Great spot for Broadbeach, for food, beach, casino and easy pickups for tourist spots, driving to tourist spots if you have a car there is plenty of car parking at great rates. Or also everything is in walking distance. Studio rooms are great size with full fridge and small kitchen and best of all great beach views if you get beach side room.

We stayed for one night and were very satisfied with the hotel. Location is excellent. We were given a room with a disabled friendly bathroom without being told so next time I would request a standard bathroom. But other than that the room was excellent (studio) and had everything we needed. Definately would stay again for longer

Nice room with ocean view. Close to casino, shopping fair and near restaraunts and beach. Room smelt a bit musty but opening the balcony door solved this after a while. However, bathroom continued to smell musty the whole time. Only down side was that when we asked for a late checkout we were told they could only give us an extra half hour and after […] that they would have to charge us extra. We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples on 22nd & 23rd floors with great views of the ocean and Broadbeach skyline. Rooms were clean with good quality furniture. It was great having a choice of 2 pools (indoor & outdoor). Very happy with our stay, great value for money.

We were in the north tower and the noise from the air con whilst sitting on balcony is unbearable day after day Pool is in shade all afternoon from about 12.30pm

Good ocean view, parking facilities excellent and very convenient, comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. Great location and easy to find. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Did not drain well. Pools are modern and very nice to use.

Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for additional towels for swimming and more coffee. It turns that there were already extra towels in the room and more coffee as well, which we werent expecting so didnt look for them. Close to everything and a great place to stay! We will definatley be going back! The only negative feedback is that check in […] took a little while, especially arriving at 2pm when everyone else is checking in. A 30 Minute wait at check in at 3pm?? The room had a terrible view of the highway.. The WORST THING was the corridors and carpark HAVE NO AIRCON....it was very hot and uncomfortable.Room numbers should be more visible...A tv in the bedroom would have been good...Corridors had sensor lights kind of gloomy before they activate .Apart from that the bed […] was very comfortable the room very clean, recieption were very promt when i had a problem with the safe. upon check in we found room had not been cleaned properly floor very dirty , we had to get housekeeping to vaccum and mop ... furniture not wiped down after previous guest left quite disgusting..yuk!!!

If I may request you to consider the following: 1. at check in, there was a long queue. we know it was a long week end but to wait more than an hour was not acceptable. 2. a harrassment episode occured right in front of our eyes. a young man with a beer can in his hand touched a young woman's leg (asian) and when he was confronted by the woman, he swore […] many times (4 letter words). your hotel staff didnt do much. we felt that your hotel staff should have called the police.... this sort of behaviours should be punished ..... should never be allowed!regards. Expedia and other hotel booking sites have given this hotel a five-star rating. While the hotel is quite nice, and I had no major problems with it, I would not personally consider it to be five-star. Firstly, there are parking costs if you wish to use their carpark. In my experience, top rating hotels usually provide this for free. Being serviced apartments, […] guests are also required to clean their crockery and cutlery to avoid a $100 cleaning fee. Furthermore, the bathroom was quite basic - no tub, just an open shower with a curtain that did not prevent the entire bathroom floor from getting wet. We also noted a greasy face mark on the glass of the balcony door that had not been cleaned from previous guests. Having said all of this, the staff at reception were friendly, though there was significant waiting times for both check-in and check-out, and having access to a gym, two pools (indoor and outdoor) and a spa were all features you may not find in some other hotels, not to mention the microwave, cooktop, kitchenware and generous fridge that are all useful if you're intending to bring/cook your own food. If you're after family-friendly, self-serve, apartment-style living, this place might suit you. if you're after a relaxing break in a luxury hotel, this place may just pass, but you might want to consider other options. Staying at the Meriton Serviced Apartments was originally due to the price they had on offer for a studio apartment however I soon realised that the hotel was excellent. Perfect location, modern, clean and up to date with excellent service at reception. I would and have already reccomended this hotel to family and friends.

I got excellent EXpedia rate1 bedroom with ocean view, Needed 1 night before my booking at Hilton Surfers. King size bed in the bedroom Excellent location, very clean, comfortable. When compare to Hilton Surfers Paradise - no difference, even though Hilton 5 stars. Broadbeach location even better then Surface Paradise.

It is expensive staying here but overall was central to everything I needed. Broadbeach is a great place to stay and it's not noisy at all and you still have Surfers 5mins up the road.

The TV was fixed to wall allowing only a good view from sofa. It would have been more practical to have been mounted on a moving arm to allow the TV to be directed to either the sofa or to the bed

Great location and room was all we required. It was a low floor so got a lot of noise from air conditioning vents from shops beside pool. No vanity under basin in bathroom was the only thing we thought it should have had. We would definitely stay there again but would ask for a higher floor.

Staff were friendly but had no idea what they were doing. Had to return to reception every day (sometimes more than once) to get issues with keycards/access/air conditioning etc. sorted out. There was always a queue at reception (presumably for this reason). Website said King bed but it was just two singles pushed together, so not nearly as long as […] a King would be. Aircon was broken and never fixed. Couch was filthy. Pools were really nice but the gym is more of a novelty than useful. Rooms were well looked after. Good price I guess. Mehr

The location of the apartment is perfect, just a block from the beach and the main street of restaurants, supermarket, etc. Apartment contained plenty of space for storage in wardrobe, kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay, but there was room for improvement. The building has two pools; the indoor pool is handy, but unfortunately the position of […] the outdoor pool means it is shaded over from about 1pm. The room appeared clean for the most part, however one of the first things I noticed was that the tiled floor had not been cleaned before our arrival. The furniture on the balcony was also not clean looking, or was possibly just a bit weather-beaten (and not comfortable). Our towels were changed daily; our bed was re-made on the first day but was not made on the second day which was disappointing. Housekeeping returned at 5pm one day as we'd had a Do Not Disturb hanger on the door; it was good that they made a point to return in the afternoon, however the staff member knocked and entered the apartment with about 2 seconds notice; not ideal. Housekeeping staff seemed a little unprofessional/sloppy, though friendly enough. I felt that the welcome upon check-in could have been a little friendlier. Our king-sized bed was two singles pushed together which wasn't great as the beds did separate in the middle. Overall, a good stay for a reasonable price, but a bit more attention to detail and service would go a long way. Mehr
