Sheraton Herndon Dulles Airport Hotel - Herndon

Das Hotel ist ca. 30 Min. von Washington entfernt. Wir suchten das Hotel, da es im neu erschlossenen Gebiet ist. Das Hotel ist sehr neu. Kein Flugzeuglärm. Es war alles super.

The hotel is in a great location. Quite and clean a great deal. We will use again.

Mgr. was very helpfull alowing us to leave our car in parking lot while we vacationed in Aruba

The hotel was very nice, clean, the room service food was really tasty. The staff was great, especially the guest services representative at the front desk. We loved that it was such a nice hotel that is also pet-friendly because we wanted an overnight with our dog away from DC. Granted, Herndon isn't exactly the place to be, but the room was nice, […] bed was very comfortable, and it was great to just zone out for the day.The only downside is that the hotel's pool was closed, but you are allowed to use the next door hotel's pool. Except that the next door pool doesn't have a hot tub, which I believe the Sheraton has. But, all in all, a really nice hotel and we got it at a great price! Mehr

Room was nice , was surprised that there wasn't a refrigerator. Overall was a nice hoteL

This hotel has two different addressess.. The first address is physical, the second one is GPS address. But I didn't know this when got the address of from hotels.com. I couldn't find the hotel after 3 hours long flight and had to find a hot spot to find out the problem. When I looked up the hotel information I saw that there are 2 different addresses […] and it is said that can't find find the physical address of the hotel.. Weird.. I spent more htan 1 hour to find the hotel.. Other than this hotel was good.. Mehr

Sucks having to pay for WiFi from your room but I believe they offer free internet if you use it in the lobby or business center.

Tough to fault, friendly staff, great facilities, well laid out.

Pluses: It was a great bargain (internet price) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious although we got a handicapped (wheelchair accessible) room which seemed odd (we're all healthy). Minuses: Access and location were somewhat challenging: required U-Turn or entry through neighboring hotel parking lot. Hot breakfast was […] marginal - especially for the price. Hotel was good, but very noisy, lots of kids staying and they were mixed among the other guests. Doors to the rooms slamming and lots of noise in the hall. While they had a security man on the floor near the elavator, he was preoccupied listening to his music and appeared to not try to keep them quiet.

We stayed here because there were no rooms left in the city that we needed to be in for the weekend. (Landed on a Friday and had a wedding on Sunday) After traveling all day, the hotel was a great sight! The bar/restaurant had very friendly staff. The food and drinks were not overly priced like some hotels.

The Good - OMG, the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever slept on in a hotel. Beautiful bathroom. The Bad - While there was a large (attractive) shower in the bathroom, there was no tub, which would have been nice. On top of that, they nickle and dimed us for every extra. $5 for 6 hours of wireless internet service (per device, so my wife and […] I had to pay it twice just to use wireless on our laptops). Constant disconnections on the wireless network (possibly due to getting the room furthest from the lobby). The Ugly - The curtain-like draw to block outside light did not match the nice, modern room. It was plaid, drab, and four shades of orangey brown. Mehr

A very clean, comfortable and polite place to stay while visiting family in Fairfax

Staff is really helpful and place where this hotel is located is so quiet

Pool not open full time on weekends. Sat closed at 2pm, fri not open til 5pm. Tv too hard to operate.

WHAT A DEAL WE GOT AND A TOP NOTCH HOTEL. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR NO DOUBT

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very professional and nice. Very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The hotel also has a washer amd dryer which made it very easy for me to do my laundry as I was on the road for 2 weeks. Defiantely worth the money.

The hotel was convenient if you were using it to go to the airport. We used it as a hotel for DC trip. The restaurant staff were wonderful but the hotel desk staff in the evening were not helpful at all. They talked to us as if we were from DC and knew all of the roads and highways and as if they were simply trying to move on to the next guest. Our […] room was very nice but even with a 4 guest reservation and several times of asking them for 4 towels were received only 3 towels for our 4 guest reservation. Very disappointing! Not a very convenient location for travelling through DC because they do not offer you help with transportation or suggestions on transportation. No breakfast which was disappointing. My stay at the Sheraton Herndon Dulles Airport Hotel was excellent. The room had a great layout. I truly liked the french doors to the bathroom. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. The Hotel lobby was great looking also. I did however had one minor issue. A light bulb in one of the lamps was loose where it caused the light not to come on, so as […] I gave it a slight turn the bulb broke it my hand. It did not cut me so I was fine. I did bring the light bulb down to the front desk and told an attendant what happened. Mehr

Everything was the way I expected or better. My mom used to say that you can't go wrong with Sheraton. She got that 100% right.

Our stay was great, the hotel was awesome. The hotel staff was great aswell I would stay there again if need be.

The "no pet fee" policy was great!

And we especially appreciated your night manager comping us for the cab ride from the airport after a mix-up with the shuttle driver. And we thoroughly enjoyed meeting Frank (?) the bartender who kept the bar open for us when he probably would have preferred going home!

Boris, the front desk attendant, was an AMAZING help. The hotel was clean and beautiful. I cannot recommend this highly enough. STAY HERE ANY TIME YOU ARE AROUND DULLES AIRPORT

Nothing special to impress me. House keeper knocked on my door at 10am but the check-out was 11am. I also can hear people talking in the hallway in my room.

Excellent!. Very convenient to the airport. The shuttle service was on time from the hotel to the Airport. The room is very clean and has a lot of space.

Had early flight, stay here the night before. Very nice room for the price I got on Hotels.com. Room spacious and beds comfortable. Only took 7 minutes to get to airport in the morning. Would stay here again.

We stayed overnight before our trip to Japan. This hotel seemed new and was very clean. Breakfast was good except that the restaurant seemed understaffed. We had to look for someone to pay the bill. The shuttle to the airport was ontime and brought us back to our car on the return trip. Staff were helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again if flying […] out of Dulles. Mehr

Perfect!!! I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Will continue to stay there as often as i have to be in the area.

I recommend this hotel. Proximity to the airport makes it ideal for early connection. However, they need to improve on airport pick-up. I waited to a longtime not knowing how to secure hotel shuttle transport.

We were there for one night and then out of the country for a week. We then stayed again after our return. They allowed us to leave our car there so we didn't have to pay to leave it at the airport. They shuttled us to the airport also. Very nice hotel and the beds.....ah.

Exceptional staff!!! I cruise a lot and always stay there before and after my flights. They are very helpful as I have some mobility problems and use a cane.

The Seraton Hotel in Herndon is a fairly new hotel near the Dulles Airport,which is why I chose it. The shuttle takes five to ten minutes depending on traffic. I was able to leave my car, go on my trip and pick up my care 7 days later. I really like that feature.

Good hotel, but shuttle issues.

Loved it. Great hotel for the purpose of being near an airport to enable us to catch an early flight. The hotel and free shuttle bus was terrific. Restuarant supplied a great meal and good value.
