Das Hotel ist als Ausgangsort für Autotouren gut gelegen, die Umgebung ist zweckmäßig. Pool ist okay, die Zimmer etwas klein, aber sauber. Die Inhaberfamilie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren gut zufrieden, Frühstück ist ausreichend und genug vorhanden.

Günstig, sauber, sogar Indoorpool, leider Internet nur gegen Gebühr, ansonsten super Preis-Leistung.

Very well appointed with many amenities. I felt a bit being "cheap" to charge an extra $5.00 for a code for internet connection. Their offer for free internet service, means a single terminal in the main lobby with internet connection. Long line up, and inconvenience. I chose this hotel for its affordability. It's location is outside of the touristy part of Quebec City, but it is very easy to get there by car. And it's very close to the Montmorency Waterfall. It is conveniently located near gas stations, restaurants, and a grocery store, but the area is not scenic by any means. Our room was clean, although the decor […] was a bit old. But it had everything we needed, including a fridge. Ice machine and microwave were downstairs. The hotel has a good sized swimming pool, plus a hot tub, sauna, and work out room. So the value is great! However, my husband neglected to shower after using the public hot tub, and the next day he was covered in an itchy rash. He still has it, a few days later, so be warned! (There were signs warning such an outcome, so he should have paid more attention I guess.) I showered afterward, and I am fine. Mehr

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we were very satisfied. Very clean, nice and bilingual staff, pool, hot sauna, Jacuzzi, free parking, breakfast. Internet cost 5$ per day. 5 min to Montmorency waterfall and 10 min to old town. Recommend it to everyone.

The staff was really nice, had a lot of fun talking with'em. Room was okay, smell of fresh paint was so bad... but hey they just keep the place nice. Hot tub was awesome! Ah yeah, you hear a lot so best take the motel, less surrounding.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is really chatty and helpful (for example my boyfriend and I didn't know that only few minutes away from the hotel there's the Montmorency Falls Park and we found out about it just chatting with staff person while having breakfast). The only inconvenience is that the hotel's a little bit far from the city center […] and having a car makes your staying definitely easier. Breakfast is really plain and simple, but no shortage of cereal! If I have the chance to go back to Quebec, I'd definitely go back there: price-quality ratio is amazing! Mehr

Acceptable for one night, breakfast : enough in quantity, regular in quality, self-service. Close to shopping malls by car, close to the center of Quebec city by car. Quiet location, far from traffic and noise.

We stayed three nights with our three children and for the price, were pleased with our accomodation. The room was very clean and comfortable and the children loved the pool! Proximity to Quebec City was fantastic! Breakfast was good. Hotel staff very friendly.

usual motel. nothing terrible, nothing great. But DO NOT get the room by the pool. Its terrible, it has no shower, just a jacuzzi, and smells like chlorine all the time. Stayed there for 30min, asked to change the room. Other rooms were ok.

Hotel seemed nice enough overall. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. My little issues were these: I arrived at 10:30 or 11:00 p.m. and the check-in guy told me that I was lucky cause he was just about to leave. Does that mean I would've had a hard time check-in in later? I don't know but I had reservations and paid for my room from this website […] beforehand so... Also this hotel is about a 30 minutes drive to the airport and I had to be there at 8:30 a.m. The check-in guy told me they had a full continental breakfast starting at 8:00 a.m. I was surprised that it was so late and when I let him know that I would miss it because it was so late, he told me that they'd be open at 8:00 a.m. sharp and I could probably get something for the road! I was there at 7:57 a.m. and there was no-one to be seen around the breakfast area so I left... Overall, I would return there if I was just visiting the city with my family and I wasn't in a hurry to get going or just wanted to lounge around the pool for awhile. Mehr

Roughly five minute drive from québec downtown, I am in love with this hotel. It is located near highway which is more of a positive than a negative. The quality of hotel rooms was excellent. A lot of complimentary things like coffee, breakfast, and internet. Got there late and buzzed for a nice man to come and check us in. The room was dated and small but extremely clean. Wifi Internet is $5 if you use their code, as well as other little things in the room, ie. Coffee $5. Bathroom is very tight, closet size but very clean. Breakfast was very minimal of all the places we stayed at over 20 days, with only […] cereal and milk and juice, sliced bread and muffin. A bit out of the way but the price is a steal if you are looking for cheap no bugs place to stay near Quebec city, that is if you have a car. I can't imagine anyone trying to bus there. Mehr

My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay at this motel. The pool was very clean and the water a great temperature. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the room it was in with the veranda was very nice. My daughter felt the work out room (the gym) could have been upkept better. There wasn't much equipment and it was very warm. It was located […] in the area of the heated indoor pool which might have affected the temperature in that area. Our main objectived was to stay at a place close enough to the city of Quebec , which this was. We had only a 6-8 minute easy drive which was very direct. This was a nice little motel just out of the way enough to avoid the major traffic of Quebec City but not so far it felt like a chore to get anywhere. Our room was really clean and simple but a comfortable place to relax after a day of touring. Air conditioning worked really well. The grounds were well kept though the pool was really cold though it […] was said to be heated. Other than that the continental breakfast was simple but well attended. The welcome, the service and the hospitality are the best.

Located close to what I want to see - Mont Morency water falls. A warm wecome was waiting for me. No bargaining hassle, we were provided an extra bed promptly at no extra cost. Quite and clean environment with very much less traffic congestion the only car I saw on the road was always more than a mile away anytime we arrived and left.

This Hotel/Motel is really nice and calm for peace and relaxing vacation. The people are nice and helpful, the pool, the spa and the sauna is really pleasant

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. I recommand this hotel for sure and will sure book there again for our summer trip in Quebec.

Cozy place to stay in a cold city. At reception, the guy spent a few minutes talking over the phone (he was alone, I guess) while we waited to be assisted. He finished with the guests in front of my GF and me and proceeded to help us check in. A weird thing was to see the receptionist himself walking to the room to show us the details.

Very well hotel/motel very accessible to highway and bike paths and run by an ehtnusiastic couple.

The room was clean,but when you stay in a room with the bathtub in the same room it is not very easy for someone to sleep while the other one trys to shower. When you stay at a hotel you expect the maid service, to make up the room! We were there for three nights and the room was only made once.We had to go to the pool to find dry towels to use.For […] the price you pay for the service you recieve the stay was not worth the money. The hotel was VERY clean, the owners were very personable, even though they did not speak English and there was no bilingual staff on during our 3 day stay. Ad on Hotels.com indicated there were on site restaurant/bar/etc, which was not the case. Coffee was provided on the first day, but had to pay for refills at $2 each. Room was supposed to be smoking, […] it was not. However, chairs were provided outside the door. Overall a very good experience despite the above. I would stay there again. Mehr

Hotel Motel Le Chateauguay is about 10 minutes drive to Quebec City old town. It has everything you expect from a cheap hotel. There is a pool and sauna, which is neat. The motel is quite close to road, but was not as noisy as one would expect. They also provide basic breakfast. The room is a bit dark. Overall, good for the price.

bien, pratique pour un court et rapide séjour à prix abordable.

A las afueras de Quebec, bien porque en la ciudad es imposible aparcar o te cuesta un riñón. Nos tocó una habitación cerca de la depuradora de la piscina climatizada y notamos ruido contínuo aunque se podía dormir. Parquin gratuito y trato agradable. Habitaciones limpias y baño pequeño. Desayuno pobre, con pocas posiblilidades a elegir: café, zumo, […] cereales, tostadas y magdalenas.- Mehr

Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Il y a une belle piscine et les chambres sont bien aménagées. Par contre, les verres pour boire n'étaient pas propre. Bien situé pour quelqu'un qui a affaire dans le vieux, c'est à 7 km par l'autoroute Duffrein-Montmorency.

Môtel très correct pour le prix payé.

accueil très sympa, hôtel très clean, proche de toutes les attractions a quebec : chutes montmorency. Petit dej hyper copieux. A recommander

Petit hôtel très agréable très bien entretenus ,petite chambre très mignonne bien chauffée ,avec cafetière .le petit déjeuner en self assez complet.hotel à proximité de plusieurs restaurants . Bonne situation,à 10 minutes en voiture du vieux Québec .

Petit déjeuner a améliorer, surtout sur le niveau de la récupération.... offrir des assiettes, verres et bol en styropores, c est une catastrophe naturelle..... il y a un grand effort a faire sur ce niveau.... surtout en 2012... chambre et la propreté, super! Malheureusement, piscine fermée lors de notre passage.
