menu that was more expensive than some of the truly nice restaurants we had eaten at in Italy. We walked down the street to another smaller hotel and had a fantastic meal at half the price. Overall, the rooms were clean and the service was very good. Would highly recommend for a quick stay before or after a flight. Mehr

Everything in the hotel was just fine. The location to get to the airport terminal is perfect. The major problem is the lack of restaurants anywhere close by. The shuttle took us to the Crown Plaza which only had a limited menu and it took almost an hour to be served and I would rate the quality of the dinner as mediocre. This was the best airport hotel experience we've had. The hotel is clean and has many comforts. Breakfast was good and the airport shuttle was on time. DO NOT reserve the room with the extra fee for the airport shuttle. It was free.

The hotel was very clean and the bath good-sized. Only problem on check-in was that we had very specifically asked for a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. When we went to change the room, the lady at the check-in counter was simply rude and dismissive and told us the hotel was full. When my husband firmly stated that he is highly allergic […] to even residual smoke (which his is), the man we had checked-in immediately found us an available non-smoking room (there was a non-smoking floor with many rooms available). Also, they ask for a credit card on check-in for possible incidental chrarges. Second room worked fine, although beds were very, very firm (typical of Europe). If you are a Prioirty Club member (or sign up when you check in ), you get free internet (including free wifi or use of the stations in the lobby area). Breakfast was nice, including eggs and cold cuts, along with juice, fruit, yogurt, and some nice bakery bread. Check-out was quick, but no receipt (which is OK as we were pre-paid through Hotels.com anyway and made no other charges). Trip to airport was aboard a larger bus, so plenty of room for all those waiting. Bus ran every half-hour starting at 5:45 AM. TIP: When you arrive at Malpensa, ask the tourist info people to call and have the hotel dispatch the van; they were very nice and did it for free (even had the number memorized, so they have done this lots of time). In Terminal 2, go to the desk/room that sells the bus transfers to Milan; they will call the Holiday Inn for you. The van that picks-up will also say "Crowne Plaza" on it and stops there as well. My fiance and I enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed overnight, as we were catching an AM flight the next day. It was perfect for this. It's very close to the airport with a free shuttle (although finding the shuttle stop can be a bit confusing - just ask one of the taxi drivers at the airport for directions). The room was very clean, although it had […] marks on the walls from previous suitcases. The decor was simple and modern, with a stand-up shower. No clocks though (common in Italy), so if you need to set an alarm bring your own or ask about a wake up call. The breakfast buffet was good - a good selection with hot food (eggs and bacon). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone flying in or out of Malpensa. However, it's not convenient for people wanting to explore Milan, as the city is 20+ miles away. Mehr

PROS -new hotel that is pretty clean CONS -pickup shuttle service from airport was an unmitigated disaster. First they didn't come according to their posted schedule. After rectifying that with a call to the hotel, when they did who up they didn't determine who had called or the order that people had been waiting. They could only take 8 people and […] despite being BOTH the first ones at the pickup location and the ones who called, we didn't get put on the shuttle because of the bizarre way the driver went about loading. -no free wi-fi. Unheard of for an airport hotel serving primarily business customers. Ridiculous. -The neighborhood around the hotel is scary at best and dangerous at worst. After walking to the nearest restaurant, we chose to take a cab home rather risk going through the neighborhood again. -you have to leave because the hotel has no dining or room service available. This hotel is very convenient to the Malpensa airport and it is quite and clean. The front desk was a bit understaffed when we were there as was the bar. When we asked about dinner we were told we had to go to the nearby sister hotel the Crown Plaza. The hotel was fine for 1 night. However, the pickup service at the Milan airport was non-existent. The pickup bus never arrived after calls to the hotel. THe driver never came and we had to find late evening assistance from a competing hotel who was gracious to take us to the HOLIDAY iNN.

Not a good location if you want to spend most of your time in Milan but very good if you are just passing through due to its close proximity to the airport. The train ride into the heart of Milan can take up to 45 minutes although it is more economical than taking a taxi.

No restaurant (only bar/cafe), but walking distance from partner hotel: Crowne Plaza, with fancy restaurant. No regular shuttle service before 5:35 am, but we were able to find a work-around solution. Good service from hotel managers.

This hotel was convenient to Malpenza Airport. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel had a full breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. My only complaint was that we were put in a handicapped room.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and it provides a free shuttle to and from the terminals starting at 5:30 in the morning. It is pleasantly decorated and nicely maintained. The room was clean with all expected amenities, including free wi-fi. There was a bar serving drinks and light meals - limited but OK.

This is a great hotel with shuttle service to and from the airport. If you need to stay close to malpensa airport this hotel is Ideal. It is very far from Milan (50 Minutes by car) so only If you need an overnight stay to be close to the airport, this is a good choice.The hotel is new, big bathroom, huge room.

We just stayed here one night, the night before our flight home. It is very close to the airport (with a free shuttle), but not near anything in the center of Milan. The hotel itself is very nice. One of the better ones we stayed in in Italy and we stayed in some much more expensive hotels during our trip.

The hotel is very nice and the room is modern and pretty. The only BIG drawback is the NOISY air conditioning, taht cannot be completely shut-off: after having called the front desk, they deactivated it but kept hissing: could not sleep!

After traveling thru Italy for 2 weeks and staying at some very old, and rather uncomfortable hotels, it was a wonderful change to stay at this ultra modern hotel. The staff was very courteous and efficient. I do not speak Italian, but it was no problem for me, they were very fluent in english. They have a little bar and seating area that has drinks […] and light snacks available. Overall the rooms were clean, the bathroom was very nice . Towels and sheets of good quality. Only complaint was the pillows, they were rather flat and uncomfortable. We took the free shuttle to the airport which was convenient. The shuttle was there at the scheduled time and the driver was helpful with bags and directions. It was a pleasure to stay here. Mehr

The hotel location was very convenient, and shuttle service was reliable. Hotel service was not the fastest, but the rooms were comfortable. This hotel is a good option for people who are looking for a quick overnight stopover in Milan.

This is a good hotel at the airport. The staff was nice, got us an early van to make our flight, Shuttles run about every half an hour. WiFi is expensive. Rooms are what you would expect at this location but were clean. Recommend it if you want to stay near airport for flight.

Clean, friendly, affordable, close to the airport. Free airport shuttle.

We were met with a smile at reception and were in our room within 10 minutes. The room was simple, immaculate, fresh, cool (the air outside was steamy). There were coffee and tea making facilities. We chose to eat downstairs where a limited amount of food is served, but we were tired. It was clean and sufficient. We got the wake up call we requested, […] and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The person at the desk gave us clear directions to Malpensa (very close) and we were on our way. We will certainly return here when we next travel via Milan. We thought it was good value, especially for Italy, and especially for an airport hotel. The surrounding neighborhood was not attractive, but it was definitely close to the airport. Mehr

could't be closer as the crow flies but about a mile or so if walking but far easier to use the free bus that runs between terminal 1 and 2 as about half way round if you tell the bus driver the name of this hotel he will drop you off at the end of the road which makes it so much easier. Good breakfast selection in a clean and well run hotel

the hotel is average but the location is very convenient. the food at the restaurant is average. the rooms are better at the crown plaza, which is across the street and its under the same chain of ownership, plus their restaurant is much better.

It cost twenty euro for a two minute ride
