Das Hotel war sehr angenehm, das Zimmer groß und wurde täglich Gereinigt. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und ein Store gleich um die Ecke hat kurzfristige Einkäufe sehr einfach gemacht.

"Highly Recommended"
This was every bit of a four-star hotel. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the quality of the hotel was outstanding. It was a little expensive, but you get what you paid for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Beds not too my liking other than that, nice place, very clean.
"Ther Sheraton in Augusta - don't bother"
Room service is advertised as available from11am to 11 pm - we rang them at 2 pm and were told to ring back at 5pm - when asked, "so you don't have room service from 11 - 11?, the response was "no, we don't" Of course the follow-up question was, why then is this listed in your guest services directory - the response was, "I dunno'" The bar closes at […] midnight on Friday and Saturday nights - but at 11:45 we were told the bar is closed - wow We were directed to a restaurant that required reservations and a strict dress code - without being so informed by the concierge - needless to say, we were a little embarrassed when arriving I might expect this at Motel 6 but really the Sheraton?? "Favorite hotel in the CSRA"
I stay in Augusta often. I choose to stay at the Sheraton more often than any other property in Augusta. It's always clean, the service is always terrific, and the Sheraton makes you feel at home. Even the guests are friendly to each other.

"Nice hotel, poor staff"
The room and amenities were great. However, the room did not include a refrigerator. I was told a refrigerator could be brought to my room, but there was a $10 charge. So I used a trash can filled with ice instead. At least two different members of the front desk staff were not helpful and not friendly.
"Sheraton Augusta Hotel - good business hotel"
The hotel rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. There is a large common area in the lobby with a bar. Overall, a positive experience.

"Nice, clean and comfortable but AC issues"
I stayed here this past weekend for a Half Ironman and really needed to get a good nights sleep. But the AC kept turning on and off every 30s. And it was fairly loud. So alternating on and off sound really kept me from falling asleep for a while. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean and well designed. "Overall good stay!"
The room was clean and housekeeping very efficient. We had a problem with the room A/C since it was 100 degrees out, and the control was regulated by movement in the room........not a good system. We went out for 4 hours and came back to a hot, hot room and called for maintenance. They were there right away and a solution was found to keep us comfortable […] for the remainder of our stay. Outdoor pool could've used some vacuuming and algeacide, but otherwise sufficient. Pretty, new, building, but no breakfast offered. Thought it would be at this price point. Mehr

Considering the price and the many hotels that are in front and back of this hotel you could save a couple dollars but the experiance was ok.

"Good location for Fort Gordon visitors"
This hotel is pretty close to the exit for Fort Gordon. There are decent restaurants close by and is just off of I20 for very easy access to everything else. It is very close to the Augusta Exchange shopping plaza and very short drive to the Augusta Mall. The hotel itself is a nice hotel. It was very clean and felt secure in location. The pools did […] look a little small but fit the purpose they are intended for. The room itself was clean and mostly comfortable. The walls are a little thin as we could occasionally hear the people next door talking but it wasn't too bad. The bathrooms are setup sort of strange and are somewhat small but they aren't too bad. The room was cleaned very fast and was always ready regardless how early in the afternoon we returned to the room. The rate was very reasonable as well. Even though the regular rate was higher than other hotels in the area there was no "additional person" fees for more than 2 guests. By the time those fees were added to the other cheaper hotels they were more expensive than the Sheraton. All in all a nice hotel and I will be staying there again when we return for our son's Army graudation. Mehr

Great place to stay. Full service hotel with a bar and restaurant. Great service with a beautiful building and location. Everything you need is there with more dining and recreation activities around the corner!
"Nice comfortable rooms"
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The facility shows well and the rooms are comfortable. There is a considerable amount of late night parking lot activity that concerned me but there were local police frequently passing through. "Sheraton Hotel in Augusta, GA - AMAZING Beds"
The bed at the hotel was amazing! It enveloped me and I had a great night's sleep. While this may be typical for some, it's not for me so I loved the extra comfy bed and the super soft pillows. The light for the bathroom was outside the entry, but the doors to the bathroom were pretty cool.

"Date night for one..."
I was really happy with my choice.... I normally am only in tge room a few hours and don't feel like I need the bells and whistles but I'm so glad I did. An all glass shower, huge bed, iPod docking station, free Internet, beautiful gym, and my personal fav... The single cup coffee maker and selection of tazo tea. I woke up feeling refreshed and for […] a girl that travels for work and am normally exhausted there was tons of restaurant including outback and bonefish less then a mile away that I could go and have a nice date night with myself. "Great stay"
For the price we paid this was a great deal! The only thing I would nit pick about is that the bi-opening bathroom doors which had smoked glass windows in them. Who ever heard of putting windows in a batrhroom door. Other than that the beds were great and there were numerous resturaunts close by and one on-site, No free breakfast though.

I come to Augusta once or twice every year to bowl in tournament play. This has been the best hotel stAy I've had since I have been coming. That has been the last 7 years.

My lighted makeup mirror was mysteriously broken and no one would claim responsibility but I did receive a bit of a discount on another night's needed stay so I guess that helped. A simple apology and the housekeeper who accidently dropped it would have meant more. The overall stay was great and I will definitely return.

Great hotel and staff. Was entertained by the beautiful bartender who showed us some neat bar tricks, and even arranged a taxi to take us golf guys out to eat at French Market Grill. Another Augusta must by the way and about a $10.00 cab ride for 4. Will be back in the fall for another 18 at Forest Hills.

Great Food, Great Service. Hotel staff pulled off a reception for 30 on the same day it was requested! When you're tired of southern food being fried and oversalted, this is the place to eat.

"Sheraton in Augusta is the best place to stay!!!"
My stay at Sheraton Augusta was delightful. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. I booked a king room the queen rooms run small. If you like to have a fridge or microwave it will cost $10 each...reasonable. I was there for the Augusta Ironman 70.3 and will stay here again next year. Thanks Sheraton for your commitment to excellence!
